The service from the cash receiptionist Ilham is very good, the response is quick and friendly, so is the security is very friendly, the room condition is clean and all the furniture is still like new, the gym facilities, the swimming pool and sauna are also in good condition

GGuest UserThis Grand Valore hotel/ service apartments is a well run operation with a staff that is professional and accommodating. I have stayed here many times during my back and forth itravels in Indonesia. The breakfast is ample and there is a neighboring Holiday Inn connected Next door if you want a change in menu. Two nice malls are 10-15 minutes away with money change establishments. ATMs are seconds away. The rates are extremely reasonable, the pool is great and the gym is adequate. From a business traveler who has stayed at a lot of hotels. This is a smart choice. One more thing the beds are comfortable and no rugs in the room makes it clean with no odors.

AAnonymous UserI travel here with my family we spend only 2 nights. With 2 rooms in a studio apartment. I am ok with the location because it is near to hot places like Rumah Mode and it is a pick up point to go to Lembang area. But the one thing that I am not really happy the toilet condition is not really good. I am sorry but if you have other option please stay other place. But overall just an average place to stay, for me.
