This is a self-check-in apartment-style hotel with all the necessary facilities in the room, even pots, pans and laundry detergent are prepared for you. It is very close to the Daiichi Makishi Public Market, only an 8-minute walk away. The downside is that there is no bidet and the self-check-in procedure is a bit too complicated.

The facilities are good, but the self-service check-in took some time (although the guest information had been registered before, it still needed to be re-entered on site, and the English address in Taiwan had to be entered). It was a bit troublesome for the elderly group to have no one to assist them. In addition, we also had an embarrassing thing. Everyone took cold showers for two days and had no one to turn to for help. Later, we found out that the hot water had to be turned on the ”power button”... It was really hilarious 🤣, and we received no response to our emails for help

I booked this unserviced self-service hotel for four days and three nights on trip.com, from September 14th to September 17th. After completing the booking process, I received an email with a pin to enter the hotel lobby. code. On the night of check-in, when I arrived at the hotel with my family, I discovered that I couldn't enter the lobby with the password on my email. Fortunately, there were already guests who wanted to go in, so I was able to follow them into the hotel, and then go through the self-service check-in at the counter. After going through the formalities, I got the password for the room and the hotel door. This is a very clean hotel. The four-person room we booked was large enough and well-equipped. The hotel itself is located next to the Okinawa Bus Terminal. It only takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Kokusai Street. The location is very convenient. On the afternoon of the third day of our stay (September 16th), between about 3:00 and 4:00, two young men suddenly opened the door to our room with a code. They found someone inside and hurried away. go out. I originally thought they were the cleaning staff of the hotel, but they were dressed like tourists and were carrying a plastic bag in their hands. No one came to clean them during the two days we checked in, not to mention that we would not check out until the next day. Judging from this They shouldn't be cleaning staff, but how come they have the password to our room? Although the hotel itself is very well equipped and has good sanitary conditions, since it is self-service, there are no staff on site. Therefore, if you want to stay in this kind of hotel, it is better to be cautious for safety reasons.

The check-in error was horrible. The locker has a four-digit number that's emailed to you, and you enter it into the locker with your room number to get the key, but the room number wasn't listed in the email. I called to resolve the issue, but the PIN was also incorrect. Fortunately, I was able to resolve it by calling, but it took quite a while. That's a major drawback. The room itself was clean, and I was able to do laundry, which was great. If it weren't for the check-in issue, it would have been perfect...

The hotel is about 10 minutes' walk from the American Village. There is no one on duty at the hotel counter at night, so it is troublesome to borrow tableware if you need it (you can cook in the room but there is no tableware).

Apartment is clean. With kitchenette, fridge, washer, fridge. I love it because cosy and clean. With daily changes of towels. Location very near to American Village with nearby a lot amenities. Carpark Lot of 1,000 Yen u can park throughout your stay here. Super worth it.

I stayed here during a trip to Okinawa. I arrived late and the staffed reception was closed, but I was able to check in smoothly. The location was great, about a 30-minute walk from Kokusai Street, and there were many convenience stores and restaurants in the area, making it very convenient. The room was clean and the amenities were great, with a wide range of options available, from games to meals for young children. The kitchen was fully equipped, so I was able to cook my own meals and enjoy snacks. The sink was more than adequate, with a hair dryer and toiletries stocked. The free breakfast was also easy to collect and delicious, and I was particularly happy that there was free laundry available. Although I didn't use it this time, it seems they also offer car and bicycle rental services, so I would definitely like to take advantage of them next time.

We made a last-minute decision to change our itinerary and stayed at a hotel near Churaumi Aquarium. It was perfectly located, with a five-star hotel across the street and Starbucks and Okinawa Onigiri nearby. There was also a convenience store not far away, making it a great place to visit Churaumi. However, there's a graveyard next door, which you only discovered after a closer look. The room was cozy and clean, and it had all the necessary utensils, including a rice cooker, cutlery, and cleaning supplies. The room had a rollaway bed for an extra bed, a washing machine, and dryer, as well as laundry detergent—no need to buy any. There was no one to check in. We sent our passports to the host in advance and were given the code a few days beforehand. We thought the mailbox was the password box at the door and got confused. We later found the key on the door, which took a while to figure out. Overall, the experience was very good. It felt like home, with trash collected and taken out to a designated trash rack outside, so you can buy things to cook. I'll definitely be back next time I have the chance.

The hotel was very spacious for me and my 14 year old son. We landed at Naha and took the city bus to the hotel. It was very convenient because the bus stop is literally right next tot he hotel. My only challenge was getting a taxi because it was my very first time in Japan and I didn’t know there’s a taxi app available. so no one onsite until 10am but i needed to be somewhere by 0830. But they do have have starbucks and Mcdonals within walking distance g distance and American Village was about 15-20 minutes away. I enjoyed my stayed there and I would recommend it to anyone that would like to save more but having a good place to stay. It had its down washer n dryer in the room, tub was separated from the shower which I absolutely loved it. full kitchen was also in our room.
