Hotels With Spa in West-Flanders, Belgium

My partner and I had one of the mansion suites on the 3rd floor. Although our room didn’t have a view it was spacious and comfortable. The toiletries smelt divine. The bed and pillows were super comfy. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of fruit and fresh juices / smoothies. Customised omelettes were made. The hotel itself is boutique, contemporary and in a good location to Brugge Train Station, buses and also all the main attractions. It is nestled down a quiet street but still close enough to main attractions. You have waffles and fresh potato fries shops within a minute walk from the hotel, including a supermarket if you need anything.

We love the location of the hotel. All hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The lobby’s rooms are very beautiful and comfortable.

The hotel itself is stunning, and the staff couldn't be more welcoming and helpful. However, the room had a couple of minor issues. The shower head wouldn’t stay centered, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, the hair dryer malfunctioned, turning on and off randomly. Since I was only staying one night, I didn’t request a room change, but it was inconvenient. Despite these issues, I would stay here again because the main hotel facilities and staff were excellent.

I originally stayed at a guesthouse the night before, but was dissatisfied with its cleanliness, so I switched to this hotel the next day. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the room was spacious. The room itself deserves special mention; it had a high ceiling of at least five meters and a magnificent chandelier with adjustable brightness. The bathroom had a window, was spacious, and even had a stool – impeccable attention to detail. The toiletries were L'Occitane. It's a two-minute walk to the No. 1 bus stop for Bruges train station, making transportation extremely convenient; a public laundry is a five-minute walk away; and the Basilica of the Holy Blood and other attractions are just minutes away. The front desk staff and manager were attentive and responsible, and the check-in and luggage storage process was very smooth. Highly recommended!

Great hotel in a convenient location just outside Brugge next to the motorway. We weren’t expecting much from this hotel but everything from the rooms to the hotel decor, to the restaurant and the food was great! If you ever stay in this hotel, expect to see some interesting details around.

Not the first time we stay there,it's just to stay and always very happy,beautiful rooms may only regret that parking is payable at the hotel!

great location! rooms were modern and well kept. swimming pool was a love it or hate it situation since if u are swimming alone, it might be a bit gloomy but if u are with friends, could be fun with the cave feel. would definitely recommend it. it's so close to the main square! they have parking space too.

Very close to the station, there are also small supermarkets around, there is no kettle in the room, you need to borrow the front desk, the next stay should consider the surrounding hotels think this is still not suitable

All good, just food wasn't my taste

Service: Very dependent on who's at the front desk. The young lady is fantastic! When we wanted to book an extra night, no discount was considered in the offer. Quite the opposite; the upgrade we received at check-in was fully charged for if we wanted to extend our stay. Booking online would have been €30 cheaper than extending our stay at the front desk! Problems with the air conditioning: it doesn't work. The room quickly became very warm. Although we reported it several times, it wasn't resolved. Otherwise, the location was perfect!
