Five of us visited God Begot House, at least up the alleyway along the side, going to the oldest pub in the UK founded in 1002.
Forget the Italian restaurant. Go around the side to the true treasure of God Begot!

Fine buildlng
A fine building in a street full of historic interest unfortunately marred by shop closures, boarding up and associated change issues.
Didn't go inside but wonderful outside.
