The stay was good mainly because of the location. The room was very spacious it could easily fit around 5–6 people even with just one bed, which was really nice. They also have an elevator, which made everything more convenient. However, the downside was that the bed had a slight smell, and the towels didn’t feel very fresh and were a bit rough. Good thing they were able to provide me with a new towel when I asked. Overall, it was still a nice stay, but the bed and towels could definitely be improved.

There’s no ocean view. Unless you hang off the small balcony that faces a wall. No Jacuzzi, no Onsen, and no smoking zone as advertised and instructed upon arrival. I was cooking bacon and, although I couldn’t hear any alarm, I had security staff insisting they enter the property to check. Fine. 5 minutes later, despite trying to eat, I had to ask them to leave when one of them wanted to take a photo of my meal. That’s intrusive, because it’s unnecessary, and I couldn’t wait to leave the building after that. The location is good, close to the shops and restaurants, the new museum being built, and 5 minutes away from the only open space, a vacant lot, the town as allocated as a smoking area. Unfortunately, it’s covered in cigarette butts and trash and from the moment you arrive the local girls stalk you. Awkward. This was fine for 4 days but not somewhere I would want to stay for longer or live.

Kitchen utensils were also available and I was able to stay without inconvenience. The water pressure in the shower is a little weak, but you can take a shower without any problems. It was very good.

There was a cockroach, but in all kinda clean. Beside 7eleven, but walking time is around 10 mins. The contingent is not high class at all. You have a pool but no sun-beds.. The TV glitching for response, but good there is Netflix! And to find out WiFi password and login you can only in the auto message. So if you’ve got no internet, then you can’t reach to connect to WiFi.. Good thing they responded at night. Bad thing I couldn’t get login and password for good two days, only response after all with a screenshot that it was in auto message. So there is like two different people managing responses. One fast and good, another rude and slow. So left with mixed emotions after all. And! Don’t forget you will have charge for any small thing like if you don’t remove your shoes, if you didn’t switch off the ac and stuff. The check out is BEFORE 11am! Not 12pm. Be careful. Another thing, there is nothing beside. You will need a car or motorbike every time you wanna go somewhere. On the territory many securities which is really good! That’s like, if you okay with insects and low class surrounding - you will be good 👍 Also, there is nothing beside far two cafes, which I don’t recommend. The food was awful in the one that is left side. And on the right side there is ladyboys servicing. In general it was okay/good. Just was scared from the big cockroach 🙈

Very comfortable and well located apartment, spacious with hot water for the sink and shower, no noise from neighbors, quiet pool with some loungers though in the shade early in the morning as the pool is in a quad on the 5th floor, very good for wind protection though. Great views from apartment, and the first truly quiet fridge I have come across, such things are a big deal for light sleepers. Good communications from hosts and reception area ideal from grab deliveries. Malls were 500 m walk from location and super handy 7/11 right outside entrance as well as a small cafe. Would definitely recommend and return.

If you’re looking for a clean and cozy Airbnb near the airport with pool and gym access, this is a solid choice. The location is very convenient, especially for early flights or short trips. The unit feels new and well-maintained, with a cozy and modern interior. It comes with fast WiFi and Netflix, which made it easy to relax after a long day. The fully equipped kitchen with complete appliances is perfect if you prefer cooking your own meals. Towels and basic guest kits were also provided, which made the stay even more comfortable. We also appreciated having access to the swimming pool and gym. The pool was spacious enough to enjoy without feeling crowded. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the overall stay smooth and hassle-free. Overall, this is a clean, well-equipped Airbnb with great amenities and a convenient airport location. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a really nice stay at this hotel — it’s clean, comfortable, and definitely worth it for the price. For a budget-friendly option, it exceeded expectations 👌 Just a heads-up: they don’t provide a toothbrush and toothpaste, so make sure to bring your own. Overall, still a great experience — would stay again!

I checked in late, around 10 PM, but the staff responded quickly and the service was good. Since I checked in late, I couldn't use the hotel's services, but I think it would be a good place to stay for half a night or for a late check-in. The downsides are that it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to the downtown area, and the room smells a bit musty. If you can tolerate that, it is decent enough for a one-night stay.

I like the fact that room reservations per night is very affordable. The price is really cost friendly though the overall service is not that good but I would understand since they have limited personnel. On the booking side, the one posted in this platform is we can have 2 queen beds or 1 queen bed depending on the room availability, but when we arrived, the room accommodates 2 single beds or 1 double for standard type. The advertising is misleading and disappointing. I suggest you update your post and be transparent with your customers. Thank you.

This is my 3rd time staying in Quest residences & i really love the place. It's very accessible & there's a lot of amenities sorrounding it. The staffs are also very friendly & warming with their guest. I will definitely stay here whenever Im on vacation.
