A very large building. Good location, very grand LOBBY but it's a pity that cockroaches are easy to appear as the reviews say, both rooms are. After reporting it, the rooms were changed and checked. The attitude was very good. It's a pity to be disturbed by cockroaches in such a great place, but the properties of this area seem to be like this. The equipment can be seen to have traces of use but it doesn't cause any noise. The water is OK for the first person to wash, sometimes big and sometimes small. It's acceptable for the price. The breakfast is very diverse and not as salty and sweet as other places!

The room had everything we needed, and we also had access to their pool. It's a bit far from the city center, but we were very satisfied with our short stay. It was clean and the view was beautiful.

Selected a place near the airport. The apartments correspond to the photo. The owner tried to make them at home comfortable.. Removed, clean. Water hot, shower gel, shampoo in dispensers, fan. No foreign smells. A small equipped kitchen, there is a bottle of drinking water, welcome coffee in the sasha. Balcony with table and chairs. Air conditioning was not used, costed without it. Bed pleasant. The only minus is not a comfortable mattress with dependent springs, if the satellite turned, you feel it immediately). There is a pool in the complex, you can get a pass from the security. But the pool is very small and the water is cool.

The room is very clean and cozy but for me for the first time visiting Cebu so the room a bit far for me and the grab will take around 500 local money for each tour to the city and that a bit expensive to stay there for me, but the stuff are very friendly and helpful, I can recommend for someone driving maybe.

The rooms at 88th Avenue are spacious and comfortable, offering plenty of space to relax. The gym is surprisingly well-equipped and definitely one of the highlights of the property. The main downside is the lack of a swimming pool, which some travelers might miss. Overall, it’s a good option for a short stay of a few nights, especially if you value room size and a solid gym.

The place is old and kinda creepy but it was fine tho. There's a pool and a KTV room which help we like at least. On a negative note, the price for a broken glass is too much (500 pesos)!! I mean, I know we got to be careful always, but yeah.

BE Apartment by Trixia room 911 is a great place to stay, the room is clean, has a beautiful design, with complete tools for cooking and eating, has an internet and good air conditioning. We will definitely book back again in the future.
