I recently had the pleasure of staying at 房东老于头公寓 (民族大道分店), and it was an exceptional experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable, cozy, and welcoming stay. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warm hospitality and attention to detail that the hosts had put into this place. First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free. Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night. One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort. The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Communication was smooth, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even offering recommendations for local spots to visit and eat. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that truly elevated my stay. I genuinely felt like they cared about my experience, which is a rare find these days. The atmosphere in and around the property was also quite serene, despite its central location. Noise was never an issue, allowing for a peaceful and uninterrupted night’s sleep. The location of the apartment is great, plenty of restaurants, 24hrs convenient stores around the building, short walking distance to Mira Mall & Sheng's Tiandi where you can find good supermarket & lots of nice restaurants & good food places. MixC Mall, Hang Yang City & Convention & Exhibition Center are in short distance taking taxi is ~CNY10-15 & convenient, as taxi stand is just right in front of the walk way to the building. The apartment building & the unit itself are old and don't have enough maintenance, they offer the kitchen but if staying less than a month, it's almost useless as they don't provide any of the kitchenware at all, except the electric kettle, not even the proper glasses nor utensils, only 2 daily paper cups in the bathroom. Room facilities & many little things in the unit are all run down & don't have proper maintenance like door knobs, handles, shower, kitchen taps, table, etc, cleanliness is not good enough, however, the bed sheets & bedding stuff are clean enough with no smell. They offer the daily cleaning, but just floor clean, no change of anything, no drinking water provided. The amenities are very basic & few, most are disposable, better bring your own, anyhow, some requests are well responsive like we request to change the kettle, cause it is out of order, 1 additional chair as they provide only 1 chair in the unit & laundry detergent. In overall, if you don't mind and can bare those run down facilities with not good enough maintenance, it is a value for money to stay in such location in good neighborhood.

What can I say.... AMAZING!! We stayed here for 2 nights and enjoyed both nights!! From when we first check in, the lady who checked us in, helped us with our suitcase and they are big one too! (note there is no elevator). To the lady that work at night and cook our yummy breakfast in the morning, thank you! We are both vegetarian, so she was always checking to make sure we can eat it. She was super friendly, talk to us and tell us what is nice to explore/play, and make sure we have enough food to eat! On the last day when we have to check out early as we have to catch the Li River Cruise, she make sure we have food to eat and that we can bring on the boat to eat as well. She was very thoughtful! The location is over the bridge about a 10 mins walk to ZhengYang Pedestrian Street. I prefer here as it more quieter rather than on the main street. Furthermore, it not that far, with only a 10 mins walk along the river and you will reach most places. I also loved the decor in the hotel as well, it has everything you need. They provided free snack, and we did try some too!! Good to try local snacks which we did end up buying when we saw it lol. You could also go up to the roof top, which will provide a 360 view, especially the view looking out to the Li River on a nice fine day is so worth it! Lastly, my mum left some of her belonging in the hotel and forgot to pack when we check out. They courier this to our next hotel in Yangshou, which is very thoughtful of them. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone wanting to stay here.

Checked in at night, to be honest, it was not much different from my expectations, the room was very spacious and clean, to be honest, much bigger than the hotels in the city, the price is quite cost-effective. Mainly, it is very close to the coastline, and the balcony is open-air and you can sit, enjoy the sea breeze and look at the sea at night, it is very comfortable.

A wonderful surprise for couples! The room was cozy, the bedding was soft, and the night view was stunning. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was plentiful. We'll definitely choose this hotel again for our next trip! A great value hotel for couples! Convenient location, complete facilities, and cleanliness. The staff were friendly and helpful, making for a perfect experience. Highly recommended!

Positive: * Quick response with check-in information * The room on the 29th floor had a balcony with a beautiful view * Great location * Washing machine and ample drying space available * Good Wi-Fi Neutral: * It's a private accommodation: good for people who enjoy being among locals * Shared bathroom! Negative: * The door is made of hollow metal. This amplifies the noise from outside instead of dampening it. * The door locks should be oiled; they make an unnecessary amount of noise. Nobody likes being woken up by the neighbors.

Usually when I go out on my own, I choose a hotel. Hotels are relatively clean. When traveling with my family, I choose B&Bs or apartments. However, the hygiene is not as good as that of a hotel. I see that the sheets and duvet covers are ironed and wrinkled. This must have been changed. I own a hotel and I know that. , I turned over the pillow at night and found blood stains, which made me feel uncomfortable. I immediately took out a disposable product and put it on. The blood-stained pillow was thrown directly on the floor. It was useless. The service was very good. I answered all questions. The room There is no water distribution, you need to buy your own water. There should be two bottles of water as standard, and this is a suite, so overall it is just okay! It’s not bad to stay for one night while traveling

After taking the bus from Yangshuo to Xingping, I was happy to find this hotel was just a 2 minute walk from the bus terminal. It was tricky to find the lobby, but upon entering the building I found the friendly staff on the third floor. The room was very spacious and I was just minutes from the Ancient Town and Li River. I had a little trouble with the heating in the room but otherwise it was a comfortable stay. This was a great deal based on the location.

Traveling for a work project with a colleague, we booked two single rooms, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff proactively upgraded our rooms, and the conditions were really good, offering great value for money. I honestly think it was more comfortable than a typical three-star hotel. Most importantly, it was clean, the bedding was comfortable to sleep on, and the soundproofing was excellent. All the staff were proactive and enthusiastic – thumbs up! 👍 Downstairs, shopping is convenient, with all sorts of local famous dishes and snacks readily available, making it a lively area. There's a subway station nearby for transport, and if you don't feel like walking, an electric scooter is only 2 yuan, which is super convenient. If our next project is in this area, I'll definitely bring the team to stay here again. Honestly, it's highly recommended!

房間非常好，就是服務員打掃太頻繁了。看中肯德基的一衹很結實的袋子，就點了外賣。第一天在房間裏放着，第二天打掃時就把那衹袋子扔了，應該是換人打掃了。東西不好拿，第三天衹能又點了個外賣，拿到了同款袋子。無可奈何，接連吃了兩頓肯德基原味雞米飯。😺😺😺😺
