A comfortable stay for business travelers and solo travelers. The restaurants, Koji and Ai Di La, served good food, and the service was top-notch. The only feedback I have is that the breakfast variety should include more international options, as most dishes are primarily Indian cuisine. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and is highly recommended.

Dining Experience The dining options at Taj Santa Cruz are truly outstanding. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Tiqri, which featured a delicious spread of both Indian and international favorites. The highlight of my dining experience was a memorable dinner at China Inc, where the flavors were authentic and the service was impeccable. Service The staff at Taj Santa Cruz went above and beyond to make my stay special. From the efficient check-in process to the friendly concierge who helped me with local tips, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. Location & Convenience Situated conveniently near the Mumbai airport, the hotel is perfect for both business travelers and those with early flights. Despite its proximity to the airport, the rooms are remarkably quiet and serene, providing a perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle. Final Verdict Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, the Taj Santa Cruz is a true gem. Its combination of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service makes it a top choice in Mumbai. The Taj is located in Bandra West which has excellent restaurants and cool bars. The hotel room was spacious and very clean and had all the facilities you need for a short trip. The Atrium bar area is busy and a nice space to unwind at the end of the day. We loved the entertainment from piano to traditional indian music and the lovely singer in the evening. Bar staff were friendly and super efficient. Beautiful garden and swimming pool complete with bunny rabbits and roaming turkeys which adds a bit of fun (not just for kids). The door staff are excellent and very helpful. Overall this hotel offers great facilities and excellent service.

Location is good, but the hotel is getting old. The furniture, floor, etc. are all relatively worn out. Bed is uncomfortably hard. Fitness room relatively small, but everything you need is of good quality. Pool is good, on the sunny side, but the loungers are full of stains, not particularly pleasant. Other hotels in Pune are in much better condition. Breakfast is good. Eat good. Staff of course extremely friendly! People are just great in Pune. Unfortunately we got the same room opposite the elevators for the second time. Very noisy until late at night. Probably not going to this hotel again.

This hotel is close to factory area but there are restaurants and convenience store at the downstairs. The Aircond in the room is not consistent and toilet cleaning can be improve especially the basin. Breakfast is good.

Location is perfect. Room are clean and nice. Have some good restaurants too. The staffs are all very friendly. Good service.

Front desk has some issues when arranging rooms for us even we checked in after 16:00. Not a very happy check-in experience. There are some black dust on the toilet, don't know what that was. However, good location near the city and good Chinese restaurant inside.

Very good stay the buffet breakfast / lunch and dinner was also average , what was shocking was the fine dining Asian restaurant that so over priced and the food was so bad,that I had to call the chef to explain why a 900 IRS Dish was so salty , he explained that they use curry paste in there Chinese and Thai cuisine, mate I honestly suggest to avoid this joint

Bit dated hotel. Location not near any good places but close to the airport. But design of the hotel is fantastic and great facilities such as Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, several restaurants. Great stay if you want to stay near the airport and want to have some fun before your flight. Would for sure stay here again in the future.

It takes about 50 minutes from the airport, so it's far, but the room service is good and the quantity is good. There aren't many things outside, so I have to go to Yu-Babul.
