Holiday Apartments in Lombardy, Italy

We (2 people) stayed at the Academia Residence in Bergamo for two days, from 11 to 13 April 2025. The price of the question – 29 022.50 rubles without breakfast (276.4€). Booked via Trip.com. Payment in rubles. The hotel said that the booking came through OSTROVOK!!! The hotel is located in the centre of Bergamo, in the old part of the city, on a narrow medieval street, in the ancient palace. It is very close to the Carrara Academy (recommended). The hotel is located near the train station. We had a large room (an improved, four-bedroom), windows it went out into a wonderful quiet garden where we had a separate exit and where we had a great evening time for a cup of tea. The room was large, with beautiful design and even with old furniture, there was all necessary: a refrigerator, a safe, a TV, toiletries. On the respiratory, there was always someone who was important to us, as it was necessary to leave things to the settlement, very friendly and attentive staff in the hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and quiet. A little surprised, a fairly high tax - €15.9 for 2 nights we paid when leaving. On this trip we were also in Brescia, Verona, Padua and Venice (for example, in Venice - €30.0 for 7 nights) - everywhere the tax on residence was lower than in Bergamo. Rating of hotel and staff – 9 points!!! RECOMMENDED!!!

This is our first leg of the trip which we have stayed 2 nights in Milan. Everything was great and Tatiana was superb in helping us for ways to get the hotel and sight seeing. The room was massive and has everything you needed. Taxi station was a 10 seconds walk across the street and so is the metro. A good 10 mins walk will get you to the duomo. We cannot ask for more for a better stay. There is a supermarket right next to the hotel if you do need any food etc.

Everything was wonderful! The apartment is superb! Clean, cozy, and has everything you need!

I stayed for 2 nights and parked on the street. I wasn't offered parking, and since I stayed for two nights, it would have been fair to have bath towels for both nights. However, when I complained, I was told they don't provide them unless I paid 15 Euros per person. This extra cost was outside my budget, so be careful and don't assume anything. The listing mentioned parking and air conditioning, neither of which I could use. I hope to be reimbursed 30 Euros by Trip!

Perffeto: Exceeded expectations! The room was huge, the facilities were extremely complete, the materials were top-notch, and there was even a terrace—it was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended to everyone!

There's been an improvement! This time, starting from the second day of Mido, we didn't have to rush to get on the big bus anymore, which is how it should be. They should have arranged more convenient buses to begin with, especially since the price we paid was already much higher than usual.

We really enjoyed our stay at your place it is very neat and tidy. Also the indoor design is so modern and simple, we like it so much. All the furniture and utensils are new and easy to use. Check-in and check-out is easy and service is good.

An apartment where you can stay and hop for the city exploration, as well as for a one-day trip around Milan city. It is not far from Milan central, and there are many grocery stores around. There is even a Japanese restaurant nearby(with all-you-can-eat choice), which is good to help you detox when you have too much Italian food. The service is great, and the amenities are good. You can have coffee(Nespresso) all day, with some good bakery to serve you in the morning. The room is nice and very big. Overall, it is good. I would come back for you when I come to Milan again.
