The location is very good, close to the White House, and in the area where luxury hotels in Washington are clustered. The surrounding area feels very safe. The room is quite large, the facilities are also good, and the decoration has a strong European and American style. It is very cost-effective

Excellent hotel, central in Georgetown. Superb service, top-notch fitness facility, very good restaurant. All the staff at the Four Seasons are super friendly and helpful. Rooms super quiet and very well appointed. I was happy to be upgraded and was able to use my Trip Coins to slightly lower the cost. Hope to be back again!
2 bedrooms and 1 living room. There are 2 large beds in the room. The sofa in the living room can be unfolded into a large bed. There is a mattress, but it is soft, so it is suitable for children. It is difficult to sleep with one big and one small. Turning over will make a creaking sound, so it is most suitable for big children who sleep soundly, so as not to affect the quality of sleep. There are 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, but there is no supermarket nearby, so buying ingredients is a problem. The hotel can buy them for you and charges a 30-dollar courier fee. There is a small supermarket in the hotel where you can buy snacks and water. Breakfast includes scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, oatmeal and other hot foods, and drinks are all iced. Self-service coffee, hot water is provided in the self-service coffee area. The hotel has free water filling equipment, so bottled water is not provided. It will change slightly every day. The hotel parking fee is about 53 dollars. There are many parking lots around, but it is also quite expensive (I don’t remember the specific price). You can take the subway Silver Line to Dulles Airport, which is 6.75 one-way plus 2 yuan card fee. It takes about 1 hour to get to the airport. Walk to the national mall area, about 10-15 minutes walk
The hotel is in a very good location, right outside the White House, and close to DC's main attractions and museums. If you are physically fit, you can walk there. The lobby is very classical and gorgeous, but the room facilities are average, and certainly cannot be compared with the four or five-star hotels in our country. The breakfast is very rich, which is good.
Come to DC to live in Park Hyatt for 3 days. The area where you are located should be good. If you take a taxi, you can't go anywhere, but if you take the subway, there is still a distance from the subway station. The doorman is more welcoming. The only drawback is that the three nights of staying in the hotel did not change the toiletries once.
The hotel is located fairly near Union station, however there is a massive problem with homeless people hanging around outside. Overall, the rooms are clean if not a little dated. We had a question over credit card charges. Our family booked the room online with Trip and the hotel preauthorised our card $340 dollars, on arrival charged $200 dollars deposit and then took a further $190 for some reason until o removed the authority on the card. A two night stay is equal to $740 dollars while we wait for refunds. The hotel could do more to make sure dangerous homeless do not wait around outside, and when there was a problem in my last night outside the security disappeared. If you want a bolt hole in Washington DC this is okay, for a family friendly environment due to problems outside and charging issues this is not the place to visit

The location was convenient for me and the staff is very friendly but the hotel is very stingy. You would think at $240 per night it would.include a light breakfast or something. The showers were modified so now they are very uncomfortable and the toiletries are scarce. One small soap for 2 people ...

This hotel is good in all aspects, the front desk service is good, we have a few friends staying together, it feels like this, the room and other facilities are OK, it is very convenient to drive from the airport and follow the navigation.

GGuest UserNico was super accommodating. He let us wheel our bikes straight back into our room so they didn’t have to stay outside. There were snacks and drinks out for us your arrival and he even made parking very simple for us. The garden out back was stocked with wood in the fire pit and a lighter. The location in Georgetown is within walking distance of all sort of shopping and eating destinations. We chose this place randomly only because my husband is called Poppy by our grandchildren. We got very lucky!

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very close to the White House. Although the room is a bit small, it is clean and tidy. The view on the top floor is very good, there is a bar, and the service attitude of the staff is good. The only bad thing is that they call the front desk to get us cleaning supplies and they never show up , a little disappointed😞 Also, the bed is too soft, I can't rest well at night, and the coffee machine can't be used. Overall, I only agree that the location and hygiene here are very good. Others are not recommended
AAnonymous UserThe room is very good, the furniture and bedding are very new and clean, and it is tidy every day without tipping. In the end, we realized that when we gave a tip (it was the last day), we also gave each of my family of four bathrobes, disposable fur mops, and snacks. The common room I booked was automatically upgraded to a sea view twin room! The service at the front desk is also very thoughtful. You can answer any questions about bottled water for free. You can ask him how many bottles he wants, and you can drink lemonade and orange juice in the lobby. There is no time to swim in the heated swimming pool. The underground parking lot costs 10 knives an hour and 75 knives overnight. Wharf has a good environment for shopping and eating, and the sea breeze is comfortable. I strongly recommend this hotel!
AAnonymous UserIt's an old hotel, but the two-king-bed suite is really comfortable. It has a spacious living room, desk area, dining space, balcony, entrance area, and a wraparound balcony that you can go out. You can imagine the sense of form of a good hotel decades ago. The outdoor pool is lovely in the summer. The location is great! It is very close to the zoo and the very quiet and beautiful Rock Creek Park. There are also many restaurants in the Woodley Park area, and it is a 5-10 minute walk from the subway station. Good value for money! The service is average, and the front desk staff on different shifts don't seem to have smooth handovers with each other. They changed us to a single-bed suite midway. The room was much smaller. The mattress on the sofa bed was a bit too bad to sleep on. Please update some of the old furniture in time!
