We had a great stay, the pool was excellent. Everything was clean and organized. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The location is quite easy to get to and to access other attractions in the city. There are bakeries and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is very well located. I found the service from some of the staff to be a little cold. I didn't understand the fees being charged at check-in, but I was late for an appointment and it was precisely at that time that I found the employee unwilling to explain the fees.
Furthermore, the hotel is very good, the breakfast is excellent and most of the staff are courteous and attentive.
Parking is charged separately.
I recommend the hotel and would stay/stay there again on other occasions.

It was a 3 dias/2 nights vigée, amazing, excellent hotel, from the staff's care and friendliness to the dinners and the service in the bars. The recreational and casino teams are very attentive. Excellent reception. I'm planning a tour!

The room was fine, but we booked the hotel because of the pool. Unfortunately, it was in terrible cleaning conditions, the pool was cloudy and yellow in color and the jacuzzi was dirty.

GGuest UserHotel was fine but not amazing given the price point. It was the weird interaction at checkout that makes me concerned to recommend to anyone. I wanted to take a photo of the lobby and I was told that I was not allowed to. I have never ever experienced this at any of the hundreds of hotel I’ve stayed at nor did the Fasano Boa Vista or Fasano Punta del Este have similar policies.

The breakfast and buffet dinner were left to desire, a variety of but not so tasteful, nothing significant.
The dinner at the la carte restaurant was great.
