The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Starlight Night Market. The river-view rooms offer a direct view of the Lancang River, the Starlight Night Market, and White Elephant Beach! I stayed on the south side of the river for New Year's Eve and watched the fireworks show, and this time staying on the north side was a great, varied experience! They upgraded our room to one with a river view, and the scenery is beautiful. However, the bass from the Six Nations Music Plaza downstairs plays continuously until after 11 PM, so those with heart conditions should definitely reconsider!!! The hotel lobby is grand, fresh, and elegant, with a rich Dai ethnic flair. The reception staff's Dai traditional clothing is beautiful and graceful! There are welcome drinks in the lobby! The hotel offers free hot springs, a water park, and an infinity pool. The hot spring water is relatively clean, but a few pools had some moss, which I suggest they clean promptly! The pool faces the Lancang River directly, making it perfect for photos! Breakfast was abundant, with a wide variety of delicious options! The service was warm and friendly; staff actively smiled and greeted guests! This hotel offers excellent value for money and is definitely worth revisiting!

When traveling, the quality of accommodation is my top priority, so I carefully chose this hotel. I booked a room with a snow mountain view, and as soon as I entered, I was impressed by how spacious it was. Opening the curtains revealed a stunning view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain. Luckily, the weather was excellent during my stay, allowing me to wake up early and watch the 'Golden Mountain in the Morning Sun' directly from my bed. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic, offering a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. There were even black swans and alpacas that guests could feed. Shuhe Ancient Town is just a kilometer's walk from the hotel, which was perfect for an enjoyable evening stroll. The only minor downside was that our room was on the third floor, and the balcony had a solid railing, which slightly obstructed the view. The duty manager, KIM, actively helped us check for other available rooms, but all the rooms with glass balconies were fully booked, so we couldn't switch. However, the view was still quite good overall, and I was very satisfied. This hotel truly enhanced our Lijiang trip. I hope to stay in a snow-view room with a glass balcony next time!

Hotel location is in the centre. There is a bike lane in front of the hotel, just have to be careful when heading to the hotel, reception is on the 2nd floor. We didn't use the metro as we usd Didi/Amap rides which were convenient and affordable. Our double room was smalll but clean and comfortable with towels provided, not the disposal types. Breakfast was great with local varieties. There is a free coffee machine at the reception. This is our first time staying in this hotel chain and will certainly try it again in our future trips to China.

The room was spacious with a window, and being on the 14th floor, the view was fantastic. You needed to use your card to operate the elevator, which made me feel very secure. Right opposite the hotel is Cuihu Park, which is free to enter, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The hotel is located in the city center. To the right of the hotel is Huangdong Street, a vibrant area, especially when the jacaranda trees are in bloom, with many small cafes for visitors to relax in. The hotel breakfast was incredibly rich and varied, with high-quality offerings. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was also excellent; the dishes tasted great, the prices were reasonable, offering great value for money. I had all three meals at the hotel every day, which was clean and hygienic, with beautiful views of Cuihu Park from the window! This hotel is quite popular, and rooms book up quickly. I booked a week in advance and couldn't even extend my stay for an extra night. If you get a city view room, you can catch the sunrise. The most sought-after rooms are the lake view ones, which overlook Cuihu Park and offer stunning sunset views. If you want one, make sure to book well in advance! This hotel definitely deserves a 100/100 score!

I was very satisfied with my stay. I booked this hotel after reading the reviews, and it definitely didn't disappoint. The room was very clean, the environment was beautiful, and the staff were enthusiastic. The facilities were very modern. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip, and the hotel is very close to the airport. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Kunming.

We loved our experience at this hotel. The staff were excellent, especially Vivian, who looked after us so well. She was very kind and friendly, and remembered our daily schedule to offer us assistance and advice for our travels. It almost felt like we had a host! We are grateful. The on-site laundry was perfect. Great washer and dryer machines plus lots of indoor and outdoor space for hanging. We left our laundry out one day and it rained while we were gone and someone brought it inside for us! So kind. The room was beautiful, exactly as pictured in the listing, very clean and comfortable - with an amazing view! As vegans, the breakfast has good options for us. There were various steamed buns (some not vegan, but most were), steamed corn and sweet potatoes, rice congee, boiled eggs, and a fresh noodle station. Noodles are boiled on demand and can be made with meat or made vegan. As animal lovers, we enjoyed all the cats and rabbits onsite. They brought us daily joy :)

Choosing Naga S Hotel was truly the most delightful surprise of my Xishuangbanna trip! The location is simply unbeatable – just a few minutes' walk to immerse yourself in the vibrant atmosphere of the Starlight Night Market, and right around the corner is the dazzling Golden Pagoda. Serene and solemn by day, it becomes a brilliant spectacle at night, making you feel like you're living inside the most captivating landscape painting of Jinghong. The hotel's design beautifully blends Dai ethnic charm with modern simplicity. You'll find a seamless integration of bamboo weaving, wood carvings, and lush greenery everywhere, offering both a sense of local culture and ultimate comfort. Our room was spacious and bright, with soft, skin-friendly bedding. The bathroom had a thoughtful wet-and-dry separation, showing great attention to detail. What I loved most was that our room window faced the Golden Pagoda directly. At night, pulling back the curtains revealed the pagoda lights illuminating the sky, like a flowing masterpiece. The service also deserves special praise! The front desk staff was incredibly warm and attentive, proactively recommending fun spots and delicious food at the night market, and even thoughtfully advising us on how to avoid peak crowds. Every day, returning to the hotel, we were greeted with refreshing welcome tea, and luggage assistance was always prompt. The hotel also has a rooftop viewing platform, offering panoramic views of Gaozhuang, perfect for a relaxing evening breeze. For tourists, this place is truly a 'hidden gem' as a base. After a tiring day of sightseeing, you can easily stroll through the night market in the evening, enjoy Dai cuisine, and take photos in traditional Dai attire, then walk back to your room to rest. In the morning, you can visit the Golden Pagoda when it's less crowded to experience its tranquility. Transportation is also very convenient; getting a taxi to Manting Park or the Tropical Botanical Garden was hassle-free. If I had to offer one small suggestion, I'd hope for a swimming pool in the future. But even without it, Naga S Hotel is already wonderful enough that I want to recommend it to all my friends visiting Xishuangbanna! Here, you not only enjoy excellent accommodation but also an immersive experience of Gaozhuang's poetic charm, where 'stars fall to earth every night.' I will definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Banna!

Water is cut off at home, life is too inconvenient, I chose Meihao Lizhi to stay in the hotel nearby! The hotel is very new. The hotel opened this year, so the facilities needless to say, they are very new, smart toilet, air conditioning adjustment is also very convenient, the room is oversized, the large floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is very good, it feels very comfortable, the style is also what I like, low-key and high-end, the room layout is also very good, Dry and wet separation, movement and static separation. The front office manager knife is kind, good service, very patient, the elderly have allergic rhinitis, patiently take us to pick a room more suitable for the elderly, and finally upgrade the room for free, really big and bright! The elderly live very satisfied! Patiently take the elderly to the self-service laundry room to wash clothes, the laundry room has four groups of LG washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient! There is a large swimming pool on the top floor, afternoon tea in the afternoon, and noodle supper in the evening, the taste is also very good! In short, this hotel is highly recommended, rest assured, cost-effective beyond expectations, facilities, environment, health, service are very good!

I usually don't leave reviews, but this hotel definitely deserves one. It's the most comfortable hotel I've stayed at between Dali and Lijiang. The lobby is lively, and there are security guards who help with luggage. The staff guide you through the entire check-in process, and there's even a self-service late-night snack bar on the first floor for just 28 per person – amazing value for money! The room hygiene is also fantastic!

Right from the moment we stepped out of the car, a smiling staff member was there to take our luggage. Check-in at the front desk was quick and the service was professional. Our room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and breakfast offered a great variety. I especially want to commend Xiao Liu for their warmth; my child was actually a little sad to leave. It's not because the hotel was overly luxurious, but rather that feeling of being quietly well taken care of that makes us want to return.
