Xiaoshan Park, founded in December 1995, was designed by the Landscape Architecture and Design Institute of Beijing Forestry University and constructed by Changshu Classical Landscape Architecture Company. The park covers an area of 100,000 square meters and is a medium-sized comprehensive park. The park is built with Guancang Tower, Xingang Pavilion, Lanyue Tower, Shen Yun Pavilion, and Lian Pavilion according to the mountain situation. Among them, the Guancang Tower on the top of the mountain is engraved with the words "connecting the sky" and "jade shoots" written by the famous calligrapher Mr. Han Tianheng. A giant "dragon" character of dozens of square meters is engraved in the center of the cliff and stone wall, and nearly 2,000 small stone "dragon" characters are distributed around the giant "dragon". On the north side of the foothills, there are Zuimoxuan, Wuai Pavilion, Yilan Pavilion, and Pinhuai Pavilion, which are enclosed into corridors. The names of the pavilions and couplets in the garden are all from the creativity and handwriting of famous masters, such as the north gate "connecting three rivers and connecting the four seas, the port is very large, and it is not small from the outpost Range Rover", "the water is like a piano, the wind is like a flute, the mountains are like gardens and the sea is neighbors"; Ximen's "Little Blessed Land, Spring Follows Everyone's Will;
