Holiday Apartments in County Dublin, Ireland

We were greeted by friendly staff member when we got there ( dark haired lady) who said it was too early to check in but we could leave our bags with her and she said to try around 2pm as we got there just after 1pm due to an early morning flight. The room was very clean and spacious, exactly as it looked in the photos advertised and the apartment was definitely soundproof. The location was easy to find and walking distance to the city centre. We didn't have any issues during our stay apart from the room was a little too warm and the air con system didn't blow out much cold air. Our stay at Staycity Tivoli was disappointing in several respects. Although the apartment itself was spacious, it felt very cold and uncomfortable. Laundry facilities required an extra charge and were difficult to use, which made things inconvenient. The property also held on to our credit, which was not clearly explained. Breakfast was very poor value – almost €17 per person for food that was far below standard. We ended up cooking for ourselves in the apartment instead. Overall, despite the larger room size, the lack of warmth, poor services, and overpriced breakfast meant the stay did not live up to expectations.

Location is excellent and the service is very attentive. However, recommendations provided by staff were not the best and no warnings were given about more shady parts of the town. Facilities are OK - room is large, but even for an apartment hotel could have been nicer. Food is offered 24/7, but it is advisable only if you don't want to get outside.

I accidentally discovered this hotel and started to worry whether the rooms were too old. In fact, the quality of the hotel rooms is very good and the management of the hotel is also very good. Check-in and check-out are very fast and the staff's service makes people feel warm and comfortable. A pretty nice hotel.

We have stayed here many times..its comfortable and clean with all the cooking facilities you might need. This time we had apt number 15. The sliding wardrobe/closet doors in the bedroom did not operate so we could not hang our clothes or use the shelves. They are in danger of falling off on top of a guest. Please fix these doors asap. Broc House is a good place overall and I regret having to leave a negative review... but this is dangerous.

Small student rooms. Good option for Dublin during peak season( August month). Large foyer, small gym. Decent location- 25mins walk to central. Tescos next door. Felt safe in area. Check in process could be quicker and more seamless. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

The apartment is super close to the train station which was really handy for us! We had an early train and the staff made the early check out process super easy.  We were worried about the noise of the train being a problem but the train sounds were very quiet. We were also worried about being above a pub that it would be noisy, again not a problem.  The oven and cooking amenities in the apartment weren’t available for use for our stay. We only had a short stay and so this didn’t bother us, but could see how it would be frustrating for a longer stay if you planned on using them.

This is my first time to visit Ireland and the 1st day we stay in this apt. When I arrived too early and the check in lobby was closed. However, once I WhatsApp to the registration, they right the way give me a big help. Gacr and Matel is so friendly and helpful. They arrange an early check in for us and really appreciate their help in knowing more about the city. Highly recommend this apt to stay. It is clean, right in the city center and you can walk around to the most city scenic and restaurants. Glady

Room was nice and clean staff were friendly only issue was our room had fire exit door which joined to another room where a family were staying was woken up by people being loud in hallway at 2 am and was kept up all night from a baby crying as door was very thin and could hear everything

I stayed at Yugo Explore - Kavanagh Court from June 22 to June 26, 2025, and had a very comfortable experience. The Double Room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The building felt secure and modern, and the common areas were tidy and quiet. The location was excellent, close to public transport, cafes, and key attractions. It was a great place to relax after a busy day of exploring Dublin.
