Facilities: The hotel is very new, and new hotels are always a plus. Everything was excellent, though the only minor drawback was the lack of a gym.
Cleanliness: One day, I briefly returned to my room to pick something up and saw two staff members cleaning it together. It was exceptionally clean. Every time I came back to the room, I was reminded of how wonderful it is to stay in a Japanese hotel.
Location: It's right across from the station, which is incredibly convenient. Downstairs, there's the famous Musashi Beef Bowl. Across the street, you'll find the Lopia supermarket with an amazing selection of sashimi and sushi (on the 4th floor of a nearby building). Hankyu AMU is also right next door. During my stay, virtually every guest I encountered at the hotel was from Hong Kong.
Service: Very good.
The hotel is incredibly close to Kokura JR Station; you can see it right from the station exit. Just follow the glass walkway, and it leads directly to the hotel's second-floor entrance. They didn't allow early check-in, but we were able to store our luggage, which was extremely convenient since we were immediately heading to Mojiko by JR. The room was quite spacious, with plenty of room for three adults and one child to sleep comfortably. The immediate area around the hotel isn't very bustling. For dining, you'll need to cross to the other side of the JR station, which is about a five to six-minute walk. That area offers a wide variety of choices, and drugstores are abundant.
Everything was acceptable except the frequency of full room cleaning could be every three days instead of four. Secondly, the opening hours of spa in the morning could extend to 10 am. Thirdly, the free coffee served in the lobby should run until 10 am. Also, the coffee machine was broken down at 8:30 am or earlier and no replacement was there. It makes me wonder if they want to serve free coffee or not.

The staff at this hotel were polite and very helpful throughout my stay, which made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet selection was quite limited, but the food tasted good and was of nice quality.
I also appreciated that the lobby had sufficient seating, making it a comfortable place to rest or wait. One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide an extra pillow in the single rooms, which would add to the overall comfort.
However, the safe in my room was not functioning during my stay, which was a little inconvenient.

A well-established hotel with excellent service. Despite its age, it's impeccably clean and very well-maintained. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, and although compact, they are very comfortable. I've stayed here multiple times and always enjoy my stay.
The hotel breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options, all exquisitely prepared and delicious.
Sumiyoshi Shrine is conveniently located right next to the hotel. The surrounding area also boasts many fantastic dining options, especially a yakiniku restaurant that's very popular with locals and truly delicious.
The hotel is conveniently close to Canal City and Tenjin. There's also a very popular bakery nearby that consistently draws long queues daily.
The room was excellent, offering stunning views of both the sea and the PayPay Dome right outside. The service was also top-notch, truly living up to Hilton's renowned reputation. The location is superb, being beachfront yet incredibly convenient for transport. Plus, there's a large and affordable outlet store right next door.
Location is 30mins drive from fukuoka. 6000yen from Hakata station or Tenjin area. Excellent hotel. The hot spring closes at 11pm and opens in the morning. Hot tub for both men and women looks the same with stone work tub. Stayed for two nights. The breakfast is absolutely amazing and is different every morning delivered straight to room!!! Kudos for the friendly staff and great accommodations
This is an incredibly comfortable hot spring resort offering excellent value for money. So many complimentary amenities are included, such as afternoon tea, beverages, swimming, bicycle usage, and a shuttle bus service. The rooms are very spacious, boasting beautiful ocean views. At night, with no light pollution, you can enjoy a breathtaking starry sky. There are hardly any international guests, making for a wonderfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
Spacious hotel, quiet vibe, superb view, convenient retail facility adjacent to hotel, 24-hour supermarket within walkable distance
Around 15-20min drive to Fukuoka city centre

Good value for money and great location. The nicest thing about the hotel is the natual onsen and all the complimentary items for their guests like ramen at night, morning coffee/juice/tea, ice-cream, yakult drinks. We used the onsen every night after a long day out. The hotel is right next to the subway station.
The room is not big. No room cleaning without a charge. But clean towels are hang outside the door everyday.

MMia咩呀The Grand Hyatt Fukuoka is situated in the heart of Hakata, offering a tranquil retreat despite its convenient, central location. Rooms boast stunning city or harbor views. The standout feature is **Club Olympus**, the executive lounge, which offers exquisite all-day dining services. From freshly prepared breakfasts and afternoon tea to evening cocktail hours, the quality is consistently exceptional. We especially recommend the Saga beef appetizers and signature cocktails served in the evening. The rooms blend modern design with Japanese aesthetics, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The large communal bath features wonderfully soft water, and the sauna facilities are excellent. Service is exceptionally attentive, and the front desk can assist with reservations at popular restaurants. Perfect for both business and leisure travelers, it's a top choice for luxury accommodation in Fukuoka city center.

GGuest UserThe Ritz-Carlton, Fukuoka is located in a prime location in the city center, adjacent to the Hakata business district and Canal City, and a 5-minute walk to the airport. The guest rooms are modern and luxurious, and the high-rise view rooms have a panoramic view of the city skyline. The intelligent temperature control system and the whole house smart home enhance the comfort. The executive lounge provides tea breaks and business support all day long, and the rooftop outdoor swimming pool overlooks the night view with ingenuity. In terms of dining, ”THE CUT” Teppanyaki specializes in Wagyu cuisine, and ”Ryugin” presents authentic Kaiseki aesthetics, both of which are recommended by Michelin. The hotel is equipped with a children's club, executive concierge and free airport transfers (need to be confirmed in advance), and the service is meticulous. Although it is positioned as high-end, it is indeed a good choice for business and leisure due to its scarce landscape and complete facilities.
AAnonymous UserThe breakfast spread was quite generous, featuring milk and even sparkling wine. While the carpets in the public areas had a noticeable, unpleasant odor, the carpets in the rooms were thankfully fine. The hotel is conveniently located just a three-minute walk from the beach. However, the beach itself was quite littered. On a positive note, the hotel's expansive lawn was a standout feature. My east-facing room offered lovely views of the sunrise.
