Holiday Apartments in West Java, Indonesia

Would love to recommend this place for the small group of family. The unit is awesome. Easy to check in although we arrived past midnight. The pro was just that the internet coverage were horrible (using esim from telkosem) and we can’t access and changed the netflix account. Anyhow we having a great stay at your place. Nice interior and designs of the unit as well. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

strategic location, close to unpad campus and old boarding house locations. there are also many places to eat / sell food, just walk. the bed is really big, *************, enough for 4 people. air conditioning, water heater works well. the water is also strong, no difficulty. only the bathroom is not fragrant enough. it would be better to give it a freshener or camphor next time.

Upon check in at 3pm, the room was having a very strong foul smell hence we request for a change. However they told us to wait till late afternoon then other rooms are available hence we waited. I followup 3times for the availability to exchange room via call, to no avail i went to the lobby at 5:30pm to ask again. A different receptionist attend to me and directly i got the exchange of our room. To my Dissppointment again, the room we next check in, the airconditioner was not cold. We requested again to check the aircond. As my toddler was sweating while just watching tv. However after they check, the aircond only slightly cold. Anyways hope the management of the hotel look into this issue seriously as we are not only booking one room, we took 2room. The room for my mom in law was also same issue on the airconditioner - not cold. Toilet door hinges was loosen. Toilet couldnt flush after the second day. Location wise, walking distance to Sarinah only. Breakfast was acceptable.

I quite enjoyed staying here. The location is very convenient, with a mall nearby and plenty of eateries around the apartment, making it easy to find food and daily necessities. The neighborhood is lively and comfortable without being too noisy. The unit itself was adequate for a short stay, with basic amenities that were generally well-maintained. The apartment grounds are pleasant for walking around or simply relaxing in the sunshine. The swimming pool was clean and usually not too crowded. One thing to note is that the cleanliness of the unit seems to depend on the individual unit and agent. Some units are excellent, while others are just average. However, the common areas are generally clean and well-maintained, and even the lobby toilets are clean and pleasant-smelling. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.

Nice serviced apartments with good location. The apartment is connected to the hotel and provides basic facilities such as swimming pool and gym. Overall was a nice experience. The breakfast and minimarket are the only matters that fell short of my expectation for such accommodation.

The staff who responded at check-in was insanely beautiful! He kindly translated and even explained the facilities. It was my first time and I was worried, but I am grateful for God's response!

This hotel has a beautiful view, all the staff are friendly, and the cleanliness and comfort are excellent. There are electric vehicle charging stations, but unfortunately, it seems the voltage isn't sufficient for two vehicles at once. Overall, though, it was a good and pleasant stay.
