Warm welcome of desk staffs and English speaker...so no language barrier. Good breakfast, clean and nice rooms. Comfortable beds. Still figuring how trip.com could give me a better quote than IHG for being a member.
Very good location, right opposite Turino train station. Walking distance to many attractions and surrounded by restaurants. Fuss less check in, have all the basis amenities in the room, except for wine glasses, and they do not provide bottled water and toothbrush that most hotels do. Supermarket is also right beside the hotel, can get all the basic necessities there.
Excellent location in the historical centre of Torino. We could absolutely visit everything walking. Full of restaurants, bars, cafés, Gellateria near the hotel. Parking paying underground and protected under the hotel. Modern, clean hotel. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable.
The shop is very new, the breakfast is very good, there are many varieties to eat. I am more curious. I have designated a normal room. Why does he have a small bed next to it? In fact, it is equivalent to sleeping 3 people. In Italy, such a hotel is already very good, because the room size is also very large.
The hotel is well located
Breakfast with high quality local products..
Warm and professional welcome
Big pluses for on-site parking and the socket to charge my electric car (the price of 45 euros)
The large room is a little old-fashioned..
A wonderful hotel on the lake with a panoramic bar on the roof (in sunny weather it is simply magical). Breakfasts are magical (in Italy usually the choice of food for breakfast is much smaller, it is a pity that they did not put prosecco))). The room is large, with a balcony (we had a ”partial view of the lake” - beauty). Nearby are the piers of steamboats to the islands - a must-see. There is a parking lot and a garage (small, but we found a place). Nearby is a walking path along the shore, three minutes walk to the city center. We liked everything very much, even despite the sometimes cool and rainy weather.
Surprising. The reality surpasses the photos on the site. Spacious rooms with large bathroom and very comfortable bed even in the standard double version. Large parking lot and varied and abundant breakfast buffet worthy of note. A fairly recent three-star hotel, well kept and with a more than acceptable price. Room not seen in the distance of the Castello di Rivoli... during the day the view is less romantic but that is not the target

TT/RWhile the outside of Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia is stunning, the overall experience left much to be desired. After being wowed by the property's beautiful exterior, the rest of our stay was somewhat disappointing, especially considering the hotel's high star rating.
The lack of customer service was a major letdown. There was no doorman to assist with our luggage upon arrival, and the young bartender simply watched as I struggled to open the door, rather than offering to help. It was only after I had to explicitly ask him for assistance that he begrudgingly opened one side of the door, still making no effort to help with our bags.
The cleanliness of the room was also sub-par. We left our used towels in the bathtub, as the room instructions indicated, but rather than replacing them with fresh towels, the housekeeping staff simply hung the dirty ones back up. This was an appalling oversight.
Additionally, the gym and pool area did not have WiFi access, which was an inconvenience when trying to stay connected during our stay.
Overall, while the property itself is visually impressive, the lackluster customer service and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience at Hotel Albergo Dell'Agenzia. I expected a higher level of quality and care from a hotel of this caliber.
MMadamearnoI requested a room with a bathtub and mountain view, but neither of my wishes was fulfilled. The receptionist made excuses such as the hotel being fully booked and bathtubs being taken out nowadays for sustainability reasons, and he did not look like he was trying hard to find one for me. Hotels are the place to relax, and bathtubs should not be sacrificed. I moved from Double Tree next door just wishing for a bathtub and a nice view, but I don't think I will return to NH because the room and staff were better at Double Tree if I could not have them anyway. The 500ml bottle of water in the fridge cost €3, whereas it did €2 at Double Tree. The room equipment was much better at Double Tree. Here at NH, there are no electric outlets near the bed. I was surprised. The only upside is that NH is closer to the metro station, but the metro was not running while I was there. Location-wise, I recommend this hotel for those who drive here. Parking is plenty.
KKassen ChuHotel and room itself were okay, but I was shocked when someone opened my door and walked into my room at 9:15am in the morning without knocking or ringing beforehand, while I was still sleeping . Again someone (not sure if same person) walked into my room at around 10am (checkout time is 12pm), this time it was the mini-bar guy, asking if the mini bar items need to be restocked. I brought this up at the reception upon checkout, and the receptionist was a bit surprised to hear and stated that she would speak with the mini-bar guy. Another, seemingly more senior receptionist chimed in, and seemed to put the blame on me for not putting out the ”do not disturb” sign at my door. I've stayed in numerous high/low end hotels in multiple countries around the world, I've never had a guy open my room door and walk into my room just because I didn't put out a ”dnd” sign. Again, checkout time is 12:00pm.
GGuest UserVilla Chiovenda is a charming villa nestled in the middle of a unique village. It is a beautifully maintained structure with a lovely view of the mountains and greenery surrounding it. The rooms are spacious with all the modern conveniences despite the characteristic setting. The beds are very comfortable and bathrooms very clean and modern. The common living area is filled with character and ideal for an afternoon tea. The garden provides an ideal peaceful setting for breakfast in the shade of the plants with the soothing sounds of the water trickling in the fountain. While breakfast was not a large buffet, there were plenty of options to choose from, all very delicious. The service was friendly and courteous.
RRM84Overall a good hotel in a central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I would like to comment about the lady owner.
The room air conditioning could only be controlled via the front desk, and when I requested an adjustment, before the staff adjusted the airconsition, she made a remark about me coming from a country with 50°C weather and that I should be able to adapt. I found this comment inappropriate and uncalled for.
Additionally, during breakfast, we overheard her raising her voice at the kitchen staff, which was loud enough to be heard clearly from the restaurant. While the hotel itself has potential, I hope she reconsiders her approach: both with guests and her team.
跳跳舞的大笨象Really good. Big and clean. Everything equipment is new. There’s a big balcony outside the room. You can have a sun bath. The receptionists are very professional and helpful.
GGuest UserHotel with great location, next to Lake and ferry terminal. During checkin the receptions took IDs and told to come later to get them back which is unacceptable. Also no information on additional access to pool, had to ask myself after finding on the hotel website. Lot of bars and restaurants even in the same building. Tasty breakfasts, the best crossaints I had in Stresa. The downside is also poor maintenance of rooms, slow WiFi, AC control panel was very old and simply AC wasn't working. Bed very soft which is uncomfortable and unhealthy. If the price is attractive I would stay again but the standard is similar to 2 star hotels nearby.
BbestbomiIt’s just not good, it’s too good for vacation. The room is perfect. The entire corner of the manor is very clean. Although the front desk has a strange accent, it is a very reassuring resort hotel. The little castle just happened to have a wedding. It took a very nice and quiet day. Everything is very good, breakfast is not much, but it is delicious. The set menu of 70 euros for dinner is recommended. In addition to the location, there is no great scenery. The hotel is very good.
GGuest UserVilla crespi is absolutely beautiful! And the staff are wonderful. And the location is a nice walk to town. However I have no idea how they received a gold key last year! The rooms were so hot I could not sleep (march) and I asked them to turn off the heat! But that did not work. I also asked them not to continue spraying perfume all over my room because I was allergic… however housekeeping continued to do so until I locked them out. In addition the mattress was limp and old- very uncomfortable. The shower is vintage and needs to be upgraded- nice to loook at but impossible to shower in if you stand over 5’2”!
