I had a wonderful stay at Somerset Chongqing and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The room was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen and washing machine were especially convenient for longer trips. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the service throughout my stay exceeded my expectations. The location was excellent, making it easy to reach major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. Despite being in a convenient area, the hotel was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night’s sleep. Overall, Somerset Chongqing offers outstanding value for money with excellent facilities, comfortable accommodations, and exceptional service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Chongqing.

From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

The room is quite spacious. It's a bit dated but clean. There's a snack street right downstairs, which is very convenient, and the lake view is also beautiful.

The hotel's location is great, with a convenience store nearby and just a 5-minute walk to the park. It's also about a 10-minute walk to Wansongyuan Food Street, which is very convenient. The room layout matches the pictures, and the toiletries are well-stocked. The staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Very close to the subway station, especially convenient, the aunt who checked in was very warm, the decoration was very tasteful, the transportation was convenient, just upstairs from Line 2 A, the room was very clean and hygienic, it was recommended! Come back next time!

I like this hotel very much. This is my fifth time staying here. I stay here every time I come to Wuhan. It is clean and tidy, and the environment is elegant. The butler service is good and they thoughtfully prepared a local travel guide. Close to the subway, easy access to Tanhualin. At night, looking at the Yellow Crane Tower in the room, the lights are flickering, and the romantic atmosphere makes the business trip interesting and my mood is particularly comfortable.

This is a really great hotel! It's right by Wusheng Road Station on Line 6, and you can access CapitaLand Plaza directly from downstairs, so the location is fantastic and transportation is super convenient. While the rooms show a bit of age, they are very clean and well-decorated. The housekeeping staff I encountered all smiled and greeted me proactively, which I really appreciate! I highly recommend it if you're attending a concert. It's only about a 15-20 minute drive from several famous attractions. Highly, highly, highly recommend!

[I fell in love with this hotel after just one stay! It's amazing!] The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, right next to the scenic area entrance, within walking distance of many attractions. Public transportation and shared bikes are readily available, making getting around easy. The rooms are high-end yet practical, equipped with smart curtains, a thermostatic shower, and a capsule coffee machine. The bedding is incredibly soft and comfortable, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The service is exceptionally attentive. The receptionist was all smiles and proactively upgraded my room, even giving me a complimentary gift. The housekeeping staff cleans meticulously every day, carefully watering even the plants. Hygiene is impeccable; the room was spotless, the bathroom was dry, and the pandemic prevention measures were thorough, making my stay incredibly safe. It's excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. I'll definitely come back!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The room is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, LCD screen (TV) and air conditioner. The room is clean and bed is very comfortable and the sofa bed is where my son sleeps the most. The hotel door also uses a pin code, it is safe and there is no need to use a door lock or door card. Outside there is also have a game machine (tintong) and contains many types of games, you can play casually for free. The hotel is close to the Wanda Plaza shopping center (only 2-5 minutes on foot).. There are also many places restaurant outside the hotel.. Every evening to night there is also have a fun fair near the hotel just outside the Wanda Plaza... Good and nice hotel. Tq BO AN Hotel
