I had an amazing time at Wish Hotel da Bahia! The hotel is clean, beautiful, and well-maintained, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always making me feel comfortable and cared for. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with plenty of fresh options and great variety each morning. Everything about my stay exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Salvador!

Great stay, excellent service. We live in this world and perfection is only in heaven. The only things that could have bothered us were the air conditioning not cooling down on the second day of our stay and the bath towels provided were actually face towels. We could have been upset about this and even complained, certain that the problems would be promptly resolved by the hotel's excellent service team, but we went on our trip ready to enjoy a calm, peaceful and God-blessed weekend, without anything that could disturb our peace and tranquility. And so it was, Glory to God and thanks to the hotel staff for the days we stayed.

Fantastic clean and recently renovated hotel. We celebrated a birthday here and loved the experience, the buffet was extensive, but cheaper if you book ahead. The room service was a little slow (our order did not turn up when requested), but otherwise everything was great

The hotel is a paradise if you look for connection with nature, relaxation and comfort.With the feet in the sand, the hotel has a very complete green area, a spacious swimming pool that serves children and adults and with programs to entertain the whole family. The rooms are clean and cool. Breakfast is a variety of good, with regional cuisine. The staff are very careful, friendly and efficient.

The hotel has a good location, which makes it easier to access tourist points and services. The environment is very nice, offering good aesthetics, but the furniture is a little old, which may be a negative point. The reception is good, with careful and performing professionals, and the pool bar is also highlighted, with a happy and sympathetic team, providing a pleasant experience. In particular, Tamires is highlighted by its excellent attention and sympathy, ensuring a quality service.

The hotel and the room were relatively clean. However, the elevators were frequently out of order or undergoing maintenance. I had to take the stairs after a lengthy wait, and the emergency exit surprisingly led directly into the restaurant kitchen, leaving you completely disoriented and unable to find a proper way out. Finding the entrance to the stairwell to go up was even more difficult. Just imagine if I had been on a much higher floor...

Well, we have stayed at this hotel before. It's a great place for those going with children... they have recreation, a great breakfast and cleanliness and satisfactory service. However, when we were checking in, the girl at the reception informed us that we only made the reservation for a couple and that children were not included... I don't know if the problem was with the hotel or with TRIP as it still avoids embarrassment as the reservation was made with the correct number of guests. The Wi-Fi leaves a lot to be desired... it almost doesn't work! Ah, the toilet in the room (65) is terrible! To carry out our needs, we sat without support, because I don't know what kind of engineering it was, we sat and stood on our toes! Very high and extremely low sink… but overall it was good and I would go back…

Péssima experiência com relação ao estacionamento do hotel. Não tem sequer por onde pedestre sair. Tive q descer uma rampa péssima sem sinalização por onde pedestre deveria andar. Péssima experiência. Péssima estrutura de estacionamento. Precisam melhorar sinalização e estrutura de estacionamento, bem como colocar carregador para carro elétrico. Uma rede como Accor seria o mínimo.
