À l’arrivée, on nous a fait payer le petit-déjeuner car je cite « l’information n’était pas dans le système ». Après de nombreux échanges et preuves apportées, la direction n’a accepté de prendre en charge que la moitié. Conseil : ne pré-réservez ni petit-déjeuner ni aquapark, ni navette. Nous avons été plusieurs dans ce cas. vous risquez de devoir repayer sur place. Prévoyez aussi la caution de 20 000 dinars, première fois si un hôtel en Algérie que demande une caution et pour la récupérer il fait attendre qu’un personnel aille vérifier avant votre départ. Points forts : suite immense et confortable, bon petit-déjeuner, centre commercial attenant. Points faibles: manque de communication sur les services, personnel à former à plus de proactivité et au sourire. Nourriture très médiocre dans l’aquapark et des prix excessifs et il est ouvert aux non résidents de l’hôtel…sans compter l’odeur désagréable et les coups de sifflets interminables et insupportables des surveillants de baignade. Au prix de la chambre, l’aquapark devrait être inclus, le prix est de 4000 dinars adulte et 2000 enfant, si vous êtes résident de l’hôtel. Bon hôtel dans l’ensemble, mais gestion et service à revoir pour correspondre vraiment à un 5 étoiles. Je ne reviendrai pas en raison de la posture arc boutée d’un réceptionniste et du responsable au sujet du petit déjeuner,par principe.
