Excellent facility and service. The hotel is located in a good position for the exploring by walk the most active zone of city center. The room was very wide, with good furniture and all the amenities you could think about. The staff was kind and helped in arranging a delivery of medicines for my wife.

Stay here for 4 nights. Overall is good, just the wall is too thin so you can hear everything from the next door and last night of my stay is quite loud. Location is the best, it takes less than 3 mins to subway, just 2 stations to Chunxi road. There are many restro downstair, lawson/family mart/ is berby. Opposite the hotel is mall that have holiland and taode with no queue. It's quite older than picture but still in good condition. But if you are sensitive to sound may consider.

I must commend Xiao Lin at the front desk! She proactively helped me with my luggage upon check-in and even kindly recommended nearby popular food streets. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft, making for an incredibly comfortable sleep. When I checked out, they even gave me some local snacks. Throughout the entire experience, the service was warm and attentive. If I ever come back, I’ll definitely choose this place again!

The location is great, close to the subway station 🚇, Eastern Suburb Memory Park, and shopping malls 🏬, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. For example, it's just a few steps from Exit B1 of the Eastern Suburb Memory Park station on Line 8, and the hotel is right outside the subway exit. Room Hygiene & Facilities: The room was clean and tidy, with meticulous housekeeping and all disposable amenities provided. The room facilities were complete. Surrounding Environment: There are food stalls, shopping malls 🏬, and more nearby, making daily life very convenient. There are food stalls downstairs in the evening, and a shopping mall right across the street. Service: The front desk staff were warm and polite, and responded to requests promptly. The lady at the front desk was so thoughtful! She called me beforehand to send check-in instructions and even recommended local spots for food and entertainment. I was in Chengdu for a business trip and decided to explore a bit. This homestay is right across from Kuanzhai Alley, which is super convenient for transport. I had a very comfortable stay and enjoyed the food and sightseeing. I'll definitely be back on my next business trip!

The room was spacious, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were really convenient. Having a washer-dryer combo was a lifesaver, especially on hot days when you come back to the hotel sweaty – it made doing laundry so easy. There's a fridge and an electric stove, making it feel like apartment-style living. The service was excellent; they were always happy to help. It's also very conveniently located – a 10-minute bike ride to Chunxi Road, and there's a small alley across the street where you can easily grab breakfast in the morning.

Hailing from Henan, I haven't stayed in such a comfortable hotel for a long time! They had a washing machine for my wet clothes and a fridge for my bubble tea and water. At this price point, I was surprised to find a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom – my girlfriend was amazed! She absolutely loved the ambient lighting. The kind front desk lady even helped me set up the Wi-Fi and, knowing I get lost easily, recommended some hidden local gems. The cleaning auntie, worried I might not have enough water, brought me two extra bottles. Highly recommend!

Easy to find. You can walk from the east side of East Station through an underground passage directly to the hotel's elevator. There are also plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were very warm and friendly. Very satisfied. As soon as I opened the room door, I noticed the AC was on, and after taking a couple more steps, I could even see Chengdu East Station. However, the facilities are a bit old; I feel the outlets and showerhead could use an upgrade. Excellent value for money, highly recommend this place. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for an overnight layover in Chengdu.

I checked in on a regular weekday, and as usual, I noted my preferences. The front desk staff informed me they upgraded my room type due to low occupancy, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything felt familiar. The clear weather made the 270-degree panoramic window in the bedroom absolutely perfect, especially with the high floor – the commanding view was indescribable. There were two minor issues: a long hair on the bathrobe and a rusty seahorse corkscrew in the fridge. Perhaps these are 'after-effects' of a busy period, but they certainly left a distinct impression. Time passes silently, but the good moments continue.
