The screened in patio features plenty of seating, an electric grille and views of the pool! For entertainment, we have HBO and Cinemax, with cable tv, big ten network, Pac 12, Bally Sports, MLB Network, and much more.🌟 NEW upgraded high speed internet 🌟Laundry room is on-site for guests availability. Guest accessWithin Island Pointe guests will have full access to two private beaches, large outdoor heated pool (open 9am - 10pm), horseshoes, volleyball court and playground. The club house at Island Pointe can also be reserved for special occasions.Other things to note:Bringing a boat or renting a boat? Reserve a spot at the docks for $20, just contact the Island Point Clubhouse to get that set up. There is additional parking for boat trailers and larger vehicles available upon request, just message us for more details.We have two Kayaks that can be rented for your entire stay and fishing poles that are available for your use.
