We had an overall great experience at this hotel. It is in a quieter area of Dublin but there is plenty to see and do just a short walk away including Trinity College, the National Museum of Ireland galleries and within 15 minute walk of most major attractions. They also had good connections to the airport using the Dublin Express Bus that had quite a few stops nearby. There are some very good restaurants a short walk away from this hotel and the Leap Card can get you pretty good public transportation around the city.
The hotel has studio style kitchenette apartments. We were surprised with how well equipped the little kitchens were which included multiple cooking utensils and pots. They had a Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, mini fridge (stocked with some milk), microwave/oven and a mini dishwasher. Dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sugar, salt, pepper and a few other things were conveniently included. We made ourselves breakfast each day we were here which was easy to do because there is a Tesco Express and possibly the best bakery in Dublin just around the corner with Bread 41.
The room was pretty good with plenty of outlets and even though it was a bit small there was enough space for our two large suitcases and bags. They have a small seating area with a table, a large flat screen TV, good WiFi and good lighting. The bathroom was pretty good too but we weren't a fan of the partition because it does not cover the full shower area and it was easy for water to get out of the shower. They have an all in one body wash too. The room was mostly quiet but we were there on New Year's Eve and there was one lady who had a very loud complaint in the hallway around 3 in the morning for around 15 minutes.
The staff are very kind and helpful. They had no room left in their luggage storage when we arrived so they allowed us early check in which is usually 20 Euros. They have a WhatsApp ”AI” chat that you can request service through and we used it for extra towels that came up pretty quickly.
The hotel has some amenities including a small restaurant/bar that has some food and coffee and paid laundry machines. Breakfast here costs 15 euros if you pre-book but if you want it the morning of it is 17 Euros. The one thing we found tricky about the hotel is that we had to use the elevator to go up and down even though we were on the first floor because all the stairwells are locked up for safety/fire protocol.
Overall, a good stay for our first time in Dublin and we would consider staying here again or recommending to friends and family with similar interests to ours.

SS3Day 1: room not clean, hair looked like animal fur over the pillow and even kitchen scissors. Empty shower gel. 4 crawling insects throught the night kept us awake. It looked like room wasn't serviced before we moved in. The next day we spoke to a kind man at the reception who happily changed the room for us. The room was so clean, mattress and sheets seemed fresh, well stocked room. Wish we had spoken to him the night before to get a different room. Day 2 was fantastic!

Location is excellent and the service is very attentive. However, recommendations provided by staff were not the best and no warnings were given about more shady parts of the town. Facilities are OK - room is large, but even for an apartment hotel could have been nicer. Food is offered 24/7, but it is advisable only if you don't want to get outside.

Irish Global TrotterI recently had the pleasure of staying at Premier Suites Ballsbridge, and it was an outstanding experience. The location is ideal, situated in the charming and upscale Ballsbridge area, offering easy access to Dublin's city centre and various attractions. The suite itself was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-appointed with modern amenities that made my stay extremely comfortable.
The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly. The fully equipped kitchen in the suite was a fantastic feature, allowing for convenient self-catering. Additionally, the surrounding area is filled with delightful cafes, restaurants, and shops, making it a perfect base for exploring Dublin.
Overall, Premier Suites Ballsbridge exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and convenient stay in Dublin.

We have stayed here many times..its comfortable and clean with all the cooking facilities you might need. This time we had apt number 15.
The sliding wardrobe/closet doors in the bedroom did not operate so we could not hang our clothes or use the shelves. They are in danger of falling off on top of a guest.
Please fix these doors asap.
Broc House is a good place overall and I regret having to leave a negative review... but this is dangerous.

more&moreWe stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed the location — just a 12-minute walk to the Guinness Museum and only 2 minutes to the nearest supermarket. The area is lovely and quiet, with huge halls since it’s a student apartment-style building.
The room itself was clean but a bit tight for two people. It would be great if the hotel provided free adapters — something to keep in mind when packing!
Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We ordered dinner via Uber Eats and had a great time eating in the large shared kitchen/dining room on our floor.
Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay!

The apartment is super close to the train station which was really handy for us! We had an early train and the staff made the early check out process super easy.
We were worried about the noise of the train being a problem but the train sounds were very quiet. We were also worried about being above a pub that it would be noisy, again not a problem.
The oven and cooking amenities in the apartment weren’t available for use for our stay. We only had a short stay and so this didn’t bother us, but could see how it would be frustrating for a longer stay if you planned on using them.

Glady Lau YWThis is my first time to visit Ireland and the 1st day we stay in this apt. When I arrived too early and the check in lobby was closed. However, once I WhatsApp to the registration, they right the way give me a big help. Gacr and Matel is so friendly and helpful. They arrange an early check in for us and really appreciate their help in knowing more about the city. Highly recommend this apt to stay. It is clean, right in the city center and you can walk around to the most city scenic and restaurants. Glady
