This time, we visited "Kajitsuya Coffee Chofu Jindaiji Store" 🍑 This is a very popular cafe where you can enjoy sandwiches made with carefully selected seasonal fruits and homemade bread, as well as their carefully brewed coffee.

This visit was for their morning menu. There were about three options, but I ordered the popular plate 🍽️ It came on one plate with a sandwich, salad, and soup, and a drink was also included ✨ My impression was that the sandwich bread was fluffy and soft, the cream was not too sweet and had a light texture, allowing me to fully enjoy the fruit inside 🥭 The fruit was packed in tightly, and I could really taste its freshness and sweetness 🥝 The shrimp 🦐 in the vegetable salad were plump, soft, cold and fresh, and the dressing was delicious, so the vegetables disappeared quickly 🥗
The gazpacho was cold, and the flavors of tomato 🍅 and watermelon 🍉 came through directly, with a harmonious balance of acidity and sweetness, making it light and delicious! The shop's atmosphere was fantastic; you could feel the warmth of the wood, the ceilings were high and spacious, the windows were large, and there was even a terrace where you could enjoy the view while you ate.
