The accommodation was relatively clean and well-located. It was very well-equipped and boasted an exceptional setting with many available services and facilities, including a swimming pool.
The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, and provided clear instructions. I would not hesitate to stay there again if the opportunity arose; I highly recommend it.

This time we stayed in a four-person room. Although it has a double sofa bed, the room feels very spacious and open. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and there’s a round table where we can enjoy breakfast in the room. Overall, it feels clean and tidy, and the terrace is large enough to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze. The front desk service is excellent, and the whole family, including the two kids, really enjoyed this hotel.

Reservation for 3 nights parking card and entry disabled on day 2. Emergency service easily accessible but unsensitive to our problem (we advise to leave the car in the street) after three calls insisting one person finally came we still had to wait an hour to make a new one card .error of the person at the reception at our arrival that had not properly activated the card (2 days instead of 3 ).

The hotel is currently renovating the entire facade which was necessary...I was afraid that my studio would be a little dated but it wasn't, it was clean and well maintained...
The staff is welcoming, there are washing machines, a pure water fountain and a relaxation area...
There is a large car park at 10e per night
The area is very quiet and 10 minutes walk away there is old Rennes with lots of shops and restaurants

The price/performance ratio is OK, but it is off-season, and the swimming pool and sauna can only be used for one and a half hours a day, which may be too little for some customers. In Europe, swimming pools may be called four-star. The ratings of European hotels are very mysterious. I have never seen a hotel that requires customers to take out the trash by themselves, change towels after staying for seven days, and clean the room after staying for seven days. This is a bad review! It is ok for apartment hotels to cook, but the hotel does not have food except for breakfast. In addition, it is far from the attractions. There is an industrial park next to it, and most of the customers are on business trips. In short, the above is unacceptable. If you don’t have a car, avoid it. Give it 4 stars at most, 4.5 stars is not worth it!

Appart hotel très bien, propre et bien entretenu.
L entrée est très discrète parmi les commerces de la zone commerciale, vous arrivez au premier puis dans l chambre et vous avez une vue en pleine campagne....la conception est très originale.
Le gérant est très accueillant et très professionnel.
La chambre est bien équipée et la literie confortable.
La zone commerciale offre plusieurs services..restaurants, cinéma, centre commercial...
Une adresse a retenir.

Perfect location for beach access, the building's architecture is okay, but the view of the parking lot and a huge, dirty wall (murmur?) between unfortunately detract from the ”exterior” rating...not everyone has the widely-publicized ”pool” view.
Interior-wise, the common areas are tired but functional. A clean apartment, with fairly spacious spaces (like a two-room apartment). The bathroom is a drawback: the bathtub is okay, but the shower is narrow and there's a lack of shelves and storage.

XxinhexinThe room is quite big and I am quite satisfied with it. The kitchen facilities are complete, but there is no oil, salt, etc. The location is also good, about ten minutes walk to the church. You must eat crepes in Rennes, they are so delicious! I recommend the one in the picture.

Персонал любезный, расположение неплохое: рядом супермаркет, до центра минут 10-15 пешком. До ж/д станции тоже близко, тоже около 10-15 минут.
В инструкциях в номере написано выбросить мусор. Мы рассортировали всё, но неочевидно, куда выбрасывать. Оказалось, это комната в самом нижнем этаже. Её сложно найти: никак не подписана.

還可以自己煮飯光線也很好，雖然大部分時間很多時候天氣不好，夜晚也睡得非常好（雖然沒有冷氣，但是八月晚上很涼）。
