GGuest UserThe room was nice. The main problem was that there was no front desk. I arrived at the hotel at around 4pm and couldn't get in. I pressed the intercom and there was a recording at first, which I couldn't understand. Then someone answered the phone, but I still couldn't understand it. Since my mobile phone network signal was not good, and another China Mobile phone couldn't get through to Ctrip's overseas 95010 number, I had to leave the hotel and go to Andorra la Vella. I asked two handsome guys who knew English to help me in McDonald's, and contacted the hotel management. I learned that we could also check in not far from McDonald's in Andorra la Vella. So the handsome guy took us to check in, paid the tax and deposit, and got the code to enter the hotel and the room. This was the first time I encountered such a thing.
