The five-star hotel room is not big, many things are old, two suitcases are opened, there is no place to go, but the hotel environment is okay, the swimming pool outside is also big, the lobby or other meeting places are also pretty good!

Oh my gosh, luxury, luxury. This is beyond expectations. The area is beautiful and expensive, celebrities and all live here. The location is really safe, it’s clean, limited places to eat around you have to travel at least 10mins to restaurants. Anyways Samuel was not a very good host. He didn’t respond to our calls, he really didn’t seem interested in hosting us, unfriendly and distant.

Ok, the room is small. I lived in the left and right two, but I still prefer the one on the side. The gym and breakfast didn't have time to experience. It should also be a takeaway type.

Very nice hotel with excellent service. Nice pool, restaurant and bar. All even in the floor. The hotel is 13 floors, so it would have been nice if there had been some place even higher, which would have seen the whole city.

NNazarethbuxBeautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

I surprised my partner with delightful decorations to celebrate four wonderful years of traveling without her, and seeing her face light up in Accra was priceless🥰. She was absolutely thrilled by everything—the vibrant environment, the stunning sights, and especially the incredible service from the receptionist, who was just fantastic! She’s already eager to return for another adventure. A huge thank you to the amazing team for making our stay so special and for being such wonderful people to connect with at every turn! We can’t wait to come back! 🌟❤️

GGuest UserThe guys at the reception are super nice. I was helped with my luggage when I arrived but when leaving, I was on my own. Breakfast was great since the hotel itself owns a commercial restaurant that serves great food. There are local delicacies on the menu, but no staple dishes like fufu or banku. (U might have to go elsewhere if u wanna try typical Ghanaian dishes. The environment is quite noisy but the windows are quite sound proof. A good place to be if you’re in Accra

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our time at KCS Guest House. The property is clean and well maintained and located in a peaceful part of the city. There are a few stores and a couple of restaurants within walking distance and you can also have some tasty food served in your room or in the lounge at the guest house itself. Special mention is deserved by Blessed (reception) and Prince (the chef) who looked after us very well throughout our stay.

GGuest UserVery enjoyable. Very clean rooms. I think they are under new management and have made some nice changes. Menu needs some work. But what they cook is amazing. They were very accommodating to my Service Dog. I had a great stay. I would definitely stay here again. I would also recommend it as well.
