HhunsbickieAn amazing stay! Highly recommend for families as the rooms were spacious and living room was of good size too. The rooms were clean, spacious and had enough amenities. The service was really good too. Kitchen was a plus point with its microwave. Walking distance to convenience store and street food stalls. Overall, a great experience. Highly recommended!

GGuest Userstrategic location, close to unpad campus and old boarding house locations. there are also many places to eat / sell food, just walk. the bed is really big, *************, enough for 4 people. air conditioning, water heater works well. the water is also strong, no difficulty. only the bathroom is not fragrant enough. it would be better to give it a freshener or camphor next time.

- Lokasi yang mantap banget, cukup dekat dengan pusat kota, dekat dengan tempat makan enak dan GOR Pajajaran
- Apartemen bersih dan cukup lengkap isinya, ada kompor, wastafel, panci dan wajan, piring lebar, mangkok, cangkir, banyak garpu tapi sendok cuma 1 😅, teko listrik, mesin cuci, papan setrika dan setrikaan
- 2 ac di masing2 kamar
- amenities disediakan handuk, sikat gigi dan sabun cair, dan 4 botol air minum
- ada lift jadi aman kalau bawa lansia atau stroller bayi
Cons:
- Wifi lemot banget
- Tempat sampah hanya tersedia 1 saja yg sangat minim buat 4 orang dalam jangka waktu 4 hari, saya ga yakin apa ada cleaning service tiap hari krn tidak bertanya ke sekuriti
- walaupun ada mesin cuci dan wastafel tapi tidak disediakan sabunnya ya jadi bisa bawa dari rumah atau beli dari toko di sekitar apartemen

GGuestLensI quite enjoyed staying here. The location is very convenient, with a mall nearby and plenty of eateries around the apartment, making it easy to find food and daily necessities. The neighborhood is lively and comfortable without being too noisy.
The unit itself was adequate for a short stay, with basic amenities that were generally well-maintained. The apartment grounds are pleasant for walking around or simply relaxing in the sunshine. The swimming pool was clean and usually not too crowded.
One thing to note is that the cleanliness of the unit seems to depend on the individual unit and agent. Some units are excellent, while others are just average. However, the common areas are generally clean and well-maintained, and even the lobby toilets are clean and pleasant-smelling.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

GGuest UserThis Grand Valore hotel/ service apartments is a well run operation with a staff that is professional and accommodating. I have stayed here many times during my back and forth itravels in Indonesia. The breakfast is ample and there is a neighboring Holiday Inn connected Next door if you want a change in menu. Two nice malls are 10-15 minutes away with money change establishments. ATMs are seconds away. The rates are extremely reasonable, the pool is great and the gym is adequate. From a business traveler who has stayed at a lot of hotels. This is a smart choice. One more thing the beds are comfortable and no rugs in the room makes it clean with no odors.

However, activities for children come with an extra charge, and the kids' zone was under maintenance, so the kids could only swim (the pool had warm water). The food selection was varied, but restocking took a while.
