The location is very good, not far from the airport, and the service attitude is good! It is the best overall environment among all the surrounding hotels, relatively clean and sanitary, and the hotel restaurant is also good!

NNazarethbuxBeautiful environment and especially great vibe at the pool and restaurant area. In the evenings they play some music and it’s a lovely place to relax and enjoy if you don’t feel like going out. You can have a drink and they even have shisha if you like. The waitress Catherine at breakfast time was absolutely lovely! Warm and helpful and friendly, we really missed her when she wasn’t around on the weekend. The one thing I didn’t like about our stay was that some of the front desk staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude towards us because we had extended multiple times and chose to do so through trip as it’s cheaper than the USD rates that the hotel charges directly. They said that what we paid through trip was too little however, we didn’t make those rates so I found that a bit rude. The whole hotel operates on USD rates so for value added services like laundry or transportation it can be very overpriced.

3. The swimming pool and hotel grounds are spacious and airy. The surrounding area is on top of McCarthy Hills, so the scenery is very poetic and quiet, suitable for the holiday^^

5. The hotel seems to have been open for a long time, all the equipment does not look very new. Still good to use but if you ask higher here it's not satisfactory. There is only one power outlet near the headboard😞
6. The hotel seems to be quite empty, I have been here for two days and have not met any guests but me. I'm alone a swimming pool is also a bit...bored🥺

GGuest UserMy husband and I stayed for 6 nights, and we were quite pleased with this guest house. It was very clean, the staff was helpful, and the room sizes were perfect for the two of us.
This is the 3rd guesthouse/hotel that we stayed at while in Ghana as we weren't satisfied with the other places and I must say we loved it! The only disadvantage was that the Bolt and taxi drivers had a hard time locating it even though we gave them the address.
We later learned that the best way to direct a driver is by telling them a particular landmark, so in our case, the landmark was a restaurant called ”Odu Rice” which is right in front of American Mall. The area is also a bit noisy in the morning, but we didn't let it bother us too much as we went out each day.

XXingzhe66666Except that Ctrip's price is a bit expensive, the hotel is very good and the room is a bit damp. Everything else is excellent and the waiters are very easy to deal with. It's very close to the airport, just a ten-minute walk. Remember, the international airport is in the T3 terminal, close to the hotel.

GGuest UserThe guys at the reception are super nice. I was helped with my luggage when I arrived but when leaving, I was on my own. Breakfast was great since the hotel itself owns a commercial restaurant that serves great food. There are local delicacies on the menu, but no staple dishes like fufu or banku. (U might have to go elsewhere if u wanna try typical Ghanaian dishes. The environment is quite noisy but the windows are quite sound proof. A good place to be if you’re in Accra

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our time at KCS Guest House. The property is clean and well maintained and located in a peaceful part of the city. There are a few stores and a couple of restaurants within walking distance and you can also have some tasty food served in your room or in the lounge at the guest house itself. Special mention is deserved by Blessed (reception) and Prince (the chef) who looked after us very well throughout our stay.
