We stayed in a triple room this time, which had a balcony. They helped us set up the futons for dinner. The room was clean and tidy, and the sodas and snacks in the room were complimentary. Both dinner and breakfast were kaiseki multi-course meals. The ingredients were fresh and very satisfying. There were two free massage chairs on our floor, and a stargazing area on the rooftop. We could actually see stars at night, and it was incredibly quiet and comfortable. The hot springs offered both indoor and outdoor baths with a beautiful environment and full amenities, including free popsicles. In the lobby, there was a self-serve marshmallow roasting station with unlimited marshmallows. There was also a souvenir shop. A special reminder: the latest dinner time is 7:30 PM, so you must check in early. We drove there, and it was already dark. Be careful to turn at the intersection by the road, as there aren't many lights, and you might miss the entrance.

It was a simple all-you-can-eat buffet of strawberries, so if you like strawberries, you should definitely go. They apparently grew their own strawberries, and they served five varieties at dinner and three at breakfast. They were simply delicious. It's rare, isn't it? Normally, it would be too expensive, so it feels original.

The front desk staff was really helpful; because the room had a little smoke smell, they set me up in another room. Their quick response to my request is very appreciated.

The room didn't have a private onsen, but there was a public bath, and the hot springs were really comfortable, both indoor and outdoor. I highly recommend everyone try it. Breakfast was also very rich, the service was excellent, and the environment was very good.

Perfect stay with kid and friends. Everyone has his/her own pleasure here in this resort. We booked two rooms, one in west side in the main building, the other one in east side. If you have kids, might better stay in west side because the lobby, restaurants and pool or other amenities are all located in west side. We hade a great time here.

During my trip i have encountered some problem, they proactively provide assistance with their professional attitude which made me feeling heartful and respectful. Once again thank for their services and i will choose your hotel again if i come back to this place.

There is a JR station pick-up service ', call early to make an appointment, the hotel is next to Omotesando, the room has a sauna, hot spring', big enough and clean, the front desk and restaurant service staff are very good. But the quality of dinner and breakfast is average, especially the breakfast is very poor, the quantity is large, the food is cool, 'The taste is light, the dumplings are not fresh, the chef please check it out, I have been to many hot spring hotels, even if the ordinary imperial meals, the breakfast is still delicious, this is obviously not to care about the whole. Waste of a good hotel.

Conveniently located right from the approach to Konpira, close to both JR Kotohira Station and Kotoden Kotohira Station. Amenity is only a toothbrush set and the other is taken next to the front desk. The tea pack has only tea, but I was grateful that I could bring coffee back with a cup after breakfast. It is less than 15 minutes walk to Marnaka of super Marquette.

The hotel is about 6 minutes away from the station and about 15 minutes to Marugame Castle, which is very convenient. Since this hotel was built recently, the facilities are all new. There are two hot springs for men and women, so there is no need to accommodate men and women swapping time. Moreover, the front desk service is very good, polite and willing to help. It would be better if there are more breakfast choices.
