The facilities is located in the middle of a building site so extremely noisy so very difficult to sleep as the work to late at night and start around 4.30am.

Towlan Suits 1 Hotel, Riyadh Location & Transportation: The hotel is located approximately 36km from RUH Terminal 5, with no public transport options available. You must take a taxi, costing between 85-100 SAR. Be careful when booking—Towlan Group has around 12 hotels in Riyadh, and selecting the wrong one on apps like Careem, Uber, or InDrive can lead to extra costs. Many listings are in Arabic, which caused confusion for us. This is outside of city, to visit main city it takes 40-60 SAR cost each way for cab. Parking: Outside parking is available for guests. Room: Rooms are very big, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring a separate hall, kitchen, and bedroom. However, no tea or coffee is provided—you’ll need to bring your own if needed. The hotel has 3 floors, with roughly 20 large rooms on each floor. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no breakfast or food service on-site. A key point to note: traveling from the hotel into central Riyadh costs an additional 40-60 SAR each way on ride-hailing apps. This significantly adds to your trip's cost and inconvenience. If you need a spacious suite-style room and don’t mind the remote location or lack of dining options, the hotel offers reasonable value. A decent choice for travelers seeking spacious accommodations with kitchen facilities, but not ideal for those reliant on public transport or expecting on-site dining. Double-check the address carefully before booking to avoid taxi.

We were just staying overnight as we had a long layover for our flight but the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We'd initially planned to take advantage of the gym and pool but in the end we were too tired so didn't even look at them. The receptionist sorted out our room quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - more a small suite, with a kitchen-diner-lounge, and separate shower room and large bedroom. Two small bottles of water were provided, so I could make tea without touching the brown water in the taps. We ordered food from Deliveroo - which took ages to arrive but filled the hole. And I was able to log on to my Netflix on the large TV in the lounge to watch a film before bed. The bed was very comfortable and even with the air con switched off the room was a pleasant temperature all night. We were woken at 4am by the call to prayer, which was a very musical if rather earlier than we intended to wake up. Good shower and ordered breakfast, which was delivered to the room. Breakfast was great, and very substantial only thing missing was some fresh coffee (tea was provided) but I expect that would have been included if I'd thought to ask for it. All in all great value for a comfortable stay.

The room is quite big. You don't need to order breakfast, as it may not be available anyway. It is close to the exhibition and not far from the airport.

Clean and cheap, no complaints for the price. They have tasty coffee, parking available, and shops nearby.

Thanks to Muhammad for serving us there. It's a quiet area. I don't like quiet. Unfortunately, I like disturbance. 😅🤣🤣

Rooms are good with all the required amenities. Service is good. They clean rooms everyday but on intimation. There is smoke smell in our hall whenever neighbours smoked in their room and that was a great discomfort to me and my 10 month old kid. Car parking was an issue for us. There is no private parking for the property. Other than that we had a good stay for a week in the hotel.

We had a great time at this hotel. This is my second time staying here—my first visit was during my birthday with some friends. I really liked their service, which is why I came back. The customer service is excellent, and the receptionist was very accommodating. We stayed for 2 nights and even wanted to extend our stay, but we had to transfer to another hotel since our next itinerary was far from this location. The receptionist also allowed us to extend our stay until 4 PM without any additional charges, which I truly appreciated 😊 The service exceeded my expectations, and because of that, we will definitely come back again. Hopefully, on our next stay, the room will already be fully equipped with essentials like plates, spoons and forks, mugs, and glasses and tv remote, so there will be no need to call the receptionist to request them, especially during late hours. But all in all.. Excellent 😊

This is an apartment-style hotel, and the room is quite spacious with a long sofa chair. The bathroom is a bit small, without a separate wet and dry area or glass partition, so water splashes onto the toilet and toilet paper when showering. Also, breakfast is delivered to the room and mainly consists of pancakes with sauce.
