This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was more spacious than typical hotel rooms. It's about a 6-minute walk from Namba Station West Exit and comes with a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. The room was clean and tidy, and they also offer luggage storage.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Tennoji Station, making it easy to get to Namba and Umeda. The room was clean and odor-free, the free WiFi was stable, and they offered luggage storage. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which made communication incredibly smooth. This is a great place to stay in Osaka.

Overall good experience and good stay. Hotel lobby have locker which is convenient for us to put keep luggage before check in and after check out. Locker price is reasonable. The location is good too, nearby have a few train stations. Only 1 stop to Namba. Walking distance to Tennoji.

The hotel is quite new overall, and the location is convenient for transportation. From Namba, take the JR train and exit at Teradacho North Exit. It's about a 5-minute walk from there. The room rates are not expensive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

If you’re a solo traveller and don’t mind a few scratches on the wall, this hotel is perfect for you. It’s very convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the lift down to the MRT station. The bed and room are surprisingly big and comfortable for Osaka standards.
Also, the neighbourhood is quite lively and welcoming, with some interesting spots nearby if you’re looking to explore the local scene in the evening 😉

The hotel is conveniently located near the Osaka Metro Tanimachi Line (purple line), Miyakojima Station, but it might be a little far from the city center. If you don't mind, it's not a problem as the Osaka Metro connects everywhere.
The hotel has self-check-in and check-out, which is great – no need to talk to staff! 555
I recommend leaving before 10 am, otherwise you'll find the housekeeper trying to clean. I told them I'd be leaving in an hour, but they kept trying to clean (maybe because they didn't understand English).
In short, I left my towel, cup, and a note asking for extra green tea on the door. After that, the housekeeper didn't bother me anymore; they just hung my things on the door instead. It was a good introduction, great!
Overall, the price is good, it's clean, and the minimalist room is small, but fine. I was just there to sleep, so I left at 6 pm and came back at 11 pm – no big deal! 😘
I was too busy sightseeing to take any hotel review photos, sorry everyone!

This was our first hotel in Japan and it was a wonderful experience! The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities working perfectly.
The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming!
Regarding the smell from the fat rendering plant – yes, it's occasionally noticeable. If it bothers you, you can close the room's ventilation, but honestly, it didn't really detract from our overall impression.
The neighborhood itself is very calm and quiet, with few people or cars. The subway is conveniently located, just about a 5-minute walk away. Dotonbori is also easily accessible within 30 minutes, allowing you to explore Osaka and its daily life along the way.
I highly recommend this hotel; it's a great option if you're looking to stay in a quiet residential area.

Excellent location, near 2 train lines (Nankai main line for Osaka KIX airport and Sakaisuji metro to Osaka central train station) - both are ab 10-minutes walk on even road, and is easy walking distance to many tourist attractions. Friendly staff who even allowed me for an early check-in. Highly recommended for those who look for a quiet area yet easy access to major places of interest and who want to save budget by cooking own meal.
My recent stay was incredibly satisfying. The hotel's self-check-in service was efficient and convenient; the whole process was seamless, and I quickly completed the formalities, got my room card, and headed to my room.
Upon entering the room, I found all the facilities to be well-appointed. From the soft and comfortable large bed to the neat and clean toiletries and fully functional electrical appliances, every detail reflected thoughtfulness and care.
The hotel's surroundings are also quite pleasant, with lush trees providing fresh air. The streets weren't filled with noisy traffic or bustling crowds, and it remained very quiet even at night. The serene atmosphere allowed me to fully relax and enjoy a good night's sleep, completely undisturbed by external factors.

The hotel location is strategic and tourist spots can be easily accessible via public transport. Extra advantage where it is not crowded with tourists at night and you can easily find some nice local foods and walk around in the middle of the night.

RR4TEDRThis is more like a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. Although there isn’t daily cleaning of the room, but whatever you need can be self served at level 1. Fresh towel and toiletries etc.
Room is very spacious even for 2 adults. And there is a washing machine inside the room.
Cons:
-The building is right next to the train tracks, as in literally next to it, so for light sleepers this will definitely be a problem. We were lucky that our unit were facing the opposite direction and the view is pretty nice.
- Location isn’t the best. It is not on the main Midosuji Line, so going to Shin-Osaka (Shinkansen station) or most attractions requires you to make a transfer. And the nearest metro station is a 5mins walk away.

GGuest UserYou can really feel the hotel's thoughtfulness here. It has a washing machine, kitchen, and balcony, and they even thoughtfully provided an umbrella and a weighing scale, which are very practical. It's close to the Midosuji Line, and even closer to Shin-Imamiya, making it super convenient for early morning flights – just a 3-minute walk.

YYiyiovo. For Osaka, the room was quite spacious for the price. It's also pretty close to the subway station. It's self-check-in, you pick up the keys yourself, which I didn't realize at first until I checked the chat. It's a comfortable and quiet stay. There are also convenience stores nearby.

GGuest UserVery impressed: A Wonderful Stay – Exceeded Expectations!
We were very impressed with our stay at this hotel in Japan. Although it’s an unmanned, room-only hotel with self check-in starting at 4 PM, our experience went far beyond our expectations.
We arrived early with a large amount of luggage—five large suitcases and four smaller bags—and hoped to just drop them off before check-in. Fortunately, we met a hotel worker, who we believe was a housekeeper. She was incredibly kind and helpful. She immediately contacted a hotel staff member and kindly offered to take care of all our luggage, bringing it up to our room after it had been cleaned.
She also explained the self check-in procedures and how to access the building, which was very helpful since there are no staff members normally present. We didn’t expect that level of support at all—it was clearly not part of her job, but she helped us willingly and with such a great attitude. We’re very grateful for her kindness.
The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was fantastic—close to various train lines (railway, subway, and local), duty-free shops, convenience stores, and many other attractions.
Highly recommended! We’d definitely stay here again.
MMellichSuper clean accommodation and well located in between daikokochu metro and imamiya rail. In a residential area with a 7-11 nearby and several eateries. We got the bedroom with 3 double beds which was great for my family of 4. Recommended if you don't mind staying outside of all the action of dotonburi.
GGuest UserSpacious and comfortable bed, the kitchen is compact and everything you need is available. Unfortunately while our stayed, the sauna and gym on renovation so we cannot access it. There’s an ribbon restaurant next to it and the food is great!
GGuest UserTop location for the price if you are planning Expo 2025 visits - the apartments is 10 mins walk from the station in a quite residential neighborhood and 3 stops away from Yumeshima station where the event is held. Nearby you can find both supermarkets and convenience stores as well as nice local restaurants and cafes, including a not so crowded Kura Sushi.
The apartment is tiny and not very convenient if you’re not used to confined spaces, but it’s still functional. The conditioner, washing machine, tv and other appliances were working properly. The bed however wasn’t very comfortable since the mattress was a bit outdated and sagging in the middle.
It is also worth keeping in mind that the walls are paper thin and you could hear basically everything your neighbors are doing. And the neighbors probably might hear you too if you are not quite enough.
Generally it is a typical low-budget Japanese apartment in a residential neighborhood, which might be a nice experience if you’re coming as a tourist and would like to experience a token of local lifestyle.
GGuest UserIt's about 10 minutes walk from Namba Station. Everything is fine, but there is no washbasin in the bathroom. To wash, I had to use the sink in the kitchen, so it was a bit uncomfortable because there was no mirror there. The next morning, the alarm rang in the building for a long time, which was very anxious and scary. I thought it was an earthquake Fortunately, it was a fire training, but it could be, so it would be nice to know.
