The check-in error was horrible. The locker has a four-digit number that's emailed to you, and you enter it into the locker with your room number to get the key, but the room number wasn't listed in the email. I called to resolve the issue, but the PIN was also incorrect. Fortunately, I was able to resolve it by calling, but it took quite a while. That's a major drawback. The room itself was clean, and I was able to do laundry, which was great. If it weren't for the check-in issue, it would have been perfect...

We stayed in an 8-person room. It was just as spacious and clean as the photos. There was a washing machine in the room, so it was great that we could do everything from our laundry without having to go outside. We also wanted to rent a bicycle, but it had to be reserved the day before. The staff were also very kind and helpful. Our kids really enjoyed it. We hope to stay with you again when we visit Okinawa.

I really liked this hotel. It was great. It was very spacious and close to Kokusai Street, which was very convenient. The only downside was that the pillows were a bit too soft. It had everything, including a rice cooker, which was really nice. It was very convenient to visit many attractions. It was a short walk to Kokusai Street. I stayed here for three nights and was very satisfied. It felt quite large.

Yes, I have always been satisfied with the stores on this platform. I did my homework in advance, which saved me a lot of trouble! There is a subway and bus nearby, which is very convenient. The front desk lady and brother are very nice. There are activities in the evening, so you can go or not. The facilities are also complete.

I use this hotel every time I go on a business trip to Naha. The Nepalese staff at the front desk are wonderful. They are flexible in their service and kind. They are so friendly that I want to come back again.

Apartment is clean. With kitchenette, fridge, washer, fridge. I love it because cosy and clean. With daily changes of towels. Location very near to American Village with nearby a lot amenities. Carpark Lot of 1,000 Yen u can park throughout your stay here. Super worth it.

The price is good for this kind of facility. It's new, clean, and has a safe curfew. The location is not bad, and there are many attractions around.
