Hotels With Spa in Kayseri Province, Türkiye

The hotel is new and beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious, and it was a wonderful surprise that the non-smoking room smelled so fresh. Its location is right in the city center, and the breakfast is of very high quality. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Kayseri.

The room is not particularly big, but it is enough for one person, much better than ibis. The most satisfying thing is the variety of breakfast, I like it very much, it satisfies the Chinese taste buds. There are different hot dishes every day for three days.

Clean and hygienic, the room is quite big, just ten minutes from the airport, the next day, the hotel front desk can help to call the taxi. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast is not good.

I made a mistake in booking Rasisson. There are 3 hotels in Kayseri, one on the Mount side and the other on the Lake side. The one in the city has a shuttle bus to the ski resort three times a day. The hotel is full of skiers. When I come back at night, there is a big shopping mall next to it, which is more convenient for eating and playing. In the morning, I entered the ski resort from Rasisson. There were English-speaking people to rent ski equipment and buy tickets. There were few people on the ski slopes, much less than the public snowboarding area. It was super comfortable. Now only the 15th and 13th red and blue slopes are open, and the black slope is not open yet. There are several ski slopes on 15th, which are also very long. It is enough to play. One trip takes nearly half an hour. It is beautiful. It is worthy of being the world's best ski resort. Highly recommended!

Everything was great, nice and clean hotel. I liked the fact that it was close to the airport in Kayseri. I had a relaxing stay, swimming and using the sauna and steam room as well. I had an early flight, so l wasn’t able to have breakfast. I will stay here again if l ever come back.

The staff were very friendly and they assisted in every request we made. We reported a fridge wasnt working and received a new fridge almost immediately Since its a very new hotel/resort, its very quiet and a nice place to stay and spend time with family members The children enjoyed playing with the snow and we actually came back 2 nights after we left to spend our last nights in Turkey with the resort We will recommend this resort to the our families & friends

On the day of settlement we were met, fed and placed perfectly, although we were settled later on the standard time (previously warned of late settlement by email). On the day of departure , when we returned at 12:30 to the hotel for suitcases (exile at 12:00, the room we released in advance and left the suitcases at the door in the room), the suitcases were just standing on the street and on the street in winter, there was no security. We didn't understand why the suitcases didn't be transferred to the resepshn ... Located in the centre, convenient, everything in step availability. The room is authentic, big, warm, corresponds to the photo of the hotel, there are all necessary ingredients, including a good fan, but not clean enough, there is a foreign smell (may have trashed ants, but unresultably), a lot of ants, For convenience, the score was taken as winter, and the door of the room goes straight to the street, i.e. to the respiratory and to the restaurant. In other seasons it will not be a minus, as the yard is beautiful and cozy, but in the winter it is uncomfortable.

The hotel is located in the student area, slightly away from the city center, occupying a large, well-maintained area. The rooms are large, very clean, and bright. The staff is attentive, but despite claiming to support English and Russian, we were only able to communicate in Turkish. For example, we tried to get into the Turkish hamam twice, but were unable to do so due to the language barrier. The breakfast is delicious, but not varied. The air conditioning is heated, making the air too dry. I recommend this hotel for those visiting Kayseri.

Room was nice enough though the bathroom smelt appalling, and the phone in the room didn't work so had to have two technicians spend some time trying to fix it, they eventually had to replace the phone which meant I waited about 30mins before I was able to order room service. Breakfast was decent and didn't stay long enough to use the pool or spa facilities which is a massive shame as that was the biggest appeal for me. I didn't leave the hotel during my stay as I atriv3d late and only stayed one night.
