The Mossaz is strategically located next to the new Hextar mall. Just a mere 100m walking distance from the Mossaz lobby. The infinity pool at level 39 offers a spectacular view of the surroundings.
The only downside for the unit is the shower area missing a shower curtain causing water splatter to the entire washroom.
the parking was a bit tricky for us but we managed to get parked and the check was smooth.
the room was so clean and spacious. 2 queen beds. but you do need to bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush. but they do provide soap and shampoo.
there is stove , fridge and smart tv that you can log your netflix in. however upon arriving we notice we did not get an iron and kitchen utensils. we asked past 9pm and they gave the items at 9am the next day.
kindky check your checkout timung too. sometimes it is 11am
The room is very spacious with good airconditioning, but the lighting is a little dim. Lifts to the room floor are quick. Self check in process is very straight forward and very clear instructions were provided. Overall we had a very good stay here.
booked a 2 bedroom apartment at unit P-16-13, location in PJ was ok but the roads are too confusing even for Waze to navigate. like that it is next to Empire City Mall but the mall is not fully functioning yet.
apartment is clean and furnished, but only 1 bedroom has windows, second bedroom is small, windowless and can be claustrophobic for long stay.
toilet is a shared space between two bedroom units, doors are tricky to manage, desperately needs better lighting (toilet light too dim) and a shower curtain to keep the wet/dry area separate, the entire toilet floor gets wet no matter how careful a person showers.
rooms are pretty space tight, can be better equipped with more socket outlets, suggest to install beside table lamps which is more ionvenient for users without the need to turn on entire bedroom light which can be very disturbing.
kitchen is well equipped, living area is ok, fridge is not cold enough, housekeeping serves new towels but refuses to collect back the used ones, so we are stuck with a pile of towels over 7days stay.
only elevators to serve 25 floors, waiting for lifts can be as long as long as 5mins or more.
A clear instructions is given for check in, and it was easy and smooth. The 2 bedroom suite come with a bathroom, a small open style kitchen and a small living room. The space is not like super spacious and the layout make it a bit squeezy. However for a group of 4, it's still ok. The room itself is clean, however the coverage for Internet (I am using my phone data only) is not very good. There is construction around/nearby the building but not much noise from the construction, just the road are very messy , and it's a hectic for us, as we are not familiar with the location. Parking per night is RM6, kind of reasonable, and there are plenty of parking lots. We didn't explore the building much not sure about the amenities/facilities, but we do passed by a mart before check in. There is a mosque nearby, and we can hear it from our room.
The place is great for families to have a relaxing mall holiday where they can take time and enjoy the condo facilities. We had problem with the condo parking door where the sensor at level 10 wasn’t functioning well, so we had to wait with our baby for 30 minutes to get in.
The staff handling the whatsapp chat was fast, so kudos to them for helping me out the entire time im there.
However, i still think the management can be improved in my experience of checking in and checking out. I don’t think the communication was that well with the person in charge but thank you for trying.
Also if u are staying here, please look out for the colourful cockroaches poison laying around if u have an infant or toddlers who still pickup whatever and put in their mouth. My son almost died ! But fortunately we saw him before he put it in his mouth.
1. Towel Shortage
3 adults + 1 child (9 years old) stayed 4 nights
Only 3 towels provided, insufficient for all guests
2. Toilet Paper
No extra rolls were provided during the stay
Could have been inconvenient over 4 nights
3. Slippers Not Provided
Listing stated slippers included, but none were provided
Particularly problematic for older guests due to cold floor
4. Missing Kitchenware
No cooking utensils provided, despite listing showing stove/kitchenware available
Made cooking difficult for the stay
Stay at 11th floor of a total 28 floors. Very windy due to surrounding no blockage. Security is tight. Need to validate the ID before the guard issue the laminated car park pass.
From car park before entering the lift, need to tap the card to open the door to access the lift area. Then need to tap the card before the lift can move up to the floor you selected.
The room is small but enough for a couple. Aircon and fan available. All other basic amenities are available except the kettle. Feedback to the management and they supplied within an hour.
The only feedback: No wall hook in the shower room.
There are many shops KK Mart, Mamak shop , Mr DIY, Car wash, Gym, Restaurants nearby (walking distance 8mins).
This place is near to a University and Broga Hill.

I had a fantastic stay here. It was the perfect spot for a layover near KLIA. I did a self check in process.it was smooth and hassle-free. The host provided very clear instructions on how to collect the keys and access the unit. The suite was spacious, modern and clean. The location is excellent for transit. It is next to KIP Mall. It was convenient to walk over for food.i appreciated the facilities such as the swimming pool looked great and well maintained. Highly recommended and value for money. I will book this again for my next trip.
Super cozy! Feels like stayed at own studio suite. Very clean, tidy, spacious, got shower heater and kitchenette. 👍🏻
Super excellent Services by MyKey staffs. They are very nice polite and also very kind as they tried to fullfill my request to get a nice view. Thank you so much. Really appreciate it !
I hope in future will have laundry area/ service/laundry shop in the building so that guest can clean and dry their clothes especially their swimsuits.
Really recommend this place that was hosting by MyKey 👍🏻. Thanks much for the great hospitality.

GGuest UserAn air-conditioning pipe leaked, and the room was sorted of flooded when we arrived in the room.
Had to spend time clearing the water. Lousy way to start the stay.
The room is overall OK, just a tad old.

RRachel SeewThe homestay is clean. Just that is abit confuse to the resident parking for the first time. However, the owner provided a clear instruction.
RRaeff »One of the best locations nearby KLIA, lots of great eateries nearby and very convenient. Just maybe needed a little bit of upgrade on the amenity, then it should be great.
GGuest UserI stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. I came all the way from Johor hoping to rest before my training the next day, but unfortunately I had to spend extra time and energy cleaning the sticky floor myself. The wardrobe was dusty, the bed still had sand, and the toilet wasn’t properly cleaned. The bidet was installed very low, which was uncomfortable to use.
Internet and mobile network were very poor before connecting to the room WiFi. I even had to go down to Level G to make a call. After connecting to the room WiFi, the internet worked fine.
The check-in instructions were confusing. The password in the attachment was inaccurate, and the format differed between check-in and check-out (check-in: *1234* vs check-out without *️⃣ : 1234). Guests shouldn’t have to go on a “treasure hunt” to figure out the check-in process. It would be much easier if instructions were left at reception or a PIC handed over the key.
The RM200 deposit feels too high considering the limited facilities, there is no swimming pool and no gym. Parking is narrow, and I struggled to enter with my MPV. It would be helpful if a warning or guidance for MPV drivers is provided before entering LG1 parking to avoid difficulty. Clearer guidance or a staff/PIC to assist guests when parking larger vehicles would also be useful.
For safety and convenience, it would be great if the door could be upgraded with a doorbell and touchscreen password lock, as sometimes housekeeping has to knock and it’s hard to hear from inside.
The lift also malfunctioned once, and although the deposit refund was promised for 4–6 PM, I only received it after 11 PM.
Overall, while the location is convenient, the stay was disappointing and stressful. Improvements are urgently needed in cleanliness, check-in process, parking guidance (especially for larger vehicles), facilities, safety, and door access, especially given the high deposit required.
Aalantoh.travelsCheck in process was very straight forward, instructions given were clear and precise. Whole check in process took less than 5 minutes. Deposit required is RM150 payable by online transfer or cash. Parking is not complimentary, the parking charges is RM1 per hour up to RM20 per day. The accomodation is connected to the Central I-City mall by a pedestrian bridge making it very convenient for guests to go shopping or for food. Room is very comfortable with very cold and strong airconditioner and strong water pressure. Overall we loved our stay and we will definitely be back.
GGuest UserThe resort suite is located right below Sunway Pyramid Hotel. There are plenty of shops located opposite right across the street like 7-Eleven, ABC Restaurant and KFC. The only flaw is have to walk down the stairs to get to B1 of Resort Suites to get to the correct lift lobby. Only on the last day was I informed by the security that I can actually take the carpark lift which linked level 1 and B1 of sunway pyramid hotel.
Key collection is hassle free, instructions are clear to collect and return keys.
It’s very convenient to walk to Pyamid Mall, which is linked through pyramid hotel. Just at level 1 u will see Din Tai Feng and even Hai Di Lao Hotpot.
