I had a great stay at Mossaz Suite Kuala Lumpur. The suite was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a nice city view that made the experience even better. The location is convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and offers excellent value for money.

The place was not clean when we checked in especially the bed, it is still can see got hair and dandruff. Sink got used teabag, I hope the host can improve the cleaning service as this affected the stay.

This hotel offers incredible value for money! The room was spacious and comfortable, and I slept wonderfully. The location is super convenient, right across from a food street, so you'll have no problem finding places to eat and drink. Highly recommend! 5-star rating!

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view/lighting from the window made the room feel super cozy and bright. Facilities were great and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Excellent service overall—definitely a highly recommended place for a short getaway or business trip. Will definitely come back again!

At first, I thought the location wasn't convenient. But in the end, it was actually pretty good – a new area, with a shopping mall nearby. It's about a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the city center via a toll road. Having a gym was important to me, and the gym here is excellent, with a fantastic view. There's also a pool. The staff brought me a frying pan when I needed one and fulfilled all my requests 🙏🏽🤗. Sometimes there was a long wait for the elevator, but we were on the 3rd floor, so we sometimes took the stairs). There's a store and a cafe nearby.

The hotel has a good location and the facilities are generally nice, which makes it quite convenient for a business trip. However, I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness during my stay. I found more than three cockroaches in the room, and the floor also felt noticeably sticky and unclean. For a business traveller, having a clean and hygienic room is one of the most basic expectations. Unfortunately, seeing multiple cockroaches and experiencing an unclean floor significantly affected my overall stay. I hope the hotel can improve its housekeeping standards, particularly with floor cleaning and pest control. The location and facilities are good, but the cleanliness definitely needs more attention.

The host is not responsive at first. I started contacting him 3 days before arrival. i didnot receive even an email for check-in instructions. I booked the property more than a month before our travel… only when we arrived in the place that I found out that the number posted on the site is not theirs and the reply email from the email booking confirmation that i received from trip.com does not go to the correct host… During this time, I travelled with my 2 kids for the ice skating competition and we brought lots of big luggages for their costume snd props… Our flight is so early so we were unable to get enough sleep and we’re so tired… This is very stressful to all of us… then i just decided to bring the kids to sunway lagoon theme park while waiting for the reply from the host and the trip.com. i finally got an update from trip.com and the host at around 1pm. but since we were already in the theme park, we were able to check in at around 7pm. Anyway, trip.com gave me 3000 points for compensation for the hassle… The amenities are complete and the room was huge with 2 sofa beds, 1 queen size bed, a study table and chair, dining table and kitchen, which are basically my preference so i can cook for the kids. The toilet has bath tub but it doesn’t have cover so the kids were not able to use it. also, there is some smell going out from the drainage of the toilet, so i bought an air freshener. When i got the correct contact number of the host, i realized that he is actually responsive. I requested a clean up room on the third day, and he answered right away… although the cleaner came later in the afternoon, around 5 to 6pm (not on the scheduled time of 11am to 3pm). The property is connected to the mall, where the rink is located. So it is very convenient to us. Overall, i can rate this property as very good based on our needs during this time… and i will certainly come back and recommend this to friends. posted pictures were taken before we checked-out. thats why it’s so messy

The facilities are really good – spacious, comfortable, and affordable, plus the location is excellent. However, the main issue for me is that I'm terrified of cockroaches, and there were so many in my room, I'd say one every five minutes! They were small, which helped a little, but I still hope they improve their hygiene, otherwise it's just not somewhere I can stay. We did complain to management, and they were very responsive. They called to ask if I wanted to switch rooms, but my friends aren't bothered by roaches and they helped me kill them, so we didn't switch. Still, it was thoughtful of them to send someone to deal with it. However, changing rooms isn't a long-term solution. I really hope next time I visit, I won't see a single cockroach. If there were no cockroaches, this apartment would definitely be a perfect score!

Everything was okay and satisfactory. It was clean, and they provided a water dispenser similar to Coway, but a different brand. It was great because I didn't need to buy mineral water. However, there was one issue... it smelled. I'm not sure, it smelled like trash, and also a bit like cigarette smoke. But it wasn't an overpowering smell. I think Room 23-23A has had complaints before. Please improve it. For first-timers, it's quite hard to find this building. Anyway, I will repeat my stay here, but I hope I don't get this smelly room again.
