Hotels With Spa in West-Flanders, Belgium

My partner and I had one of the mansion suites on the 3rd floor. Although our room didn’t have a view it was spacious and comfortable. The toiletries smelt divine. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of fruit and fresh juices / smoothies. Customised omelettes were made. The hotel itself is boutique, contemporary and in a good location to Brugge Train Station, buses and also all the main attractions. It is nestled down a quiet street but still close enough to main attractions. You have waffles and fresh potato fries shops within a minute walk from the hotel, including a supermarket if you need anything.

The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. However, the room had a couple of minor issues. The shower head wouldn’t stay centered, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the hair dryer malfunctioned, turning on and off randomly. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t request a room change, but it was inconvenient. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because the main hotel facilities and staff were excellent.

For the t****e time again chosen for this hotel, just in a word great! Fantastic extensive breakfast, beautiful beds and the location is good in relation to the center. I myself is in a wheelchair but also it has been taken into account. In short, a few days unconscious Brugge? Then this hotel is very certainly a recommender!!

Great hotel in a convenient location just outside Brugge next to the motorway. We weren’t expecting much from this hotel but everything from the rooms to the hotel decor, to the restaurant and the food was great! If you ever stay in this hotel, expect to see some interesting details around.

Très propre, bonne literie. Excellent petit déjeuner. Le seul petit bémol est l’emplacement avec beaucoup de traffic sur la grand-route. Impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit.

great location! rooms were modern and well kept. swimming pool was a love it or hate it situation since if u are swimming alone, it might be a bit gloomy but if u are with friends, could be fun with the cave feel. would definitely recommend it. it's so close to the main square! they have parking space too.

Right at the entrance of the train station, it is very convenient to travel. The hotel's swimming pool and sauna are also very good. Service attitude is also good. The breakfast is full and it is very convenient to go out to the restaurant and the city center at the door. highly recommended

All good, just food wasn't my taste

Service: Very dependent on who's at the front desk. The young lady is fantastic! When we wanted to book an extra night, no discount was considered in the offer. Quite the opposite; the upgrade we received at check-in was fully charged for if we wanted to extend our stay. Booking online would have been €30 cheaper than extending our stay at the front desk! Problems with the air conditioning: it doesn't work. The room quickly became very warm. Although we reported it several times, it wasn't resolved. Otherwise, the location was perfect!
