Holiday Villas in Fujian, China

Traveling with my parents, we checked into this guesthouse and were immediately charmed. As soon as we stepped into the courtyard, we were greeted by the sweet scent of osmanthus. The lush greenery and trees in the courtyard added a wonderful, traditional touch. I specifically chose this old villa to give my parents a taste of local culture. The villa is quite spacious, and we had a great time exploring and taking photos. The staff were patient and meticulous, and our room was clean and large. Hot water came out instantly, which was a plus. The location is fantastic, making it incredibly convenient to get to Zhongshan Road – just a short stroll away. There are also plenty of great places to eat nearby, so ordering takeout was easy if we didn't feel like going out. All in all, it was a very satisfying experience.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to Sangu Old Street, about a 10-minute walk away, and it's also very close to the attractions! The wontons in the morning are freshly made and absolutely delicious; I had to order more after finishing my first bowl! The proprietress is incredibly nice. I even got to learn about tea ceremony and tasted several authentic teas!

It is located in the villa area, with very good conditions, a balcony, washing machine, and a kitchen with induction cooker, pots, etc. It's just that it's not easy to park in the villa area during holidays. There are too many cars. Every time I come back late, I have to park outside.

Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service was impeccable—from the beginning the hotel staff was very responsive via WeChat, answering all my questions about Wuyishan, arranging train station pickup, booking Impression Dahongpao tickets on our behalf. When we first arrived at the hotel, the staff was extremely welcoming, serving us Rougui tea and patiently going over our travel itinerary for the day. Every request we made was honored. They added an extra bed to a room to accommodate a 3rd guest, prepared a vegetarian meal for a vegetarian in our group, and cooked a warm black sugar coca cola drink to help soothe my dad's throat, who was coughing pretty severely. Overall, I've never experienced better service at a hotel. The facilities themselves are breathtaking. The pond outside, the tea terrace, the interior decoration, the room furnishings... the style is ”traditional modern”, mostly wood and stone but very classy and comfortable. We came during an off-season, so the hotel was serene and peaceful at night. The location is also quite convenient: around 10 minutes by Didi from the main restaurant district and 15 minutes from the South Entrance of the scenic area.

Very happy with our stay. 小陈 is super friendly and helpful! Room is clean. We enjoy our stay very much. We had a cat who came to our balcony to poo. They took care of it immediately! Just need a little improvement in the structure.

I first heard about Linggan Hotel through an article by Teacher Maori and immediately bookmarked it as a great B&B. When I had the chance to travel to Xiamen during the off-season at the end of the year, I booked a king-size room at Linggan the day after I booked my flight. I chose the Sanqiutian Pier for the ferry, as Baidu Maps showed it was closer to the B&B. After getting off the pier, it was just over a 10-minute walk to the property. The B&B has a rather large courtyard, and its location offers a peaceful retreat while being close to both Piano Pier and Longtou Road. My favorite spot was the small balcony seating at the end of the corridor; enjoying a cup of coffee from the downstairs cafe and soaking up the sun in the afternoon was simply delightful. The room decor was minimalist, but all essential amenities were provided, showing great attention to detail. The large bathtub even came with a perfectly sized liner. In the evening, playing some favorite music on the in-room Bose Bluetooth speaker was just perfect. The breakfast on the second day was a set meal, very generous and delicious. You could choose to enjoy it in the cafe downstairs or in the outdoor garden. Both the auntie and the front desk staff were very enthusiastic. I hope the prices don't increase too much during peak season, as I truly want to come back again!

I brought my elders to Pingtan to enjoy the sea and scenery, and booked two rooms. When checking in, the housekeeper upgraded the room to a room with larger space, so the price/performance ratio is very high. It can be seen that the housekeeper treats guests with sincerity and warmth. After checking in, the room was very clean, with free Sprite and Coke and various disposable toiletries. The butler also brought a basket of snacks in the evening. When I woke up in the morning, I drank a cup of freshly ground American coffee. It was also very considerate and all my needs were met. Although the entrance to the villa area was under construction, the housekeeper posted another entrance in advance, so I found the B&B quickly by following the guide. Hope the road will be repaired soon. I wish the housekeeper a prosperous business and many visitors!

Facilities: Great, perfect for escaping the daily grind. Hygiene: Clean and hygienic. The unique tea fragrance is incredibly refreshing. Environment: Just look at the pictures – everyone who comes here instantly falls in love. Service: The whole family is wonderful. The dad is very trendy, the mom is incredibly wise, and the son is very enthusiastic. I drank various teas personally brewed by the owner and ate genuine tea eggs. When I couldn't join the group activities due to personal reasons and was left alone, the owner's family warmly invited me to have lunch with them. Highly recommended, I'll definitely come again.

Really loved this little courtyard. The entire wall was covered in firecracker vines, which attracted passersby outside to stop and take photos. Enjoying breakfast in the courtyard felt truly wonderful. The hot water supply was excellent, and the service was prompt. Next time I'm in Gulangyu, I'll definitely try their more upscale Linghai Hotel. The Linghai Hotel is a renovated villa, originally Guo Chunyang's residence, located on the secluded backside of Sunlight Rock. It faces the sea and is close to the beach – truly excellent. I highly recommend checking it out!

Very close to the pier, clean and sanitary, the boss is very enthusiastic, and I received a hand-drawn map and a snack bag gift pack when I entered the store.  Environment: The beach is two or three minutes away from the back door of the hotel Service: The breakfast is delicious
