Just like the pictures, it was fantastic! The customer service was excellent, and the check-in explanation was very detailed. We were also able to store our luggage for free. We arrived early, and although check-in is normally at 3 PM, we were lucky enough to be able to check in by 12 PM. This is absolutely not a fake review! The only downside is that because it's close to a wet market, if you open the balcony door, there's a strong smell of stale seafood. Check-out was convenient, and no deposit was required. For four of us, the value for money at this price was unbeatable. Plus, there's a washing machine and a pool!

Location is strategic , rooms are big enough.Aircon is good and cool enough. Overall ok just have some weaknesses for example the cleanliness. A lot of ants on table. Washing machine not functioning. Hair dryer got sparks when turn on Car park provided.

I read a ton of reviews before my stay and mentally prepared myself, so my check-in experience was surprisingly good – not as unbearable as some reviews made it sound. Perhaps I had a higher tolerance after understanding the general conditions of hotels in Kota Kinabalu at this price point. This place actually has quite a few advantages. First, the price isn't expensive. For two nights, with two 1.5-meter beds, it can accommodate a family of four, and it's a one-bedroom, one-living-room setup. A price of 900 during Chinese New Year is already very good value. Next, the location: it's directly opposite the Central Market, and just a short walk to Gaya Street Night Market, so dining and shopping are close by. As for cleanliness, the walls were dirty; it seems like they haven't been maintained. But almost all hotels in Kota Kinabalu at this price are like this, so visitors should be mentally prepared and not compare it to hotels in China. Also, if you booked through Trip.com, you can skip the queue. There are two ladies at the front desk; just go to the one on the right to check in directly, don't queue on the left.

The room itself was a major letdown — a strong bad odor hit me as soon as I walked in, and the pillowcases were noticeably smelly too. Not what you’d expect at all. That said, the staff handled the situation well. I told them about the issues, and they take the efforts to bring me the nee liners without any hassle. Full credit to the team for being helpful and quick to fix things. Still, the initial experience was unpleasant, and housekeeping really needs to step up their game. Good service can’t fully make up for a dirty, smelly room. Forgot to take photos.

The location is fantastic, right in the city center, making it super convenient to get everywhere. There's a convenience store and 'Fa Ji' (a restaurant/shop) downstairs, and the central market is just across the street. The only minor downside is the occasional motorbike noise at night, but it didn't disrupt our sleep. The room was beautifully decorated and cozy, with an unobstructed sea view from the balcony. All the appliances were Samsung and quite new. They even had the AC on for us before we checked in, and complimentary water and drinks were provided – a big plus! Plus, there's a free swimming pool on the 6th floor for guests. There were only two small drawbacks: first, there aren't many elevators, so with a lot of guests in the building, we sometimes had to wait a while. Second, there's no luggage storage at the hotel itself. You have to go to the specialty shop downstairs. They offer free storage, but we felt a bit awkward about it and ended up buying something before leaving our bags there.

Very good hotel for a family stay. The kids’ facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool, which feels like a mini water park and is perfect for children. There are also two playgrounds, giving kids more options whether they want to play or swim. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay. The hotel also has a 24-hour self-service laundry, which is very convenient. There are nearby shops such as Speedmart and Orange, as well as several food options like Kopi Ping and Ayam Penyet, making it easy to find meals and daily necessities. I would also like to highlight the honesty and helpfulness of the staff. I accidentally left my tablet behind, and the staff contacted me promptly and helped arrange its return. Their service was truly appreciated and made our stay even better.

Corner lot unit, with veranda. 3 bedrooms with queen bed, one with a single bed. 2 toilets with water heater are super convenient for my friends and me. All rooms including living room equip with AC. Basic amenities for cooking. Thanks for the microwave & large fridge. Water dispenser is great, hot and cold water ready for drinks at any time. Easy access to the Imago Mall. Overall we had a great stay for a short reunion.

The location is convenient, But accommodation faces the main road,The sound pollution is extremely serious Some guests were very uncivilized. Even late at night they were talking loudly and slamming the doors like fireworks, maybe trying to show how strong they are (but it was super annoying) There is NO free car park — you have to park at a paid parking lot 🅿️.

After booking, you need to add the owner on WeChat to communicate. It's an apartment hotel, so there's no front desk; it's self-check-in. The room is very spacious with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The balcony door was stuck. It's very close to the airport but a bit far from Gaya Street, and the location is a little remote. Downstairs, there's a night market and a train station. There are two convenience stores and a good selection of restaurants and cafes. It's probably best not to walk around outside at night as it feels a bit unsafe! There are people selling *****.

Я в восторге от этих апартаментов!! Сопровождение менеджером началось за неделю до поездки: заранее со мной связались в WA и направили подробные инструкции по заселению. Нюанс: нет платного раннего заселения, но при наличии свободных комнат могут принять раньше. Номер просто wow, есть все для проживания, если б ты приехал в одних шортах)) - все туалетные принадлежности, крем для рук и одноразовые шампуни L’Occitane, маска для сна, беруши, зонтик или дождевик и всякие нужные мелочи. В общем коридоре стоит холодильник в кока-колой, спрайтом и пр, питьевой воды - сколько хочешь! В самом номере и кружки Старбакс, и фен Дайсон с классными насадками. Ремонт свежий: прямо глаз радуется свежей затирке между кафелем!! 😁 Нюанс: мне одной было тесно. Так, далее: территория как в небольшом турецком отеле: 2 бассейна, спорт зал, баскетбольная площадка, детская площадка, прогулочные зелёные дорожки. Но не лежаков для загара, и как будто здесь не принято лежать у бассейна, хотя менеджер сказал мне, чтоб могу загоратт на здоровье. Расположение удобное! Рядом очень много кафе и ресторанов, аппарты находятся в самом Торговом центре (там кстати и обменник есть на минус 1м). Резюмирую: настоятельно рекомендую, а внимание к нюансам, потому что я опытный турист.
