The hotel is located fairly near Union station, however there is a massive problem with homeless people hanging around outside. Overall, the rooms are clean if not a little dated. We had a question over credit card charges. Our family booked the room online with Trip and the hotel preauthorised our card $340 dollars, on arrival charged $200 dollars deposit and then took a further $190 for some reason until o removed the authority on the card. A two night stay is equal to $740 dollars while we wait for refunds. The hotel could do more to make sure dangerous homeless do not wait around outside, and when there was a problem in my last night outside the security disappeared. If you want a bolt hole in Washington DC this is okay, for a family friendly environment due to problems outside and charging issues this is not the place to visit

The room is quite big and clean. It is located on the edge of Georgetown, so it is convenient to travel by bus and Uber. You can take the bus and walk to the Lincoln Memorial area, and you need to change buses to the museum area. This is a residential area. There are many restaurants to choose from when you walk straight out of the street. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby that is very good. The owner is very friendly. There are whole foods and Trader Joe's within a 10-minute walk.
The restaurant downstairs is independent, and you can have breakfast here. The price is reasonable. The hotel is generally cost-effective.
There is ice lemonade or coffee in the lobby downstairs (different in the morning and evening). The room does not have any view and the windows cannot be opened. The previous napkins were almost used up and we were not given any new ones. It is 26 minutes walk from Capitol Hill and 28 minutes by taxi or subway (you read it right, the walking time is short, I recommend walking, you must pass the Postal Museum and Grand Central Station). There is a big supermarket and CVS drugstore downstairs. Turn left when you go out and take the red line to near the White House (If you travel within 3 days, it is recommended to save money and do not buy a card for several days, because you can walk wildly and transfer for free within 2 hours)
1. It's a good geographical location for sightseeing, so when I was tired during sightseeing, I would come in for a short rest and then go out again.
2. The air conditioner cooling/heating worked normally, and the bedding was clean and nice.
3. The sink, bathroom, and toilet are separated from each other. There is nothing particularly inconvenient, but it was disappointing that there was no bathtub.
4. The shower head in the bathroom was fixed at the top, so I couldn't move it freely, so this part was inconvenient.
5. There was a large TV, refrigerator, and iron.
6. The view was satisfactory because there was a nice building right in front of it.
7. But the real highlight of this hotel is the rooftop lounge. The night view from the rooftop is unparalleled.
(Rooftop is very popular. It is a hot place with rooftop customers from early evening to dawn.)

The location is very close to the famous street, the White House, a few minutes walk to Georgetown University, the health is also very good, the 1305 restaurant downstairs is very good and worth trying! As the most convenient mid-range hotel facilities from Georgetown University, it is also very good!
2 bedrooms and 1 living room. There are 2 large beds in the room. The sofa in the living room can be unfolded into a large bed. There is a mattress, but it is soft, so it is suitable for children. It is difficult to sleep with one big and one small. Turning over will make a creaking sound, so it is most suitable for big children who sleep soundly, so as not to affect the quality of sleep. There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, but there is no supermarket nearby, so buying ingredients is a problem. The hotel can buy them for you and charges a 30-dollar courier fee. There is a small supermarket in the hotel where you can buy snacks and water. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, oatmeal and other hot foods, and drinks are all iced. Self-service coffee, hot water is provided in the self-service coffee area. The hotel has free water filling equipment, so bottled water is not provided. It will change slightly every day. The hotel parking fee is about 53 dollars. There are many parking lots around, but it is also quite expensive (I don’t remember the specific price). You can take the subway Silver Line to Dulles Airport, which is 6.75 one-way plus 2 yuan card fee. It takes about 1 hour to get to the airport. Walk to the national mall area, about 10-15 minutes walk
The hotel is in a very good location, right outside the White House, and close to DC's main attractions and museums. If you are physically fit, you can walk there. The lobby is very classical and gorgeous, but the room facilities are average, and certainly cannot be compared with the four or five-star hotels in our country. The breakfast is very rich, which is good.
The location is very good, and most scenic spots are within 2 kilometers. Although the hotel is a bit old, it still feels very tasteful. The service is a bit lacking. After the Amazon package arrived at the front desk, I asked twice and was told it was not available. Finally, I took a photo of the Amazon package and said it was found.

GGuest UserNico was super accommodating. He let us wheel our bikes straight back into our room so they didn’t have to stay outside. There were snacks and drinks out for us your arrival and he even made parking very simple for us. The garden out back was stocked with wood in the fire pit and a lighter. The location in Georgetown is within walking distance of all sort of shopping and eating destinations. We chose this place randomly only because my husband is called Poppy by our grandchildren. We got very lucky!
ZZIHAOCome to DC to live in Park Hyatt for 3 days. The area where you are located should be good. If you take a taxi, you can't go anywhere, but if you take the subway, there is still a distance from the subway station. The doorman is more welcoming. The only drawback is that the three nights of staying in the hotel did not change the toiletries once.

AAnonymous UserThe room is very good, the furniture and bedding are very new and clean, and it is tidy every day without tipping. In the end, we realized that when we gave a tip (it was the last day), we also gave each of my family of four bathrobes, disposable fur mops, and snacks. The common room I booked was automatically upgraded to a sea view twin room! The service at the front desk is also very thoughtful. You can answer any questions about bottled water for free. You can ask him how many bottles he wants, and you can drink lemonade and orange juice in the lobby. There is no time to swim in the heated swimming pool. The underground parking lot costs 10 knives an hour and 75 knives overnight. Wharf has a good environment for shopping and eating, and the sea breeze is comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel!
GGuest UserBeautiful, divine and super attention just a little more cleaning in the bathroom like the tiles and taps but the rest without words spectacular
