Hotels With Spa in Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

We have spent almost a month on this hotel and service is very good. Highly Recommended.

We are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .    We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night !    They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room. It is unfair !!     So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view. Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.  We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room.   In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.    I am not satisfied for this matter.

Very awesome stay. Front desk staff are excellent and know how to deal with customers. Room modern and clean. They try to provide you with all necessary requests and they go beyond. Special thanks to front desk staff Ms. Zahraa and Mr Yousef Alyousef.

The stay was fantastic. The hotel has a swimming pool, gym, and sauna. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and varied. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped. There are also large shopping malls nearby. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

It was a wonderful two nights to stay here because atmosphere was a great and beautiful building. I highly recommend it to stay here.

The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel offers a swimming pool and a gym, making for a very good overall experience. It's close to the beach, and there are supermarkets nearby, so the location is excellent.

Every time I go to this hotel, I can often upgrade to a suite, very comfortable

The hotel is 100 km from King's Airport. It takes 1 hour drive because visiting customers in jubail industrial area The hotel is very empty, but the facilities and environment are very good. The bedding is very comfortable. Five stars are not at all bad. The front desk attitude is super good, apply for a late check-out until 2 o'clock, she smiled and said that you want to delay until 5 o'clock, I can do it. . . like
