GGuest User: The best quality hotel in the Izmit area. It has a large parking lot and there are many local restaurants nearby, so it is very good for dinner when on a business trip. The breakfast in the hotel is of a very high quality and the hotel facilities are also well-equipped, including a sauna, swimming pool, and gym.

IIuliana: The hotel is located in the city center of Izmit. It is a bit old and run down, so from this point of view it needs improvement. You have a small fridge and AC in the room. The receptionist was kind and changed the room to get a quiet one, with light working. There's paid parking in front of the hotel on the street, but you have a cheaper ottopark a few hundred meters away in a multi-storey parking buildings (180 TL / 24h). In the morning you have an open buffet breakfast, so this add a bit at the quality of the service, otherwise the price would have been a bit high.

SShuk yin: Excellent service, especially the one on the day we check out on 2/6/25 When we ask about the train station service and help us to call a taxi there, she did us even more to check out any vacancy on the train and help us to book the ticket. Sorry that I hadn’t ask for her name. Also the room equipped with washer which is a surprise. Big room size and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Nestled along the rugged coast of Kefken, these striking pink cliffs carry a fascinating secret that captivated ancient and Ottoman architects alike. The stone has an extraordinary duality: while resting underwater, it is soft and compliant, effortlessly shaped by human hands. But the moment it is pulled from the waves, drying under the sun and drinking in oxygen, it undergoes a transformation—hardening into an eternal, weather-resistant building block.Today, it stands as both a dramatic natural wonder and a ghost quarry that literally helped build history.Seeing the Pink Rocks up close feels like stepping into a living canvas. The intricate interplay of textures and the shifting gradients of blush and rose reveal a composition only nature could master. For anyone drawn to the raw, visual poetry of the world, this landscape is a profound source of inspiration. It is a place where nature’s palette feels beautifully surreal. 💕 #TurkeyTravel #DiscoverKocaeli #HistoricPlaces #NatureWonders #CoastalVibes #ArtisticInspiration #NatureAsArt

Istanbul lovers, this one's for you! 🐾🕌 If you're obsessed with city cats and iconic architecture, you can't miss wandering around the Blue Mosque in the heart of Istanbul. The best part? Feline friends roam everywhere, giving the place real cozy vibes alongside those jaw-dropping domes. Must-See: The Blue Mosque Add this historic spot to your bucket list: Binbirdirek, At Meydanı Cd No:10, 34122 Fatih/İstanbul, Türkiye. Opening hours for most of the year are 08:30–19:00 (last entry 18:30); note limited hours Fridays (14:30–19:00). Plan ahead to avoid crowds and maximize your cat-spotting time! Kitty Insight: The gardens and steps around the Blue Mosque are prime hangouts for Istanbul’s legendary cats. Bring a small pack of treats—they’re friendly (and photogenic)! If you want good photos, arrive in the morning before tourist traffic peaks. Getting Around: Istanbul’s trams and metros are a lifesaver—get an IstanbulKart from the machines near major stops for discounted rides. The Blue Mosque is right by Sultanahmet tram stop, super easy access. Food Tips: After mosque-wandering and cat-meeting, grab simit (a sesame bread ring) from street vendors nearby or try a local café in Sultanahmet square for Turkish tea and gözleme. Destination Essentials: Bring a scarf for mosque entry, respect prayer times, and have some cash for donations. Weather varies, so check before you go (spring and fall are ideal for both cats and comfort!). Spend the evening petting the cats 🐈⬛ #IstanbulCats #BlueMosque #TravelTips #tripdotcom

Doğu Park is one of the city's largest waterfront parks, combining wide green spaces with one of the most important historical landmarks in modern Turkey. Set along the Black Sea, it is a place where recreation and history come together. The park's main attraction is the Bandırma Ferry Museum, a full-size replica of the ship that carried Mustafa Kemal Atatürk to Samsun in 1919, marking the beginning of the Turkish War of Independence. Visitors can explore the ship and nearby exhibits that tell the story of this pivotal moment in Turkish history. Beyond the museum, Doğu Park offers long seaside promenades, cycling paths, open lawns, and plenty of places to relax while enjoying views of the Black Sea. It is especially popular in the evening, when locals come to walk, exercise, or watch the sunset. Doğu Park is more than a city park—it is a place where visitors can enjoy the sea, spend time outdoors, and discover one of the most significant chapters in Turkey's modern history, all in one destination. #samsun #turkey #travel2026 #travel
