Hotels With Spa in Chiang Rai Province, Thailand

Booked 2 rooms for family trip. All good except during late check in, 1 room door cannot tap open due to low battery. Another room with torn bedsheet. While waiting for the chamber staffs to change the bedsheet, they simply put all the pillows and blankets on the floor. Are all the bedding being put on the floor when they clean up the room? Unfortunately I don’t have the photos to share as only stay a night.

Had a very relaxing stay at Meridien Chiang Rai . Would recommend it and come back again. Service is very attentive. Gave a small present to my daughter on arrival + toiletries for kids. I took option with dinner included. It was at the Italian restaurant. Food and service ate good but should give more options to be chosen from the menu when you are staying several nights. In general very good experience!

We love our stay at the Riverie. The guest services team were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and amenities were great! I love the pool and water slides. Unfortunately, we were not able to use them as it was too cold outside. Highly recommend this hotel.

It’s a nice and unique hotel, location is very near to the Blue temple which means you better have a car, we have no problem on this, just found it too dark to find the way back to the hotel at night. Our experience was half n half with this hotel, we booked two nights, on the first night with river view, we like the interior with reasonable space, the hotel is building more blocks which start hammering at 8am, on top of that we didn’t sleep at all during the night because it had strange sound from the ceiling, we were on the 4th (top ) floor and it was probably the generator of the air conditioning, the sound came every 15 minutes, so we didn’t sleep n were so tired. We told the front desk next morning and they changed the room for us and upgraded to the pool access room. It was good to have access to the pool directly from your room. Breakfast was nice and have variety of choices. I’m not sure if I will choose this hotel if I go again, I rather have a good sleep than a horrible night even they upgraded us the second night, they didn’t ask how we were when we checking out, seems the upgrade sorted everything, not bothered to tell us why there was noice and not care about any feedback!!

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and newly decorated. However, there was no hot water for shower on the 1st night, it got fixed on the 2nd day. The bathroom was smelly especially from the basin and toilet. There is no shower gel provided but only soap, you may need to prepare for yourself. Wifi for the room is only for 1 device.

The pool, and relaxing environment was great, buffet breakfast was a delight, always. Hot when it needed to be cold if required.

The hotel is around a 20 minutes walk away from the city centre. The near surronding is not that appealing, there are not many restaurants but at least a 7eleven is close. The hotel itsself looks kinda old but everyone is really nice and the rooms offer you a decent stay. Sometimes the reception staff seems to be walking around inhouse or driving around, this might lead to some waiting time if you want to check-in or check-out. The pool is nice so is the breakfast!

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff. Compliments to the management that think of every little details for its guests. From welcome drinks to complimentary shuttle service to the bus terminal. Lovely swimming pool and rool top bar. Highly recommend for anyone who wants a ralaxing holiday in Chiang Rai.

Overall, it's good. I like it a lot. The breakfast is delicious, but you have to call to order. If you order on the website that they have, it seems like it won't pop up. 555 Overall, it's good. The staff is cute. They don't get angry at all. You can bring the food to your room. The staff will deliver it to your room. It's good. I like it. I will definitely go again.

Very good service, the hotel staff are very friendly and considerate. The hotel manager is very nice, the front desk girl has a sweet smile. The uncle who plays local instruments is also very cute😊. The massage is also superb! Good place, quiet and beautiful. The room is also big and worth the money. I will definitely stay here next time. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their help❤️
