GGuest UserThe front desk staff were all incredibly nice! I initially booked the wrong dates on a third-party platform, and they helped me contact the third-party customer service for a refund. Then, they even upgraded my room on the spot. When I left, they gave me some snacks, drinks, and tissues. Their service was very thoughtful!

Location:
Itâs is two metro stops from the Wuxi railway station and a few stops from afew famous places in Wuxi. The location is great. However, if you are carrying a large luggage, do not follow blindly the map app. Exit 14 from äžéłćčżćș (Sanyang plaza) metro is the closest. However, there will be a flight of stairs to climb if the escalator is not working. However, it is only 1/3 of the flight of stairs to climb compared to exit 19B. If you do not want to climb stairs, I recommend going through exit 20A and come out of Suning Plaza Mall and cross diagonally to éĄäžMoMo mall where the hotel is. The escalator at exit 20A is usually working.
Service:
We arrived earlier than the check in timing. Our original room wasnât ready so they upgraded us to the one on a higher level from level 24 to 54. They kindly told us where the amenities are. They even helped to bring our luggage from our room to their office to help us store as we were going to visit another street during the checkout time before coming back.
Amenities:
The bed was too hard and the pillow is too soft, making it difficult for both of us to sleep. The TV was quite big and there is vip subscription for some Chinese streaming apps which allows my friend to watch her favourite drama series. There is a washing machine which has a dryer function that allows us to wash and dry our clothes within a day. The room is a smart room however it takes a while to get used to the control. Once you are used to it, it makes things more convenient.
Overall, I generally enjoyed my stay with my friend even though it was only for a night. If the bed and cleanliness could be improved, I think it would be perfect.

GGuest UserTraveling with kids during spring break, this Holiday Inn Express was perfectly located. It's not far from the attractions, and right next to MixC shopping mall and the subway station, making getting around super convenient. Before check-in, the front desk upgraded us to a family room, which was incredibly thoughtful. The room was huge, with two separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, offering great privacy. Excellent value for money!

GGuest UserThe room is clean and well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The location is splendid as it is located right beside Times Square and the IFS tower. The reception was very helpful with all the request made and is available 24/7. Would definitely recommend this place for families travelling to Suzhou.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located on the eastern side of Taihu Lake, right next to Suzhou Bay, offering beautiful scenery. It's also within walking distance to the Florentia Village outlet mall. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding is comfortable. There's an underground parking garage, which is very convenient for those traveling by car. Overall, a very satisfying stay.

HHuataisThe hotel is located in Lvbao Plaza. The main entrance is on the pedestrian street. If you arrive from Changjiang Road, you'll need to walk through the mall to reach it. Although the entrance is right next to the Exit of Metro Line 3, it's quite a long walk underground, about ten minutes or so. We booked a two-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom suite. The master bathroom has a bathtub and a smart toilet, while the guest bathroom has a shower and a standard toilet. The windows in the rooms cannot be opened. The living room features a four-person dining table and chairs, and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, pots, pans, and dishes. The breakfast was average, with basic options available.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's service was meticulous, thoughtful, and incredibly warm. Its location is absolutely superb, just a few hundred meters' walk from the South Station South Hub. All the city's attractions are conveniently spaced, making it easy to walk between different sites for sightseeing, so getting around is both convenient and efficient. My friends and I stayed in separate single rooms, and the room rates were reasonable, with well-proportioned spaces. Our stay was quiet and comfortable, leading to an excellent overall experience. The value for money is outstanding.

The room was fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, and washing machine, making it super convenient for daily living. Overall, it was very clean and tidy, which made our stay comfortable. Both the elderly and children in our family were very happy. The hotel breakfast was also delicious with a good variety of options. All in all, it offered great value for money, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next trip. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right in the city center at Sanyang Plaza. It's incredibly convenient with a metro station and commercial hub just downstairs. The room was spacious and the air conditioning was excellent. The views were expansive and the city lights were beautiful. The front desk staff were all very friendly and the cleaning ladies always greeted us warmly. Breakfast was delicious and high quality, offering both international standards and local flavors. Overall, it was an extremely good value for money experience. My only minor complaint is that the duvet was a bit thin, especially since the air conditioning worked so well!

Huge, immaculate, and quiet room. Having a proper living area, smart kitchen, and a washing machine makes a world of difference.
24/7 gym, good indoor pool, and a solid breakfast spread with a great live noodle station. The front desk staff are incredibly helpful, too.
Very good value for money. Plenty of space, great facilities, and hassle-free. Will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in town.
