The location is perfect for exploring Osaka! It's within walking distance to Tenkachaya Station, making it super convenient to get to Kansai Airport via the Nankai Electric Railway. Transfers to Namba and Universal Studios are also smooth. The room is more spacious than typical Japanese hotels, allowing you to fully open your luggage. It's clean, and the bathroom has stable water pressure. The balcony is a plus for drying clothes, and the washing machine and refrigerator are a great convenience. Self check-in was easy. There are plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, and local shops nearby, making daily life very convenient. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

The location is a great walking distance from Shin Osaka Station. The room is big enough to accommodate our family of 5. It's like a home away from home vibe, we were able to cook our own food during the days we were not able to roam around due to heavy rain. The only thing that needs improvement is the bed. The hardest bed that my back laid down and the bed spring almost protruded and almost touched my back. Over all it is good, the only downside is the bed.

The environment is clean and tidy, and the transportation is convenient. It's just right for two adults. The facilities are comprehensive, including a microwave, stove, cooking utensils, a laundry cabinet, detergent, and a refrigerator – everything you need. The location is quiet, near a school district. There's a large supermarket nearby, and you can walk to the Tsutenkaku commercial area. Getting to and from Kansai Airport is also very convenient, with a direct route requiring no transfers, which is extremely handy.

Near to train station. 15 mins to USJ. Very quite place. Very clean. Nice bathroom. We arrived early, The property owner allow us to leave our luggage outside the room while the cleaner cleaning up. And offered us to keep them in the room when they finished. We went out until late night and the luggages are already in our room. Love love love !

The hotel is clean, affordable, and fully equipped with kitchenware, a washing machine, detergent, and a hairdryer. It's quiet and a bit far from the station. Self check-in was private and hassle-free. I liked it very much and will definitely stay there again.

Transit: From Shinfukae Station (Sennichimae Line), you are only a few stops away from Tsuruhashi, which is famous for its vibrant Korean market and incredible yakiniku (BBQ).

100% recommend this hotel. Excellent service, the place is comfortable and clean, the bed is very comfortable, the TV works, and it’s a great place to relax and get a good night’s sleep. It’s very quiet, has an excellent view, and is conveniently located near two train lines. So I definitely recommend it. If I come back to Osaka, I’ll stay at this hotel again. It’s been my best experience here in Osaka.

We came to stay as a stop before going to the airport, no transfers no nearby bus etc only the station which is 13-15 minute walk away. There’s a shopping outlet with food places again 15-20 mins away we got a taxi and it was 4000+ yen. 1000 from the train station if you have wheeled or little luggage this may be easier/cheaper There’s a 7-11 nearby and a Lawsons and dominos to do you for a night. We never saw the restaurant onsite open. Self check in. Had a toothbrush and tooth paste towel in the room along with a kettle and cups. Had basic shampoo body wash etc but nothing else that it lists on the listing was good enough for one night only

We had a pleasant stay! The hotel is located in a good and quiet neighborhood where a lot of locals live. It’s close to a several subway stations as well. Self checkin is nice but it’ll be nice to talk with people at the front desk as well hehe. My family will definitely stay again when we come back to Osaka!
