Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Pravin the driver was every safe and knowledgeable driver.He was every polite. Hotel location is great. Near by mall & good food close by. Hotel breakfast was great and tasty. All amenties were in working order. Happy Diwali! Pravin thank for dropping me at the airport.

Great property once you are inside.. Food was nice and so were the rooms.. Even the wifi was great. The only problem was that the rooms are far away and involve a lot of steps which is difficult for people with knee issues and old people. Also the approach road isnt great either. But do visit if you want to be in Mussoorie

Stayed two nights here. One of the best hotels in Jim Corbett. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Location is excellent. Well spread breakfast too. Highly recommend

As a solo traveller, I found the property and host very safe and supportive. My stay was for about a week - I visited nearby temples like Ghorakhal mandir and Kainchi Dham, lovely cafes and exotic offbeat places nearby Nainital with the cab facility provided by the hosts. Coming to the amenities, everything was well versed in my room. The rooms are large and spacious with attached washroom and balcony. I especially loved the hygiene and cleanliness, which Im very particular about as a female. The food was also homely and delicious and didnt feel like hotelish at all. Overall, my stay was worth the price and Im super satisfied. Would definitely come again and recommend the place to all. Ps: This is a photo taken from my room window at the time of snowfall :)

given we are a repeat guest at this Hotel in one of the most preferred locations across India i.e. Dehradun, the service quality, standards of hospitality and promptness still remain intact and top notch! Cleanliness, Hygiene and upkeep is just what you expect from a name like that.... Food on the 5th floor terrace amidst the ”Clean AIR” (read Delhi/NCR in b/w :)) and quick service just adds to the overall pleasant stay.. thanks Nikhil for your help

We checked in your property, it was amazing stay and group dine. The Security of your hotel at front Prakash was polite and aware us about the things which we can't take inside ***** with as we are having Bluetooth speaker but unfortunately we can't you Security informed such a good manner with apologies. And William and Nisha at front office helped us offering and telling about the property, some suggestions of dining, local attraction spots near your landmarks and escort us. We got an issue of monkeys as Staff already mentioned us about it. The rest, services we had was good and so budget friendly. Thank you!

I had stayed here for a night with my family. The hotel is located in the Pacific Mall, excellent location to be with the family. The staff were very friendly. Check in check out was prompt. I had stayed in valley facing room which had a excellent view overlooking the mountains. Very courteous staff. Special mention to Shubham , ashish at front office.

Before booking, I saw a lot of people saying that the food here was not good, and I was very nervous. When I ate the breakfast buffet, I found it was okay, but there were not many varieties, but the quality was okay. It is the facilities to complain. There is no separate compartment for the toilet and shower. It was understandable that the design was not considered at that time. But what is incomprehensible is, can't we add a shower curtain? After taking a bath, the bathroom was splashed and messed up. If you want to use the toilet or brush your teeth later, sorry, you have to get in.

The overall experience was quite pleasant. It all Started with a very sober and pleasent checkin experience with the staff at the front desk very cooperative and understanding. The place where we enjoyed the most was the dining area. Mr. Manoj, manager of the catering services was very helpful and understanding and attended to us personally. The boys attending us - Manoj, Pushkar, Lalit, Abhishek, Rahul, Vishnu, Pradeep were always ready to serve, their pleasent behaviour was noteworthy. The chef- Riddhi, Ayushman, Sandeep and all others were always taking active interviews to take our views and serve us in an appropriate manner. Looking forward to further visit. We stayed in Cottage, the stay was good. We had a great time. The staff was welcoming and helpful especially Mr. Pramod. The food was really nice and delicious. The washrooms and furniture need a bit renovation. Our main purpose of visit was function which was fulfilled and the surrounding area was very peaceful and relishing. All the arrangements made by the staff were good. In all it was a nice stay.

Basically receptionist female was really good. She put full effort to make us make comfortable. Food was good. The only point i like to highlight that room bedding sheets and the sofa cover was not perfectly clean.

I paid for royal room (breakfast and taxes inclusive. For this much money (though this is after discount price) hotel lacks the basic amenities like there was no moisturiser and hair dryer in the room. We had to ask for the dental kit too. Mind it hair dryer is only available in the suite room. Upon request iron was provided but that too without the iron board. Talking about breakfast, do not expect buffet. Only few items are served and basic breakfast item like juices are also not available. When it comes to beverages, only tea and coffee are available in breakfast menu. In room dining menu, the options are immense but again there are no basic options like burger. Though the pizza was good but again chocolate shake was such a disappointment. There are much better options of the hotel available in the same locality.

The hotel was good and at main road. The staff was polite and food is also good. However, there is an issue with wifi connectivity in the hotel. From evening to next morning, wifi connectivity was not there. Also, washrooms can be more clean.
