"The room is on the 10th floor of a very broken apartment building, there is no sign outside, you can navigate on Google Maps. The elevator is very broken and needs to wait, but after entering the Youth Hostel, I was pleasantly surprised. The interior is very beautiful and new except for the taste of a little newly renovated. You can see the city view in the lounge. The address location is also very good. It is a 10-minute walk from the old Ebo and a half-hour taxi ride from the new Ebo. Staff is warm, service is very good, English is fluent, you can wash clothes (5 pounds each with drying), you can store your luggage, you can buy water (5 pounds in small bottles, 10 pounds in large bottles) The disadvantage is that the room is very noisy, like sleeping on the street, it is recommended to book a twin room and sleep on the one far from the window... or wear headphones, it is really noisy and noisy, but it is very beautiful haha. All in all, it is a very cost-effective choice!"

I booked this international brand hotel for a business trip to Egypt. I saw a lot of online reviews about potential pitfalls in Egypt, so I wanted some peace of mind. The location is decent, and the breakfast is pretty good. The price feels a bit high, but it's acceptable.

The room had an access to the pool directly which is nice. Only bad thing was people smoke all over the hotel making it so unpleasant. Everywhere in the world, people are not allowed to smoke inside hotels. So clearly not for people who have wheezing or asthma. Management should seriously look into this. Other than that all staff were very nice. Ashraqqat and also bfast staff are all very nice. Excellent bfast.

To catch an early flight, I chose this hotel for my last night, and it turned out to be the worst memory of my entire trip to Egypt! The room was tiny, the facilities were poor, and the front desk staff was extremely rude during check-in. They gave me a room with a broken air conditioner. The first time I reported it, the staff insisted I hadn't inserted the power card properly. I told him it wasn't the card, the AC was simply broken. He told me to go back to my room and wait, saying he'd send a colleague to check. After a long wait, no one showed up, and the room was sweltering. So I went back to him and saw him smiling and serving other foreigners (he certainly didn't treat us that way). I was furious! In front of all the guests in the lobby, I loudly confronted him and demanded he immediately follow me to experience how hot the room was. Everyone in the hotel was watching us. He realized I wasn't to be messed with and finally helped resolve the issue. So, my friends, don't book this hotel, and remember to be assertive when you encounter similar problems abroad!!!!

This Marriott hotel is located in Cairo Airport's Terminal 3, which is incredibly convenient. It's only a five-minute walk from the hotel to the airport via a dedicated elevator and skywalk. We arrived much earlier than our check-in time, but they were able to accommodate us without any extra charge. The staff in the lobby were all very friendly and helpful, and they even had Chinese-speaking staff available!

My stay began with an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience at the front desk—one that was serious enough for me to consider cancelling my reservation and leaving the hotel altogether. Fortunately, the outstanding professionalism and leadership of the management team completely transformed my experience. I would like to express my deepest appreciation to Mr. Ayman Hossam, whose exceptional handling of the situation demonstrated genuine care, respect, and a remarkable commitment to guest satisfaction. His personal attention, empathy, and decisive actions not only resolved the issue but also restored my confidence and made me feel truly valued as a guest. I would also like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Nour, the Night Duty Manager, and Mr. Hannawy, the Night Shift Manager, whose support, professionalism, and dedication played an essential role in turning what could have been a ruined stay into a genuinely enjoyable one. Their teamwork, calm approach, and willingness to go above and beyond reflected the high standards of hospitality that I have always associated with Marriott. As a Marriott Gold member, I was genuinely surprised that such an unfortunate incident could occur in the first place. However, I was equally impressed by the way the management team took ownership of the situation and worked tirelessly to make things right. Their efforts not only salvaged my holiday but also reaffirmed my trust in the Marriott brand. Please extend my sincere gratitude and recognition to Mr. Ayman Hossam, Mr. Nour, and Mr. Hannawy. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine hospitality deserve the highest praise. Thank you, Marriott, for continuing to value guest feedback and for having leaders who truly understand the meaning of exceptional customer care.

The place is very comfortable; almost everything you need is close by. The hotel itself has cafes, restaurants, and more, making it excellent for families. The staff are wonderful, especially Ms. Madonna, who was very cheerful and served us with great hospitality. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Cairo, God willing.

Title: Unparalleled Luxury and Impeccable Service at St. Regis Cairo Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) Review: I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis Cairo during my visit to this magnificent city, and I must say that it was an experience beyond compare. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel's exquisite restaurants. Whether indulging in a sumptuous breakfast buffet, savoring a gourmet dinner, or enjoying a cocktail at the rooftop bar with panoramic views of the city, each dining experience was a culinary delight. The St. Regis Cairo also boasts an array of impressive amenities. The spa and wellness facilities offered a haven of relaxation and rejuvenation, with a variety of treatments and therapies to choose from. The state-of-the-art fitness center allowed me to maintain my workout routine, and the outdoor pool provided a serene escape to unwind and soak up the sun. The hotel's location was ideal for exploring the vibrant city of Cairo. Situated along the banks of the Nile River, it offered convenient access to iconic landmarks such as the Pyramids of Giza, the Egyptian Museum, and bustling markets. Booked an executive room, but there were hardly any executive privileges. Went to the so-called executive lounge, and before we even sat down, a lady unpleasantly asked for our room number and made us wait while she called to verify. The executive lounge itself had very little to offer. This was the worst service I've experienced in a hotel during my two trips to Egypt (the front desk staff were also unfriendly during check-in). My experience tells me it's always best to stay at international chain hotels, even if they're only 4-star, as the service is consistently good. Local brands like this still have a lot to improve, and there definitely seems to be preferential treatment (to put it mildly).
