Good budget stay in Kuala Lumpur. The room offers a nice view and is comfortable for a short trip. The swimming pool is decent and well-maintained. Check-in was smooth, but the room floor was slightly wet when I arrived around 3 PM, likely due to recent cleaning. One issue encountered was the safety lock, which suddenly engaged by itself and couldn’t be opened from outside. Thankfully, the maintenance staff responded quickly and helped resolve it. Parking is available but comes with an extra charge. Overall, still a value-for-money option with decent facilities, but there is room for improvement in maintenance and room readiness.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

Worth the price. There’s no carpet, and the floor can feel quite cold. Indoor slippers are not provided, so if you don’t like walking directly on tiled floors, it’s best to bring your own slippers. A nice place for a short vacation. The building at the back looks a bit scary, but there’s actually nothing frightening about it. There are pickleball and badminton courts downstairs. Highly recommended. Parking: Basement parking is available at RM6 per day (Touch 'n Go payment accepted). 😊

The hotel lobby and room were luxurious, spacious, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the ladies' parking facility, which was convenient and thoughtful. The location was excellent, with shops and restaurants within walking distance. However, there were a few issues during my stay. The bathroom pipe was broken, and the air-conditioning remote control was not functioning properly. In addition, although the room was booked for four guests, only two towels were provided. The shower gel and shampoo bottles were also insufficiently filled and ran low quickly. I provided this feedback during checkout. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I hope these maintenance and housekeeping issues can be addressed to further enhance the guest experience.

This was our second stay at Mossaz Hotel, so we were quite disappointed with our experience this time. We checked in quite late at night and were given a room that looked like it had not been used for a long time. There was visible mold, the room was very dirty, and it had a strong unpleasant smell. We immediately went to the front desk and requested a room change. The second room was unfortunately just as bad. As soon as we opened the door, there was an overwhelming musty smell, probably because the room did not get enough sunlight or ventilation. The staff initially came in and sprayed air freshener, but we explained several times that mold is a health concern and cannot simply be covered up with fragrance. After discussing it further, they finally moved us to another room, which was much better and clean. We had booked a 2-night stay. Since the room we stayed in on the first night was actually a Premium Room (an upgrade due to the multiple room changes, not part of our booking), we understood when they informed us that we would need to move to another room for the second night. The next day, a different receptionist assisted us. She was very friendly, understanding, and helpful. When she checked the system, she saw that we were supposed to move back to the first room—the one that had been dirty, moldy, and smelled bad. Although she mentioned it had already been cleaned, we were still uncomfortable returning to that room. We politely asked if there was another option instead. She kindly arranged for us to move to a Deluxe Room on a higher floor, and we were perfectly happy with that. We only wanted a clean and comfortable room. The second room was much better, and the rest of our stay was pleasant. Overall, I appreciate the staff for trying to help, especially the receptionist on the second day who handled the situation professionally. However, I hope the hotel pays more attention to room maintenance and avoids assigning guests to rooms with mold or strong musty odors. It would make a big difference to the guest experience.

The facilities are really good – spacious, comfortable, and affordable, plus the location is excellent. However, the main issue for me is that I'm terrified of cockroaches, and there were so many in my room, I'd say one every five minutes! They were small, which helped a little, but I still hope they improve their hygiene, otherwise it's just not somewhere I can stay. We did complain to management, and they were very responsive. They called to ask if I wanted to switch rooms, but my friends aren't bothered by roaches and they helped me kill them, so we didn't switch. Still, it was thoughtful of them to send someone to deal with it. However, changing rooms isn't a long-term solution. I really hope next time I visit, I won't see a single cockroach. If there were no cockroaches, this apartment would definitely be a perfect score!

A wonderful place to stay! The space felt modern, bright, and thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The layout was comfortable, and all the amenities worked flawlessly—fast Wi-Fi, great water pressure, and a fully stocked set of basics. nearby a mall and easy to get food . Check-in and check-out were completely hassle-free. Five stars all around!

One of the best locations nearby KLIA, lots of great eateries nearby and very convenient. Just maybe needed a little bit of upgrade on the amenity, then it should be great.

With regards to the accommodation, it's great. Looked like I was in a showroom with all the facilities like a water dispenser, microwave, stove top and sink with all the washing equipment available. Towels were soft, not scratchy. There were blackout curtains which meant i slept super well. Shower gel smelled amazing. There was even a bathtub but i didn't use it. Can imagine it would be great for families with children. The bedroom was really spacious with space on the side of the bed so there will be allowance for a cot if needed.  This place is really new so there was a slight paint smell which will probably wear off in a few months.  My biggest gripe about this location is the check in and the location. check-in: you would need to transfer 200RM to a bank account as part of a deposit that would be returned after the access key is returned. At a hotel, i would just swipe my bank card to pay for this. However, as it was remote, I couldn't do that. The bank transfer could only be done via Wise or Revolut which i didn't have.  As i'm not local, i didn't have a Malaysian bank account either.  Wise isn't an app that can be downloaded on the spot i learned. So i was stuck and frustrated, wanting to just cancel and rebook elsewhere. The administrative person on WhatsApp then relented and sent me the details for the check-in without the deposit. This was after an hour or trying to figure out how to make the payment.  Because there were no signs on doors i had to just observe and ask for help from residents in the building about how to get around/identify the mailbox.  I would totally want to return because this place is really outstanding in its liveability, but it would be great to improve this process for foreign travellers.  Location: the name was so close to Dorsett grand and it wasn't clear that one was a hotel and one was a service apartment. Please make it clear that this is so on the booking page. :) thank you.
