Dacien Temple is absolutely the most appealing temple I have ever seen. It was originally a holy place of Chinese Buddhism and a royal temple worthy of pilgrimage. The Golden Temple of the God of wealth makes people want to worship. The admission fee of the Dacien Temple is 50 yuan, and the price of students is halved. To climb the Dayan Pagoda, you need to buy an additional 30 yuan ticket to get a glimpse of the Chang'an scenery. The temple is full of scenery, which deserves to be savored carefully. Visiting the temple remembers to sweep two-dimensional codes under the trees behind the entrance to the mountain, so you don't have to ask a guide.
Dayan Pagoda is located in Dacien Temple, also known as "Cien Temple Pagoda". In the three years of Yonghui Tang Dynasty (652), Xuanzang presided over the construction of the Goose Pagoda for the preservation of the scroll Buddha statues brought back to Chang'an by Tianzhu via the Silk Road. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is the earliest and largest brick Pagoda in Tang Dynasty. It is also one of the landmark buildings in Xi'an.
Golden Autumn September, the ancient capital of Xi'an trip (1) Millennium Tang Pagoda - Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the ancient capital of Xi'an landmark buildings. In 648, in order to repay the kindness of his mother, Queen Wende, Prince Li Zhi of the Tang Dynasty built "Dacien Temple" in the 22nd year of Zhengguan, Taizong, and invited Xuanzang, a senior monk from India, to serve as the Supreme mage. There were many precious flowers and plants in the temple, peony garden and so on. The scenery was pleasant. Xuanzang built the Big Wild Goose Pagoda under the leadership of Yonghui Tang Gaozong in 652 for the storage of the images retrieved from India. There were exquisite reliefs in the pagoda. The lintels of the four portals under the pagoda were painted with exquisite lines of the Tang Dynasty. There were two well-preserved stone tablets on the left and right sides of the south gate at the bottom of the pagoda. They were written by Li Shimin of Taizong Tang Dynasty. The great calligrapher Zhu Suiliang's handwriting was written by Xuanzang's relatives in October, 2003. Hands erect. Up to the top of the tower, you can see the Chang'an scenery from the far side of the fence. There are many buses to Dayan Pagoda in the city, which is the preferred place for tourism to Xi'an.
Since I came to Xi'an Big Wild Goose Pagoda, I would like to come and see the truth, regret or regret. So I chose not to regret. I spent 50 yuan to go in and see nothing special. I expected to charge another 35 yuan for climbing the pagoda. However, I feel that the value of the 35 yuan flower is better than that of the other historical relics and the scenery around the top of the pagoda is very good.
Contrary to the Famen Temple in Baoji, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda was built by the Famen Temple. When Emperor Wu of the Northern Wei Dynasty built Jingjue Temple, Emperor Wendi of the Sui Dynasty built Wujue Temple at the site of Jingjue Temple, which was later abandoned. In the 22nd year of Tang Zhenguan (648), Prince Li Zhi prayed for the blessings of the goddess in memory of his mother, Queen Wende (i.e. the Changsun family). In return for his kindness to his mother, he invited Taizong to build a Buddhist temple and give it the name "Cien Temple". At the beginning of the temple, Xuanzang, a senior monk, was invited to serve as the Supreme mage. Xuanzang founded the Mahayana Buddhist Buddhism Xiangzong, which gained me by analyzing the relative truth (phase) and absolute truth (sex) of all things (law), and by emphasizing the prohibition of independence outside the mind, also known as the Consciousness Sect. As the founder Xuanzang and his disciple Peeki often lived in Cien Temple, which is also called Cien Zong, the temple became a holy place of Mahayana Buddhism in China. In the first year of Tang Xianqing (656), Emperor Gaozong of Tang Dynasty wrote a monument to Dacien Temple, which was named Dacien Temple. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is located in Cien Temple, so it is also called "Cien Temple Pagoda". Dacien Temple, where Dayan Pagoda is located, is Xuanzang's specialty in translating and Tibetan scriptures. Master Xuanzang presided over the temple affairs in Cien Temple. He hoped to properly place the Buddhist scriptures like Sari. He planned to build a stone pagoda outside the main entrance of Cien Temple. It was played on a chart in March of the third year of Yonghui Tang Dynasty (652). Because Xuanzang planned a total height of 30 Zhang for the Putu (Buddha Pagoda), Tang Gaozong, on the grounds of the huge project and the unwillingness of the mage to work hard, supported the Emperor to build five-storey brick Pagoda in the western monastery. As a result of the construction of a smaller Yan Pagoda in the Jianfu Temple in Chang'an, the Cien Pagoda is also called the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Jianfu Pagoda is called the Little Yan Pagoda, which has been circulating ever since. The original Big Wild Goose Pagoda imitated the Western Regions steamed slope shape, brick surface and soil core, can not be climbed, each layer has Sari. Master Xuanzang personally built the tower, which took two years to complete. In addition to preserving the Sanskrit scriptures of Bedoro leaves retrieved from the Geese Pagoda, there are more than 10,000 Saris in the Great Goose Pagoda.
The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is located in the Dacien Temple and in the Yan Pagoda area on the south side of Xi'an City. The Tibetan Sutra was built by Emperor Taizong after the return of Xuanxuan suit of Tang Dynasty. The surroundings are excellent. The musical fountain that opens at 8:30 p.m. is huge and powerful (20 minutes).
The Big Wild Goose Pagoda is the symbol of Xi'an. We entered from the North Square. The whole Great Wild Goose Pagoda is beautiful around. Besides tourists, many people from Xi'an came to play. When we went, the Great Wild Goose Pagoda was being renovated and did not go up. The fountain in the North Plaza of Dayan Pagoda was opened at 9 p.m., which is known as the largest fountain in Asia, but we didn't wait for it. If we have time, we can see it.
The ticket office only accepts cash, not WeChat and Alipay. Ticket office price is the same as online, 50 yuan for Dacien Temple, 30 yuan for tower climbing, free of charge for explanation. It's better to follow the commentator to listen to historical allusions, or you can't understand many of them. It should be noted that this explanation does not include accompanying the climbing of the Great Wild Goose Pagoda. The stairs inside the Great Goose Pagoda are very steep, each floor is very small, and there are also some antiquities to visit. One floor is Sarizi. In the red bottle shown below, the little dots inside are, forgetting to ask if it is genuine. After climbing the tower in one breath, his legs cramped and were weak when he went downstairs. Another reminder is that the commentator first takes you around the scenic area and talks about the history of each place while walking. There are some foreshadows in it. Finally, he takes you to the scenic shopping mall to choose and buy jade voluntarily. Many shop assistants keep asking about your birthdays, Zodiac attributes, recommending and selecting jade for you. The price ranges from more than one hundred to several thousand yuan. It seems that there are routines everywhere. It doesn't matter if you don't like it. Just walk away and they won't force it. If you buy it, you should do some charity for the temple.
Since we have come to Xi'an, we are going to visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda. Later that day, we can only see the night scenery, and we can't afford to buy tickets to climb the pagoda. We just wander around the square below. There is a music fountain in the evening. Although it is not particularly exciting, it is also a program. There are not many people here. You can have a look at it. Living in nearby Vienna, it's very convenient to walk.
Such an impressive sight to see. Also, I enjoyed the small statue where you can throw coins into for good luck.
