The Mayang River is a large first-level tributary on the west bank of the Wujiang River. It is located in the territory of S303, a Tujia Autonomous County along the river, Tongren City, Guizhou Province. The lower Liangqiao to the dark stream section is also called the dark stream. The Mayang River originated from Hejiazhai Paper Fanggou, Dejiang County, and entered from Daping Shangcun, Xizhongzhai Town (formerly Zhongzhai Township).
