Facilities: Excellent, everything is very convenient. Cleanliness: Very clean, especially the bed and bathroom. Environment: Not bad, mainly because the room is spacious and it's convenient to get around. Service: Warm and attentive, very responsible.

房間夠大，挺新的，類似便捷酒店,沒有燒水壺，一次性拖鞋要問前台拿，很薄，建議自帶;挺多年輕人住的，酒店早餐選擇不多，不在酒店吃早餐的話可能讓工作人員給一份外帶;離地鐵站步行15分鐘內，到米蘭大教堂包含步行時間半小時內，附近吃的比較少 。離中央火車站15分鐘內車程 ,打車預計12歐左右;打車到中央火車站會方便 ，但是費用高，urber預計15歐內。

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, which was a big plus for us.20-30 minutes from city center depending on the mode of transportation. Tram station and Metro station within few minutes walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable, although it had a bit of an older vibe. The bed, however, was super cozy, and comfortable. One thing we think would improve the stay is the addition of an electric kettle and ironing Overall, we had a pleasant stay at IH Hotels Milano Aparthotel Argonne Park. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Milan.

Was a great accommodation for a great price and the owners were quite responsive and helpful. It contained everything you would need - however the location you would definitely need a car for.

The room was very spacious and the location was super central. I had an early flight and they even arranged an early check-in for me.

The hotel residence is surrounded by a nice environment with separate pedestrian and vehicle access, making it suitable for walks. The hotel itself is somewhat outdated. The only downside was that I booked a room with a terrace and prepaid, but upon arrival, they said they couldn't find the reservation. I showed them my booking confirmation, and after searching for a while, they said someone had already checked in. I was shocked; how could someone have checked in so soon after I arrived? It's very likely the hotel made a mistake. After finally getting my room key, I discovered the room didn't have a terrace. Going back to the front desk, they casually said: ”Terrace availability depends on room availability.” But I should have gotten the room type I booked; either it's unavailable, or if it is, it needs to be matched. Anyway, this experience was quite unpleasant. I was already exhausted and didn't want to argue, and I was only staying two nights. I will never book this residence again. The NH 2 Hotel across the street is much better—easy parking, and the staff are relatively more friendly.
