DenisStaying in the Jacuzzi Villa was an absolute delight! The Naxi-style courtyard was elegant and peaceful, and the private, temperature-controlled Jacuzzi was clean and comfortable. Soaking under the stars at night melted away all my travel fatigue. I must commend Elin, our butler, for her outstanding service. From coordinating before our arrival to her attentive care during our stay, she was always quick to respond to any needs. She was thoughtful and professional, never intrusive, which truly enhanced the relaxing vacation vibe. The facilities were excellent, and the service was an added bonus – a perfect Lijiang getaway! Highly recommended!

Guest UserThe hotel is located in Lijiang Old Town, making it an excellent choice for anyone who wants to explore the area on foot.
One of our rooms was upgraded, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay in Lijiang. The hotel also offers many complimentary activities for guests to enjoy.
The property features a beautiful garden with several alpacas and peacocks roaming around, allowing guests to interact and play with them. The rooftop view is another major highlight, as on a clear day you may be lucky enough to enjoy a stunning view of the snow-capped mountains.

The terrace room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel definitely feels more like a guesthouse; the common areas are small, and the biggest issue was the very average breakfast. The rice noodles weren't good, the congee was just rice, and there wasn't much variety. There was even a sign on the wall saying no takeaways. I'd suggest improving the breakfast quality, but it's fine if they don't anyway 🤣

Great hotel! The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get to all the attractions – nothing is too far away. Plus, there's a fantastic food and snack street right downstairs. The cleanliness and facilities are also very good. Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!

Facilities: This hotel champions sustainability ♻️, so many items aren't single-use, which I think is a great concept as long as hygiene is maintained.
Environment: Located within Shuhe Ancient Town, it's surrounded by vegetable gardens, coffee shops, and Heilongtan (Black Dragon Pool). The setting is wonderfully tranquil yet conveniently located.
Service: They offer luggage assistance, and the staff are very enthusiastic.
Original Souvenir Pack: The complimentary lip balm is fantastic and all-natural.

Choosing this guesthouse in Lijiang was absolutely the right decision, I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again. The room conditions were excellent, and fresh fruit was provided. The owner was incredibly genuine, spontaneously upgraded our room for free, and even handled our transfers to and from the airport/station. We bothered the owner quite a bit throughout our stay, and he was always incredibly patient. When we were caught in heavy rain and stranded on a mountain attraction, unable to get down, the owner continuously helped us figure out a solution. In the evening, he even helped us heat up our BBQ and brought us beer. He was thoughtful and attentive throughout our entire stay, without any pretense. This guesthouse offers great value for money and is full of genuine warmth; I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Lijiang.

Sugar## Facilities:
Although the interior facilities are a bit dated, they come with up-to-date features like electric curtain openers.
## Hygiene:
Generally, the hygiene was good. The staff (front desk, housekeeping, and pool staff) were all very enthusiastic and responsible, offering me a lot of help. However, some corners and edges could use improvement, such as the large water stains on the balcony.
## Environment:
The environment is quiet. While the location isn't exceptionally unique, it's convenient for getting to the train station and Dianchi Lake, and it's very peaceful for sleeping at night.
## Service:
All the staff were very hardworking and enthusiastic. Thank you for all the help during my stay. We had two children, and they even gave them a hot spring ticket and a souvenir.
Overall, this is an excellent choice for a family trip to Kunming.

Guest UserThis stay was surprisingly good! I initially thought the hotel might be old, but to my surprise, because it's entirely made of wood, it's very well-maintained and has a charming Chinese aesthetic. A lot of investment clearly went into it, with all solid wood decor. The rooms are spacious and come with a terrace. There's plenty to do at the hotel; the kids absolutely loved the cute pet park and feeding the fish, and the swimming pool was their daily favorite. Even though the hotel is large, there's a shuttle service, and calling for one at the front desk is very convenient. Don't miss the complimentary Platinum Travel Photography session included with the package; we did ours in casual clothes and were pleasantly surprised by the photos – no need for any editing at all. The breakfast offers a wide variety, including many local Yunnan delicacies. If you haven't booked breakfast, you can **purchase a group deal directly**.

Guest UserTo start with: it's been a long time since I've had such a satisfying experience.
**Facilities**: This is a hot spring resort that's well-maintained despite its age. Villa 10 is perfectly situated, and the facilities are in excellent condition – not a single sliding door was out of order or stuck, which is quite impressive. However, it would be even better if the front door locks were upgraded.
**Cleanliness**: Very clean, very satisfied.
**Environment**: I walked all around the resort grounds; the scenery is beautiful. Beyond the expansive lake views, there's also a hidden gem of a pond with bald cypress trees.
**Service**: Absolutely more than five points, more than five stars – truly perfect. The golf carts were available on call, and the turndown service was meticulous. A special thanks to Ms. Yang at the front desk for helping to coordinate our departure transfer, adding another wonderful touch to our trip.
**Afternoon Tea Experience**: The taste was exquisite; I even worried I might never find such delicious pastries elsewhere again.
**Airport Transfer Service**: The transfer car was good, and the driver was skilled and provided thoughtful service.
**Outdoor Garden Hot Spring Experience**: The hot springs were great. The bathing area even thoughtfully provided a stool for seniors, though the lighting in the changing area was really too dim to see the locker numbers.
**Food**: The food was also good. I really liked the mushroom and radish dish at dinner, and the roasted duck was unique. The breakfast rice noodles were outstanding! And the gulls loved the birdseed provided for them too.
