We had an amazing stay at Kwa Maritane! The rate included half board and two thrilling game drives. The food was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were fantastic, always friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend Kwa Maritane for a perfect safari getaway.

A very nice location with few issues to sort out..the service is really bad...Our complaints were not entertained one bit..only one shower head was working...we had to take turns to shower....the kitchen windows did not have blinds or curtain and one could see it was taken out few days ago...we were not given the arm bands to access the water park only when we returned to reception the lady told us she forgot...the food at the restaurant takes more than an hour to make...no apology or anything was offered after a long wait both at dinner and breakfast....had to go to reception to borrow the iron after numerous calls without success..the unit does not have numbers which took us a lot of time locating our room...overall service is a nightmare in such a nice resort... The water park is the best ever...we enjoyed the slides and the warm pool...besides the service I would definitely go back...

The resort is situated in a quiet area, offering a peaceful retreat. It was clean, and the host was kind enough to allow us an early check-in. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant—perfect for when you don’t feel like heading out. I’d highly recommend trying it. The chalets were spacious, providing plenty of room for everyone. The kids had their own beds, which was a big plus. However, I was disappointed that they didn’t provide basic essentials like water, tea, coffee, or sugar in the rooms—that was definitely a downside. On the bright side, you can enjoy a braai right outside your chalet and take a short walk to the waterpark for a refreshing dip. The presence of security guards also added to our sense of safety, making our stay even more comfortable.

The room  is clean and spacious. There is also 75cl free red wine. Breakfast is rich and there are oysters in the morning. Service is over 5*. Every staff member is very professional, and from the moment you walk into the hotel, you will feel the meticulousness of their service. Unwell in the middle of the night, you can call the reception, there will be an emergency team to the room , clinic will be available at 7 am, and guests do not have to charge. Several hotels in the park /******/welcome centre (shopping mall) can walk in the past, or they can sit on their shuttle bus. and don't want to eat at the hotel, you can go to welcome centre to eat. If you want to book an event, you can find them to be determined, and there are employees who can speak Mandarin. Thanks again for the staff’s care.

Everything is very good The staff tried to help very well, the room is clean, the bathroom is very spacious, the water flows strongly, I have a problem with charging the phone. The staff took me to buy a new adapter. But I think that the usb port should be repaired to use all the devices in the room. The price should have a breakfast type, it will be very good.

Unfortunately staff was not helpful, porters just steer at us , i was traveling with elder people and they did not help us with the luggage, refused to walk 5 car to get the luggage I informed the front desk and still they did nothing, overall activities were good and well organized , safari and balloon. Unforgettable experience, breakfast buffet was average to the price paid , beautiful location and very convenient. Hopefully management train staff in hospitality to a better standard .

Great hotel easy check in. Good place to park car. Reception was friendly. The room was beautiful and looked out on to a green pasture kinda thing. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the scenery. good breakfast. all around would stay again. Easy to get to suncity. they provided an extra bed for a cost. The swimming pool was inviting and clean. in a safe area. a definite yes!

We enjoyed our stay even though the steep hill terrified my fiancée and she fell twice.As we were with our child we restricted him to walking outside for his safety breakfast was much enjoyable waiters very much welcoming.Even though we did not meet the owner we felt that she is a very nice person just through conversations  Thanks for hosting us in this lovely way

We had an amazing time at the lodge. Excellent facilities, amazing & friendly staff. The Safari arrangements were very safe, secure and perfect. We even enjoyed a Kids’ friendly safari. The food was provided timely and they always had vegetarian options for us. Overall - highly recommend.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the place is quiet and not too busy. I enjoyed the swimming pool, but it can do with a little bit of cleaning by removing insects and leaves that keep floating around. I enjoyed my stay and willing to go back ❤️
