the frontliners lacked social skills. they do not know how to talk and approach their customers. they were too busy checking the papers, they were too busy looking at their fones, they forgot to talk to us while we were waiting for 1 hour. the man who should orient us regarding incidental deposit have difficulty discussing it with us, he do not know how to talk properly and explain things to us thus, i was the one confirming the details on the paper to him to make it clearer. the room have bugs and they told us they cleaned it. there were busted lights. the cabinet was intended for TALL people since it was placed higher from the floor. the internet was not functioning during our 1st night they just told us they it had technical difficulty.

We had a great experience staying in this 1-bedroom unit. The cleanliness of the place really stood out — everything was spotless and well-maintained. They also have basic cooking materials. The location is also a huge plus — it’s conveniently close to several malls, making it easy to shop, dine, or just unwind without having to travel far. But the highlight for me was definitely the view of Makati CBD — it’s absolutely breathtaking, especially at night when the city lights come to life.
Highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay in the city!
Hard to find the place. Took a taxi to another place to check in which was kind of weird.
Kitchen light was not working.
Great place to overnight while waiting for next day flight. Lots of restaurants and stores near by
The unit is very clean and aesthetic. Complete kitchen utensils, and equipment. The pillows are very soft including the mattress. We had a great time here, there is no room service but there are cleaning materials and a washing machine. Everything is convenient, highly recommended. Till next time!🫶🏻

The owner and caretaker provides satisfactory assistance and easy to communicate.
Overall, it's a great stay.
Recommendations:
Small Water Jug with Faucet: it is very helpful for guests to put water in a water jug with faucet. It's easier to get drinking water than those big gallons of water from convenience store.

Very good stay! All I can say is just add more hanger because some guest are here for event and needs hanger for formal clothes. As well as provide, iron for clothes.
What a Stay!!!! Would definitely go back here each time we need somewhere to stay. Easy access to all the places we need to go to.
Accomodating staffs. We had last minute concerns and they gladly entertained us right away even when it was past midnight I think.

I’m writing this based on our personal experience. First of all, they messed up our check-in since they claimed to have received only 2 IDs instead of the 3 IDs which we emailed to them, thankfully, that was resolved quickly. However, the room smelled so bad, amoy cigarettes talaga, and no amount of spraying or cleaning helped. The door code was also a constant issue, and instead of helping, the owner got upset and blamed us, saying the code was ”sensitive”, when in reality disposable and 1 time use lang talaga ang mga binibigay na code saamin. We also weren’t allowed to use the pool because the owner had an unpaid balance, and when we called them, they told us to lie about our unit number just to get pool access. Worst of all, the owner was rude and unaccommodating.
The facilities were okay, but the room condition and the owner’s behavior ruined the whole stay. No matter how cheap this place is, it’s not worth it. We’re never coming back.
Our room was on the 36th floor, so this is the view! It was small, but there was a terrace where you could have a drink while looking at the ocean (although it was hot).
The hotel is located in the Malate area, and the elevated railway station is just a short walk away, so it's convenient for sightseeing.
The building itself seems old, but it seems to be well-cleaned.

AAnonymous UserHad a great stay! The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect—close to restaurants and public transport. Would definitely book again!
JJoemar ColdsThe assigned room is convenient its in 5th floor only. The room is good and clean however there is a small cockroaches but it manageable. The aircondition is working properly and has all appliances and cookwares. All in all a good catch!

AAnonymous UserThe room is very spacious and nice. The only complaint I have is that the lobby reception is not dealing with this property, it seems like they have their own admin contactable through WhatsApp. So when a person showed up to take deposit from me, I was a little worried that I will never get it back. They are also quite slow to reply messages, you need to call them.
But other than the administration part, everything else was great. It is also very close to the Venice Grand Canal Mall.
QQ_travellerA really central location, close to greenbelt. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room itself was immaculate. The only slight con was the construction noises however I was warned in advance and given ear plugs. Overall a wonderful experience and I'd definitely stay there again!
RRichelle ManacopSo nice to stay at the Shore staycation. Very simple and the amenities is really necessary in times of need. Near at MOA riding the jeep had some fun because there's no kind of that transportation in Japan.
AAnonymous UserWhat a fantastic experience! It’s just a stone's throw away from Glorietta 4 Mall, which is super convenient. The room was so spacious—you’ll love the roomy bathroom, kitchen, bedroom, and hall. I truly had the best stay in Manila!
GGuest Useractually, this is better than averaged. except for 2 things, one is too many tiny small cockroaches in the room, i at least killed 6 in 3 nights. another is they dont have washing machines. the rest is ok, even better than average. i definitely will come back, but hope the warns to be killed before that.
SStephen JoinerNot sure didn't end up staying because of arrival time was early morning and was worried about getting into the resort at the early hours of the morning
