The environment is really great, mainly because there are no water houses blocking the view. You can look at the sea while lying on the bed, and you can snorkel in the sea from the room. There are many starfish, sea urchins, tropical fish, and even Nemo. It is much better than those so-called water houses in Mabul Island (except MWB). There are delicious donuts for afternoon tea, shrimps for dinner, and crabs for lunch that day. Don't be too demanding about hygiene. The conditions are limited to cold water showers, which I am more afraid of cold and can accept. I don't feel very cold when taking a shower during the day. Don't compare it with any star-rated hotels. It was just that it rained and there were flying insects that night, so I closed the window and waited for a while. The fan room I booked was not hot at all, and it was very cold in the middle of the night and the fan was turned off. I will come again if I have the chance. Recommended.

The restaurant next door is good, but when checking out, I found that the price of each dish did not match the menu sent an hour ago, and I was charged 100 more horse, which was removed after communication. 3. After checking out, I troubled the hotel to find sunglasses and book a car, which was indeed an extra thing. The hotel's attitude was already impatient.

When we checked in that day, we really had nothing to do in the afternoon, so the lady boss arranged a unique mangrove firefly tour for us! I also saw the Malaysian national treasure proboscis monkey 🐒, and experienced the ATV jungle adventure, which showed us another different beauty of Semporna! My girlfriend's hand-painted painting was done for free in the mangroves. In Kuala Lumpur, the minimum starting price for a painting is 50 Malaysian ringgits. We had a perfect time at Eaglebay Retreat. It’s truly an undisturbed paradise. You have an entire house and hundreds of meters of coastline all to yourself. Every morning, you can wake up in the sunshine and decide whether to go snorkeling or just relax in the sun—you have the choice. The sunsets were always perfect, and experiencing them on a paddleboard is far better than being in a crowded place like KK. At the same time, the retreat offers a wide range of activities that are both rich and reasonably priced—paddleboarding, jet skiing, kayaking, and more, so you’ll never feel bored. During our stay, Arlyn and h is family provided us with everything we needed: they inflated our paddleboards, helped us arrange sea activities, climbed trees to pick coconuts for us, and prepared delicious meals. Whenever we needed them, they were always available, without intruding on our privacy. Their presence was always perfectly balanced. I would also like to thank Faizal, who did a lot of work before our arrival, and Jamri, the kind lady who helped us recover our lost Apple Pencil during our stay. She assisted in finding it, came up with several ways to return it (considering Eaglebay Retreat’s remote location), and finally delivered it to my friend personally, asking for nothing in return.
