This hotel is perfect for families with kids. The two rooms are spacious enough, and the location is excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. The hotel's robot delivery service for takeout is also fantastic! Sometimes ordering takeout to the hotel is even cheaper than buying it myself from the store, and the robot delivers it right to your room door, which is great!

The room was clean and quite spacious. The location is super convenient, with the subway station right across the street and plenty of food options downstairs. The only minor downsides were the high floor, which meant waiting a bit for the elevator, and the entrance being a little hard to spot.

I must commend Xiao Lin at the front desk! She proactively helped me with my luggage upon check-in and even kindly recommended nearby popular food streets. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft, making for an incredibly comfortable sleep. When I checked out, they even gave me some local snacks. Throughout the entire experience, the service was warm and attentive. If I ever come back, I’ll definitely choose this place again!

The room was okay. Besides the bedding and towels, it wasn't very clean. Some things in the room were broken, but the bed was comfortable. I appreciated the washing machine in the room (fundamental if you visit Chengdu in summer!). The location is good, right in front of Eastern Suburb Memory, where you can have a nice evening stroll, and near the mall and the subway station. Through subway you can reach the most important attraction in about 40 minutes. Overall, especially compared to the price, it's not bad.

I had a great stay at SilkStay Apartment near Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to Kuanzhai Alley, with plenty of food, shops, and attractions nearby. The apartment was clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the basic amenities needed for a short or medium stay. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions were clear, which made the whole process easy even for first-time visitors to Chengdu. Overall, it’s a practical and well-located option for travelers who want to stay close to the city’s main sights while still having a quiet and comfortable place to rest.

The overall experience was excellent! The guesthouse was clean and tidy, with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. It was easy to find and conveniently located for getting around and dining. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the staff were genuinely kind. The room facilities were complete, and the bed was soft and clean, ensuring a quiet and peaceful stay. It's incredibly good value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommended!

There were 8 of us, and before our trip, we requested 4 rooms on the same floor. Since the hotel's layout couldn't accommodate this, they tried their best to arrange two rooms on one floor and two on another, which was still pretty good. Facilities: The rooms are very spacious, almost like apartments. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was excellent. Environment: Downstairs, there's a Mixue Ice Cream & Tea flagship store and Tao De Claypot restaurant. It's also very close to Chunxi Road. Service: The service was great.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff provided excellent service. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with plenty of great food options nearby. The room came equipped with a fridge and a washing machine, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. It's also conveniently located close to the city museum. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money.

It’s super close to the train station and staff initially offered an early check in to the hotel, however as I was rushing to the train station in the morning I left the luggages at the front desk and they assisted to store they were very accommodating. After a long day and walk I asked the front desk for recommendation and the guy wearing spectacles on night shift during my stay gave a very good recommendation for a massage that is 5 minutes away. They also offer in room massages but I didn’t opt for it.

Fraser Place Poly Guangzhou is located in the heart of the Financial City, with a shopping mall right downstairs, making it very convenient for going out and shopping. The high-floor panoramic windows offer expansive views of the city's southern district. The rooms are spacious and come with a full kitchen and a washer-dryer, offering complete home amenities, perfect for long stays on business trips. The public areas feature a high-altitude swimming pool and a gym, showcasing impressive hardware. The 24-hour front desk provides attentive service, balancing hotel service with a relaxed, home-like feel. Highly recommended for business trips and extended stays.
