Holiday Apartments in Brittany, France

I booked a room with a terrace, hoping for a beautiful sea view, but I was assigned to the ground floor, so I couldn't see much. I understand that room availability is limited. The facilities in the room are not very clean, and this four-star hotel seems to require a lot of self-discipline from guests; cleanliness is something that guests need to manage themselves. Since I usually do a preliminary clean when I check into a hotel, I found that the wet wipes I used to clean the freezer turned brownish in colour, making me completely hesitant to use the freezer. The living room is spacious, but the shower room is very narrow, although the kitchenette is well-equipped. Overall, it doesn't feel like a four-star hotel.

The hotel is close to the city centre, with a 10-15 minutes walk. We reserved a car parking within the hotel garage, which is safe and free. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast has good variety. There is a small gymnasium room with treadmill and bicycle. Staff are friendly. Walking ~ 15 -20 minutes can access the tourist spots like the Cathédrale Saint-Pierre, canal, Musée des Beaux-Arts de Rennes and high street restaurants and shops. Overall excellent stay.

This time we stayed in a four-person room. Although it has a double sofa bed, the room feels very spacious and open. The kitchenette is well-equipped, and there’s a round table where we can enjoy breakfast in the room. Overall, it feels clean and tidy, and the terrace is large enough to sit outside and enjoy the sea breeze. The front desk service is excellent, and the whole family, including the two kids, really enjoyed this hotel.

Постельное и полотенца чистые, вода горячая, это самое главное. В целом апартаменты достаточно чистые. Только пол был немного пыльный. Персонал любезный, расположение неплохое: рядом супермаркет, до центра минут 10-15 пешком. До ж/д станции тоже близко, тоже около 10-15 минут. В инструкциях в номере написано выбросить мусор. Мы рассортировали всё, но неочевидно, куда выбрасывать. Оказалось, это комната в самом нижнем этаже. Её сложно найти: никак не подписана.

Fast efficient check in. Pleasant staff. Very good size room. Quiet location. Kitchenette has all the wares needed to cook a simple meal. Carrefour Market not too far away. Good breakfast - nice assortments of bread and pastry

The hotel is currently renovating the entire facade which was necessary...I was afraid that my studio would be a little dated but it wasn't, it was clean and well maintained... The staff is welcoming, there are washing machines, a pure water fountain and a relaxation area... There is a large car park at 10e per night The area is very quiet and 10 minutes walk away there is old Rennes with lots of shops and restaurants It was a rather good experience

Bon acceuil par le personnel ainsi l'efficacité des installations. Petit déjeuner correct. Néanmoins il serait souhaitable d'avoir un paqet de serviettes en papier à disposition dans la cafétariat ainsi que dans la chambre. 去雷恩大學上兩個禮拜的法文！在這邊住了18天。 還可以自己煮飯光線也很好，雖然大部分時間很多時候天氣不好，夜晚也睡得非常好（雖然沒有冷氣，但是八月晚上很涼）。
