The only issue we had was the check-in process. We made a booking for Sunday. We have stated our check-in time, but no one was at office. There was a number to call but unfortunately we didn't have a local phone number to call. We contacted *********** to contact the host and was told the pin to open the keybox to obtain the key for the accommodation. I feel the check-in process can be clearer and the keybox pin can be given to us earlier.

The apartment room is not bad, it is indeed quite big, and the guy at the front desk is also very enthusiastic. But the most annoying thing is that there is no elevator. If you have heavy luggage, it will be very troublesome. We were lucky on the first day we arrived. The guy at the front desk enthusiastically helped us move upstairs, but we checked out too early, so we had to carry it downstairs by ourselves. It was very tiring. Opposite the hotel entrance is the CK town’s internet-famous restaurant, Cave Restaurant. This restaurant seems to be mostly visited by Chinese and Asians. We ordered the set meal, which was a bit too much for two people, but the taste was okay. There is one thing we need to pay special attention to. We came from Prague by flixbus, and we needed to take a taxi to the hotel after getting off the bus. However, UC does not accept Uber and Bolt. There is a taxi stand opposite the bus station, but there are very few taxis. In the end, we had to call the hotel and ask the front desk guy to call a taxi for us. Taxi can only be paid in cash, so it is recommended to prepare some.

The staff was friendly and helpful—she even assisted us in booking a taxi to the bus station. The room was clean and cozy, and the bed was just right—not too hard or too soft. The bathroom was spotless, and the strong water pressure made for a great shower. Breakfast was simple but really nice, and I especially loved the croissants! Overall, it was a great stay.

When stepping up the spiral stairs, we immediately loved the apartment. It’s well designed and decorated. Every spot looks so thoughtful. The room is beautiful. Spacial, super clean, nice furniture, kitchen facilities… Looking out from the window, fantastic view! Sorry I should mention at the beginning, the staff who served our check in, was so nice, helpful. She offered us a paper map, briefed the key tourist information of the day. We wish we could have planned for a longer stay here.
