Excellent location, friendly service, spacious room design, and well-maintained facilities – truly delightful. This visit was very pleasant, and I'm confident my next stay won't disappoint either.

I enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It is not far from the subway or metro. Also nearby opposite is a supermarket mall, with clothing stores. A few bakery nearby, and some restaurant open 24/7, convenient store at G floor. Coffee, Luckin, Noodle shop, Breakfast shop opposite and walk ard 300-500m is a row of shops with all the fruits shop.

I must commend Xiao Lin at the front desk! She proactively helped me with my luggage upon check-in and even kindly recommended nearby popular food streets. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft, making for an incredibly comfortable sleep. When I checked out, they even gave me some local snacks. Throughout the entire experience, the service was warm and attentive. If I ever come back, I’ll definitely choose this place again!

The room was okay. Besides the bedding and towels, it wasn't very clean. Some things in the room were broken, but the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the washing machine in the room (fundamental if you visit Chengdu in summer!). The location is good, right in front of Eastern Suburb Memory, where you can have a nice evening stroll, and near the mall and the subway station. Through subway you can reach the most important attraction in about 40 minutes. Overall, especially compared to the price, it's not bad.

I had a great stay at SilkStay Apartment near Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to Kuanzhai Alley, with plenty of food, shops, and attractions nearby. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a short or medium stay. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions were clear, which made the whole process easy even for first-time visitors to Chengdu. Overall, it’s a practical and well-located option for travelers who want to stay close to the city’s main sights while still having a quiet and comfortable place to rest.

Highly recommend this hotel! The room was spacious, much larger than expected, and felt very comfortable. The overall cleanliness was excellent; the floors, bedding, and bathroom were all spotless and odor-free. Being on the 25th floor, the view was expansive, offering a panoramic city landscape right from the window. Watching the city lights in the evening created a wonderful ambiance. The staff even kindly upgraded my room for free. The amenities were comprehensive and easy to use. The service was prompt, and the staff were warm and attentive. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. My stay was fantastic; it was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night's rest. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, offering great value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit. Truly recommended!

This hotel is located downtown, very close to the subway station, and within walking distance to popular attractions like People's Park, Kuanzhai Alley, and Tianfu Square. It's also very guest-friendly; our room had a fridge and a washing machine, and they even provided free laundry detergent. We arrived early and our room wasn't ready, so they upgraded us for free, which was amazing! I highly recommend it to all travelers.

The location is excellent, very close to the East Station. You just cross the road from the East Plaza. There's an underground passage within the station, but I couldn't find it after searching for a while, as the signs weren't very clear. The room is indeed small, but it's sufficient for an overnight transfer. The decor is a bit dated, but for the price, it's not worth expecting too much. It's perfectly acceptable for just over 100.

Fraser Place Poly Guangzhou is located in the heart of the Financial City, with a shopping mall right downstairs, making it very convenient for going out and shopping. The high-floor panoramic windows offer expansive views of the city's southern district. The rooms are spacious and come with a full kitchen and a washer-dryer, offering complete home amenities, perfect for long stays on business trips. The public areas feature a high-altitude swimming pool and a gym, showcasing impressive hardware. The 24-hour front desk provides attentive service, balancing hotel service with a relaxed, home-like feel. Highly recommended for business trips and extended stays.
