[Service] The boss is a chef and the service is enthusiastic.
[Taste] Hot skin, when I first saw it, I thought it was rice noodle rolls. It looks similar to Cantonese rice noodle rolls, but the utensils are different. It is dry and waterless. After steaming a plate, cut it into four pieces, spread each piece with hands, add 4 kinds of ingredients, wrap it up, put it on a plate, and eat it with soup. The taste is average. It is handmade throughout the process. The aunt did not wear gloves, which is not very hygienic. Zhuzhu chose to add minced meat and a portion of white porridge, and the total charge was 7 yuan, which is different from the price list.
