Its good to stay hotel. Good rooms comfortable bed and bathroom. The room equipment like tv, kettle are not great but its doesn’t matter much to me for overnight stay. Breakfast was good.

the staff was amazing, check in was smooth and easy, the breakfast had a lot of variety and the rooftop bar has amazing views, would stay here again next time when we’re back, thanks Shangri-La Bangalore

Hotel is well maintained to keep the Mysore Palace look… staff is friendly and attend to visitor needs on priority…. Taste of food is good… play of traditional music gives touch of culture… perfect premium place for stay for Indian families and foreign visitors

A well-maintained old four-star hotel with solid front desk service. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with separate wet and dry bathrooms and a comfortable large space, allowing you to get a good rest for two nights.

I go there once a week but I am always satisfied and highly recommend it. I left my clothes here last week and they kindly kept them and returned them to me. Thank you.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The services are great. The duty ***ager was exceptional responsible and took time to follow up with my cancellation of a night due to a last minute change. However, the room I stayed was rather rundown and towels provided were not really as clean (greyish with stains). Sockets on the bedside were not working. Breakfast selection is also average.
