Located in the Lawrence Cultural District, this 500 sq. ft. Guesthouse sleeps a total of four (4) with one bedroom (queen bed), sleeper sofa (queen), and one bathroom. The Suite is fully equipped with a Kitchen, WIFI, Smart HDTV, washer/dryer, fridge, coffee, wine glasses, books, and other reading materials, iron/board, and everything you'd need to call this place "home".The kitchen does not have an oven or a garbage disposal. Please do not put food scraps down the kitchen drain. There is a trash can directly under the sink in the cabinet. The black metal Queen bed comes with a Zinus green tea firm-plush memory foam mattress and Easeland cotton mattress pad, and three (3) pillow varieties: Bamboo memory foam, cooling luxury gel, and plush down alternative. The maximum weight recommendation for the bedframe is 500 lbs.For extra guest support, the sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate up to 2 sleepers.
