I had an amazing time at Wish Hotel da Bahia! The hotel is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always making me feel comfortable and cared for.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh options and great variety each morning. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salvador!
I enjoyed my stay but I had to change rooms because I had asked for a double bed and they put me in a room with single beds. There was also a door in the room (locked) that gave access to another room where you could hear everything other guests were talking about. There were no towels in the room and the shower wasn't getting hot. Breakfast is nice and the receptionist asks for it.
The hotel has a very good structure, excellent breakfast, very good leisure area, but the apartments are very precarious, with sockets that pose a risk of accidents, horrible towels, very worn, the cooling center is terrible, it does not cool, the TV does not match the size of the room, very small, terrible image.
Fantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great
For a business trip, the fact that the hotel is 5 minutes from the airport is a great advantage. The facilities positively surprised me, and I found the room very comfortable and clean. I really liked the blue light for chromotherapy in the shower. The shower pressure is excellent. Just one detail: I stayed in a room facing the main avenue, and the noise of passing vehicles is constant. The closed window isolates the sound well, but it's still possible to hear the cars. The only point I think could be improved is the quality of the breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs and fruit.
The hotel and the room were relatively clean. However, the elevators were frequently out of order or undergoing maintenance. I had to take the stairs after a lengthy wait, and the emergency exit surprisingly led directly into the restaurant kitchen, leaving you completely disoriented and unable to find a proper way out. Finding the entrance to the stairwell to go up was even more difficult. Just imagine if I had been on a much higher floor...
The hotel has a good location, which makes it easier to access tourist points and services. The environment is very nice, offering good aesthetics, but the furniture is a little old, which may be a negative point. The reception is good, with careful and performing professionals, and the pool bar is also highlighted, with a happy and sympathetic team, providing a pleasant experience. In particular, Tamires is highlighted by its excellent attention and sympathy, ensuring a quality service.
All perfect. Note 9.5. If you want to be note 10 you need to have a better blackout in the rooms because the balcony is super clear when the sun is born.
We had only one problem with the lock, because the card failed to open about three times and we had to return to the gateway.
Regarding the structure of the hotel, the leisure area is very beautiful, everything is very beautiful and original, with beautiful views, a gym, a bar, a restaurant, but nothing more. Opposite the room, it was terrible, all the rooms are very old, the mattresses are not good, they look very old. After I went to the hotel for two days and put all the ”worries” of my two-month-old daughter and my wife in, my wife started complaining that the room looked unclean. Lying on the bed, complained that both pillows smelled very shampoo, which meant they did not change the use of them in the last guest. I left to find a friend and said that Cuiabá was staying at this hotel (that’s why I chose to stay at Eco Bahia Hotel), and when I returned to my room, I went to the bathroom (until then) No one has used it) and the rest of the vase with excrement, that is, it means that they have not cleaned or cleaned the bathroom in any way. We had planned to change rooms, but since we had to carry a lot of baby supplies and organize from one room to another, we decided to stay there because we only stayed in the hotel for two days. The food at the hotel is generally good, and the coffee is also good, but it could be better. Regarding the service, the staff are very good, but I have two points of highlights: named Leon de Robandella, an employee received me so well, praise worthy of registration, he is responsible for my stay and every person who seeks my things When he left the next time, he was very attentive and polite to my family in the room, and he could always serve us better, which is what we were looking for during the journey. If all the employees are like him, then it would be better to stay in a hotel! The extremely negative record is that I spent one night with a reception desk, a tall and strong man, if I remember correctly, the reception desk chief or manager, but he stayed at the reception desk for two nights, this is me. Two nights in the hotel. He was very rude to me and then to my wife. I lost the consumption card in the room, and went to the reception to find out how and what I had to do to block the card and get one after another, but instead of giving me a solution, he wanted to draw my attention, and I found the card soon, But my wife is the one who returned the card because I know that if he treats me like this again, I will get him in trouble. Overall, the hotel is very reasonable, because just like the number of hotel websites and some travel websites I have, I see the following speed, what is the value of the charged hotel structure should be better.

We had the most amazing stay at Fera. Everything about this place was perfect. From the warm welcome from Leandro who is bursting with energy and filled with lots of knowledge and passion for the city, to Bruno's care and patience with planning a birthday surprise for our friend. All of the staff was so friendly and kind. The rooms were spacious and nothing short of exceptional, with beds so comfortable it was hard to wake up. The rooftop pool and bar were also great, with a lovely view of the harbor. As a group of foodies, the food at the hotel was phenomenal. We treated ourselves to some massages with Margot, who really made it worth it. We were only at Fera for two nights but felt like we were already part of their family. The history behind this hotel, the location and the staff made our stay in Salvador so special. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone at Fera Palace.
Great location right on the lively beach. The water is pleasant for swimming thanks to a bay. Spacious and comfortably furnished rooms. Breakfast served on the terrace, practically by the pool. Lovely garden setting. Excellent breakfast buffet. Friendly and attentive staff.
Room spacious and clean, bed comfortable, sheets and towels good quality, AC works well and is quiet, breakfast absolutely great with excellent coffee and outstanding offerings, check-in fast and friendly. I wish we were staying at Novotel Salvador longer. We had Seafood Risotto at the restaurant and it was very generous with the seafood, but took about an hour so bring a book if you plan to eat dinner here.
Very nice and beautiful hotel, huge pool with perfect sea view. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Negative points: the room we got was very small, but the bathroom was very big and the shower was cramped, but it met our needs. We had a great time at the hotel.
What a wonderful stay at Casa Imbale! It's a cozy beach house, and Conrado, a very-friendly Italian owner and all his staff, will insure you'll feel comfortably at home. A perfect location by the palm-tree lined Imbassai beach; a very delicious tropical breakfast with lots of daily treats, served daily at the garden. The rooms are cleaned daily. The facilities are modest and functional, but the warm and genuine Brazilian-style hospitality is a luxury, a gift, a traveling experience you'll enjoy, treasure and share, as I did! I'll sure return!
