A day trip to Qingyan Ancient Town. Let’s go!
It was first built in 1378 (the 11th Year of Hongwu of the Ming Dynasty), and nowadays Qingyan Ancient Town is a famous cultural town in Chinese history.
Historically, Qingyan Ancient Town was a traffic lane and also a strategically vital position. Originally Qingyan Ancient Town was just a city wall. The city wall gradually turned into a stone town with streets and alleys interlacing after being repaired and expanded for several times. The gate tower reaches to the sky, and the
city wall wriggles. In the town, there are streets and alleys interlacing and peaceful flagstone walkway, and the old buildings elaborately designed during the Ming and Qing Dynasty intersect with each other.
In Qingyan town, the people are simple and honest, and there are rich special local products. The local products, such as Qingyan Tofu, Rose Sugar, Pot-stewed Pig's Trotters, Shuanghua Vinegar and Rice Jelly, are well-known far and near, and loved by all visitors: Qingyan ancient town has profound culture, where Buddhism, Taoism, Catholicism, Christianity coexist.
Entry is ¥10 for Guizhou locals including any foreigners whose visa was issued in Guizhou. It’s ¥60 for everyone else.

I have been to the ancient town and I have not felt much recently... and Huangyao Ancient Town, the ancient town of Dali, the same ancient town building, but a bit awkward, the big difference is that there is a city wall to climb up to play.
If you haven't been there, you can still go. It's too far. Bus 203 can be reached. But there is a city wall in it for more than an hour. You can go up and see there are many snacks selling pig's trotters. Just eat a meal and go back.
There are not so many buses from the city, you need to wait, and then the scenic area is very good, the core area is relatively simple and elegant and has the taste of the ancient town, the overall feeling is good, it is worth punching in, have time to feel it!
The location is a bit biased. If the weather is good, it is worth visiting. The bluestone road and the beautiful scenery are very comfortable to visit. It feels like the street of the ancient city of Phoenix, but it is not as serious as the commercialization of Phoenix. It’s okay to eat around the scenic spot, not so expensive, and the taste is really good.
Qingyan Ancient Town is still worth visiting, but the commercial area outside the ancient town is so big. At first, I couldn’t find the entrance to the ancient town. The road sign was not very clear. I didn’t need to buy a joint ticket. I bought a big ticket. Because the Great Wall is the most worth going to, there is also a back street. It's free.
First of all, the ticket is only ten yuan, and it is worth going. There are a variety of Guiyang local specialties, such as braised pork feet, intestines and noodles. Many young people are not here to take pictures. There are also many people who will climb the city wall of the ancient town to see the different scenery of the ancient town.
It is very close to Guiyang City, and the transportation is convenient. The scenic spot is not particularly large, two or three hours are enough. Compared with other ancient towns, it is slightly worse. There are not many ring-chuang decorations, which are slightly worn out. It is relatively worth going once.
