This is family hotel however the kid pool seem a bit small. The hotel is clean and staff is helpful.
One thing you should know is the hotel has not enough space for the car parking you have to park others and take the golf car to the hotel.
Near hotel has the seafood restaurant which has a good view and delicious.

Well there was a problem with the door to the balcony it had a very loud whistling sound coming out of it. I contacted reception and told them about the issue and they said we will send someone to check it out. Well the whole night went by and no one came to check it out hence why I gave the service rating as low. Otherwise the hotel is ok. And the reason why amenities are low is because the elevator rush, some were undergoing maintenance and some were functioning but there're so many people who want to use the elevators.
Center Point Prime Hotel Is One Of The Options When it comes to Family Stay in Patttaya,
Staff were polite, approachable. Suite is highly recommended when travelling with 3 to 4 ”Slim” Family
Member Not so sure if they provided connecting rooms.
Hotel also provide amenities for Family.. Pool Wave is Fantastic.. Breafast Buffet has Variety of Food and area is spacious.
They also got parking space if travelling with own cars.
FYI. Complementary Water Bottle has Max 2 each day so might as well buy when touch to city.
Lastly the Hotel Provide Shuttle going to Terminal 21 Time table start at 12pm as i remember 15 to 25mins heading to Jomtien Beach by car.
All In All Still Recommendable to Family and Friends
I am recently stayed at the Mandarin Eastville Hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The Japanese-themed room was exceptionally comfortable, with a cozy bed and immaculate linens that added to the relaxing atmosphere. The cleanliness of the room itself was impeccable, which made my stay feel truly rejuvenating.
However, I did notice a slight issue with the balcony area: there were bird droppings on the floor and the seat cushions. While this didn’t majorly impact my stay, a bit more attention to outdoor maintenance would elevate the experience.
The breakfast selection was a highlight! The variety was impressive, featuring unique options like Thai-style boat noodles and grilled skewers alongside traditional dishes. It catered well to diverse tastes.
Lastly, the staff deserves special mention. The front desk team was consistently friendly, approachable, and greeted guests with warm smiles—a small touch that made a big difference.
In summary, this hotel offers great value with its comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast, and welcoming service. With minor tweaks to balcony upkeep, it could be flawless. I’d gladly return!
The service is consistently excellent, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, close to everything but still quiet enough for a relaxing stay. Every time I visit Pattaya, this is my first choice. Highly recommended!
🛏️ Oceanfront deluxe sky pool #2621
We have extra bed prepared in our room which is very comfy. The room is spacious with ocean view on high floor. We enjoyed spending moment chillin’ at the balcony.
We got complementaries from this room type
✅ Free breakfast @ SORA
✅ Free afternoon tea 2-5 pm
✅ Free happy hour 6-7:30 pm
There are choices if dining you can enjoy. Over the moon on rooftop, or Under the Sun on the courtyard by the beachfront
❎the glass door is not thick. We
can hear the wind sound all night. And by the day time, we can feel the heat on the glass.
We had such a fantastic stay at Grande Centre Point Space Pattaya! The place was spotless, and everything felt super clean and fresh. The location was very convenient, close to everything we needed. Staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The amenities were top-notch, especially for families.
The water park was amazing, perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. Our kids especially loved the game room, they didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend for anyone visiting Pattaya, especially families looking for comfort and fun in one place.
I had a wonderful stay at Centara Mirage Pattaya! The hotel is very nice, with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The water park was a highlight — not just for kids, but for adults too! I had so much fun and really enjoyed my time there. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.
I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and even though it was my first time here, it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff were lovely and welcoming from the moment I arrived until the day I left. The atmosphere was peaceful, and my room was quiet, private, and very comfortable.
Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the in-room dining exceeded my expectations — everything was so well-prepared and flavorful. I didn’t get a chance to try the spa, which I truly regret, but it just means I’ll definitely be coming back.
A truly memorable stay — 100/10.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all, fantastic service by the staff over there as they were so polite and professional with their jobs! Room was really big and comfortable and I would definitely come back for my next trip to Pattaya :)

GGuest UserLocation is good, next to 7/11 and a short walk to the mall/shopping/food.
There is also 2 restaurants close to the hotel, Japanese and Indian.
At arrival the reception desk was very helpful and friendly, also very helpful during our whole stay of 5 nights. Great service at all times.
Popcorn man is very friendly and nice. Have read other reviews before about the free coffee and popcorn, that is very nice, but they use a lot of sugar at the Popcorn! That is not for us Scandinavians. Thailand seems to have sugar in almost every things, in dried fish, smoked salmon, popcorn, juice and a lot more. To bad. Probably a way to make Thailand fat.
Had a great room with mountain view and it was peaceful and nice. The room has a bathtub and Japanese style toilet, charging point next to the bed. Has a switch next to the bed to turn on a light outside the room door for clean the room or Not disturb. Old and a bit worn out hotel, but absolutely a nice hotel and good breakfast. A hotel with a lot of mirrors all over, and a lot of glass windows in and around the reception area and floors. Probably not a big cleaning staff to keep all the glass and mirrors clean at all times.
The Onsen is like other guests has said before, almost no one use it. They should have made a steam room in the second shower room. It's a big room inside the Onsen that no one use. Would make a great steamroom size. And members and guests would for sure start using the Onsen a lot more.
There is even room for making a female side at the Onsen, already a second pool that is covered up with no use. Split up the huge entrance rooms, leave a few showers for the women and a simple wall to close the gap for each side, and open the second pool with water flow from the big one. Then it would be happy guests of both women and men.
The gym was back in the days a great and professional one, and it still works very well today. Worn out and a few leaks when it rains but can have a good workout any way.
Did not use the pool, but used the sunbeds. There is 3 sunbeds and one of them is almost collapsed, no mattress. Bit of sun in the morning before the sun gets behind the hotel building, also sun at late afternoon.
Too bad the tennis court is closed due to leaks and saggy floor. Suggest the Hotel to remove the chemicals that is right next to the pool in public
We will come back, great staff, big room with a bathtub and good location.
GGuest UserI experienced the wonderful and amazing journey at Royal Cliff Beach Terrace. I was touched deeply by their genuine hospitality, delicious food, clean room, and beautiful view.
Specially, the senior deputy resident manager, CB, gave me a big surprise for my birthday since I didn't tell them when check-in! We went outside in the early morning and came back very late; however CB didn't give up to contact us for birthday greetings. Until dinner, CB found us in one of Royal Cliff restaurants and led the team to come to our table with brithday music, wishes, birthday cake, flowers, and handwritten card. Unforgettable! Even if at this moment, my moving and feeling are still boiling. Thank you so much, CB and Royal Cliff!
In addition, dining by the sea impressed us as well. It is really worthy absolutely to enjoy the private beach, dedicated service, beautiful sunset, only one table, and delicious/sufficient seafood. The service is very good as well. Manger and deputy manager (NP) welcome us in front of the lobby and recorded us by video and photo for memory.
Thank you Royal Cliff! I will go back again!

PPritch69Great Hotel (I’ve stayed in many, so not a one-off review), location maybe a 10 minute walk from the beachfront (if you don’t stop for a beer). Recommend you book a pool side room view, it will be quieter in the night as Pattaya Night Life makes its music, although our room drowned out the sound very well.
Room is best described as a Holiday Inn / Express / Premier Travel Inn. With a few more pluses. Very comfortable & clean.
Concierge & wonderful and helpful.
Amenities great!
Didn’t try the food.
An easy 5/5 rating
GGuest UserGreat room with private pool. Spacious and well equipped. Love breakfast selections especially the freshly pressed juice on demand. The staffs are super nice and friendly. Will definitely come back.

KKarl Williams and Kuba WilliamsThis hotel has gone from strength to strength … since my first visit they have re-furnished all the rooms , built a 2nd reception area , whilst improving the 1st reception area. Added a massage centre and increased the food choice and menu at the restaurant . All this has been done whilst keeping the room prices at a reasonable level … Great service by all the team . Miw, On , Oam , Pop all remember me every time and love to see my son Kuba … Thank you for all the great smiles and hospitality… Will see you again May 2025 for my sons birthday gift in Thailand
