Holiday Apartments in Lombardy, Italy

The accommodation is good, very modern and clean, but I don't like it we have to pay so much taxes. In the booking it says, we pay 10.50 euros for the taxes, but Naitly website gave us a link to pay 18.9 euros for the tourist tax. Seems a bit unfair especially it's almost twice the price.

The apartment left a really good impression, located in a safe and clean neighborhood. Convenient self check-in. It was clean, had modern renovations, and everything needed for a comfortable stay and cooking. There's a good supermarket nearby. We took the tram to the city center, and the metro station was a bit further away. Definitely recommend it. We'll stay here again next time.

It was easy to find apartments. Inside, we were waiting for cleanliness everywhere: dishes, lingerie, plumbing. In the refrigerator, compliment in the form of water, it is very pleasant. We will recommend this hotel with confidence.

Had a really pleasant stay at Residenza delle Città. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they were always happy to help with any questions or requests throughout our stay. The same level of care continued through to check-out, which made the overall experience feel very welcoming and well-managed. The room itself was excellent—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It felt like a great balance between a hotel and a serviced apartment, which added to the comfort. The only small downside was that the air conditioning wasn’t available during the non-peak season. While this wasn’t a major issue, it would have been nice to have the option, especially as the room could get a little warm at times. Overall, a very positive experience. The combination of great staff, comfortable rooms, and convenient location makes this a place I would definitely consider staying at again when visiting Milan.

The apartments are great! Honestly, when traveling around Europe, it is best to choose apartments with a kitchen:) this is the ideal option! The location is 2 minutes from the metro and a minute from the train station, you can get to the airport in 40 minutes 👍🏼 two supermarkets nearby, lots of ready-made food, check-in at any time, they just send you a code. Cool, comfortable, the balcony was a joy

The room was new and spacious, with a balcony. Secure parking is available in the courtyard. The location is very convenient, within walking distance of both downtown and uptown. The nearby University of the Arts is worth a visit.

The neighborhood is excellent, easy to get to, and well-served with excellent bars and restaurants, including a supermarket. The apartment has everything you need, is comfortable, clean, and quiet. I'd love to return.

We went to Milan on our own and it was in Milan that our vacation in these apartments was ruined. Read carefully - they take a deposit of 100 euros. But it is not written anywhere that only by card. They did not want to take cash. There is no one at night and after 8 pm. They barely took the deposit in cash, here is a new problem - we have to leave at night to the airport, no one will return the deposit at night, because the reception opens only at three. Well, we left all the nerves and decided that God be with them, we will leave them these 100 euros. Then, as a result, through friends, we took our cash, but the nerves and 5 hours of check-in ruined the whole impression. And the most unpleasant thing was when, during all the clarifications, the girl from the reception began to call the director. My husband had the audio translator turned on. The director said ”let's not deal with these Russians”, ”you definitely don't need help, are you sure these aren't Russian spies”)) Holy ****.. then we walked around and thought that this is really how they treat Russians, it's very offensive. Of course, he refused our requests - we've already offered a million ways out of the situation. In general, be sure to have a card, otherwise you won't be checked in. The location is very convenient, we took it because buses to the airport go straight from there. Is 10 thousand per night normal or not? Probably yes, if there are no other alternatives. The girl at the reception is unpleasant)) she smiles, but you can see how everyone annoys her)))
