Hotel Urbansea 2 Matsuo

Good facilities and friendly staff Breakfast was better for my family than expected~~ Glass boats can be reserved at the hotel. I didn't know, so I bought it expensively.

I had no idea it was an unmanned hotel. Since I was informed that I would be assigned a number after registering at the front desk, I naturally assumed that there would be a front desk staff member, and after seeing that there were staff working hours and upon arrival that I found out in the review that the hotel was unmanned, I assumed that there would be no staff available after a certain period of time. Request If I had received a reply saying no when I submitted the request in advance, it would have been cancelled. I wasn't even informed that I had to apply by email in advance. Even the entrance door was locked, and the reception machine was defective so we couldn't drag, so we barely got in thanks to the help of tourists who had suffered like us as they passed by. I heard that the hotel has a baggage storage service, so I made my final itinerary at a city hotel, but the message I received after checking out said that I could only leave my luggage until check-out. Excuse me.. Let's not pretend it's a hotel.

The check-in counter of this hotel is not in the hotel. It takes 15 minutes to walk to get there, which is very inconvenient. However, the environment in the hotel room is clean and there is a microwave available for use.

大推這一家飯店 地段佳！臨近國際通 房間內有小吧台，還有IH爐（鍋碗瓢盆皆有提供） 廁所乾濕分離 洗手梳妝台空間大！ 可以擺放很多東西，還可以同時兩個人使用！ 建議在旅遊的前幾天可以住！ 因為房間走道稍微小一點，將行李箱打開整理戰利品時，可能會不方便走動！ 但以價格以及其硬體設備來說，大推！

基本上飯店內的設施備品都很齊全，環境乾淨，在旅客確定入住時應該給予飯店大門門鎖的密碼，一開始無法找到辦理登記入住辦公室，後來到飯店又被困在門外，信件裡的Pin密碼容易讓人誤會，而且登記入住的機台可以稍微改良會更好，排除這些，整體而言，飯店設施位置還是不錯的！

酒店屬於自助check-in，無人在前枱的，到入住當天也沒有任何check in 資訊、去到酒店大門是鎖上的，沒辦法進去辦理入住手續，打電話問酒店又說查不到我的預約。在門口足足等了45分鐘，最後剛好有旅客回來，告訴大門密碼才能進去辦理入住手續，在電腦一打上名字就出現我的預約，很差的體驗…..

무인 체크인 방식인데, 이 어플로 예약한다면 체크인이 안 될 수 있습니다. 이메일을 통해서 방 번호와 비밀번호를 배정받을 수 있고, 이 점을 모른다면 출입구 비밀번호를 몰라서 헤맬 수 있습니다. 전자레인지, 싱크대도 방에 배치되어있어 편하고 방의 청결도는 좋은 편입니다. 체크인 방식만 익숙해지면 나쁘지않습니다.

地理位好，員工也很和善，這次住的是四人房空間算大了有地方可以擺行李箱，有廚房有陽台洗衣機乾濕分離空間來說的話算是很不錯！但冷氣實屬有點髒😂
