Holiday Apartments in Guangxi, China

The location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

Home alike guesthouse! The staffs were super friendly and looked after us like we are part of the family. Breakfast was better than other restaurants and we found out the chilli sauce and few ingredients were homemade. I’m still craving for their Mi Fen in soup🤤 The room is clean and spacious - the bed is just perfect! I will defo stay here again whenever I’m in Guilin again. If you are traveling as a big pack you should defo consider here. Although, a reminder for foreign travelers please prepare your translation app to communicate with the staff which would make it so much easier to understand each other. They definitely want to help you to enjoy their town. I really hope everyone would enjoy here as much as us!

Checked in at night, to be honest, it was not much different from my expectations, the room was very spacious and clean, to be honest, much bigger than the hotels in the city, the price is quite cost-effective. Mainly, it is very close to the coastline, and the balcony is open-air and you can sit, enjoy the sea breeze and look at the sea at night, it is very comfortable.

A wonderful surprise for couples! The room was cozy, the bedding was soft, and the night view was stunning. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was plentiful. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip! A great value hotel for couples! Convenient location, complete facilities, and cleanliness. The staff were friendly and helpful, making for a perfect experience. Highly recommended!

Positive: * Quick response with check-in information * The room on the 29th floor had a balcony with a beautiful view * Great location * Washing machine and ample drying space available * Good Wi-Fi Neutral: * It's a private accommodation: good for people who enjoy being among locals * Shared bathroom! Negative: * The door is made of hollow metal. This amplifies the noise from outside instead of dampening it. * The door locks should be oiled; they make an unnecessary amount of noise. Nobody likes being woken up by the neighbors.

This is my second time here. I originally booked a twin room, but the owner upgraded us to a two-bedroom suite for free! The view was incredible; you could see the beach directly. It's also very close to the mangroves, which was perfect for tide pooling. My kids had a blast!

After taking the bus from Yangshuo to Xingping, I was happy to find this hotel was just a 2 minute walk from the bus terminal. It was tricky to find the lobby, but upon entering the building I found the friendly staff on the third floor. The room was very spacious and I was just minutes from the Ancient Town and Li River. I had a little trouble with the heating in the room but otherwise it was a comfortable stay. This was a great deal based on the location.

It had good natural light and a well-organized layout, feeling simple, fresh, and cozy without any oppressive commercialized feel. There was a comfortable and relaxed living atmosphere throughout. The indoor amenities were complete and well-equipped. The private bathroom was clean and odor-free, with a stable and ample hot water supply, making for a comfortable washing experience. A refrigerator, washing machine, and basic daily necessities were all available, thoughtfully arranged and practical. Whether for a short stay or a medium to long-term residence, it met all daily needs, providing a strong sense of home. The bedding was soft and dry, and the sound insulation was good, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep, allowing me to fully unwind and rest soundly. The host's service was gentle and meticulous. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with no complicated steps, leading to an excellent experience. The incredibly high value for money combined with a comfortable living experience truly made this a hidden gem accommodation for this trip. The overall experience far exceeded expectations – quiet, clean, comfortable, and free. It's a place I wouldn't hesitate to rebook for future trips, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation!

房間非常好，就是服務員打掃太頻繁了。看中肯德基的一衹很結實的袋子，就點了外賣。第一天在房間裏放着，第二天打掃時就把那衹袋子扔了，應該是換人打掃了。東西不好拿，第三天衹能又點了個外賣，拿到了同款袋子。無可奈何，接連吃了兩頓肯德基原味雞米飯。😺😺😺😺

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent hygiene and great value for money. Hot water came out quickly in the bathroom. The front desk staff were very welcoming; I added them on WeChat, and they helped me resolve any issues promptly. The hotel has parking, making it convenient for those driving. The beach is right downstairs with stunning scenery, perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset!
